This paper discovers and introduces the collection of letters, "A Collector of Correspondence from Chinese Intellectuals (中朝學士書翰錄)" which was made by Kim Youngjak(1802~1868) who had collected the letters from Chinese intellectuals. "A Collector of Correspondence from Chinese Intellectuals (中朝學士書翰錄)" is a collector which contains handwritten letters to Kim Youngjak from Chinese people such as cheng gong shou(程恭壽), weng xue han(翁學涵), zhang bing yan(張丙炎), shao yan han(少言翰), and li wen yuan(李文源). Kim Youngjak had frequent meetings with Chinese intellectuals not only directly but also indirectly. He had exchanged letters with li bo heng(李伯衡), shuai fang wei(帥方蔚) for 30 years. In 1858, he went to Beijing and met Chinese intellectuals ye ming li(葉名澧), zhang bing yan(張丙炎), wu kun tian(吳昆田), cheng gong shou(程恭壽), and zhao guang(趙光). After coming back to Chos?n, he continued to exchange letters with them. "A Collector of Correspondence from Chinese Intellectuals (中朝學士書翰錄)" contains autograph letters by Kim Youngjak and Chinese intellectuals. It has ten letters for Kim Youngjak written by cheng gong shou(程恭壽), weng xue han(翁學涵), zhang bing yan(張丙炎), shao yan han(少言翰) and so on. One letter and five poems which zhao ting huang(趙廷璜) wrote to the son of Kim are also contained. The letters by zhao ting huang(趙廷璜) shows a sincere friendship with Kim Youngjak. The relationship between li bo heng(李伯衡) (who had exchanged letters with Kim for 30 years) and his son li wen yuan(李文源) proves that the cultural interchange between Korea and China had lasted successively. Kim Youngjak has not been widely known in academic circles yet but should not be ignored for the study in the cultural interchange between Korea and China. He proposed to have a relationship with li bo heng(李伯衡) and shuai fang wei(帥方蔚) first and they sent back positively. Therefore, they had a literal and private relationship by only exchanging letters each other. Also considering the fact that Kim Youngjak, as a man of high birth, had a close relationship with Chinese intelletuals, we can notice that Chinese and Korean intellectuals had open minds based on sincerity and trust. This was possible because many intellectuals before him like Hong Daeyong made a basis of the tradition of companionship. At this point, the relationship between Kim Youngjak and Chinese intellectuals and "A Collector of Correspondence from Chinese Intellectuals (中朝學士書翰錄)" have an important value. The collections of Kim Youngjak's works contain only several letters and poems which he sent to Chinese intellectuals. Accordingly, the letters in "A Collector of Correspondence from Chinese Intellectuals (中朝學士書翰錄)" are important to understand the aspects of their interchange.

The rapid progress of IT technologies promoted the foundation to offer users 'Any Time, Any Where, Any Service', and wireless internet services made it possible to use wired internet services while traveling. The previous academic administration management system having migrated from wired to wireless was dependent on mobile equipments' platform because of not being constructed on standard surroundings. And in the aspect of faculty system, course coordinator plays an significant role in building curricula and manage them, and finally counseling students with regard to them. But the course coordinator can't afford to advise students on which fields of their faculty fit them and which courses they have to take. We propose a mobile course coordinator system to help students learn profound courses of their major fields. Also the proposed system is implemented by using JAVA and WIPI technology, so that it is platform-independent. A mobile course coordinator system has an inference engine considering not only course trees which tell informations about the courses in every fields, but also personal courses that students have taken. The inference engine calculates three weights, representing the significance of each course considering every fields, the score of prerequisite courses which a student have taken, and the suitability in which department each student fits. When students apply for taking lectures, a mobile course coordinator system recommends them the most suitable courses. A mobile course coordinator system is able to substitute for the course coordinator who is counseling students. And the students with personal cellular phone are able to keep tracking their courses, and improve their knowledge about major with taking courses which the system's inference engine will advice.

총 101개 대학의 93년도 신입생 및 졸업생을 대상으로 실시한 정보통신산업의 기술인력 실태조사에 따르면 정보통신산업 관련학과 신입생 수는 30,436명, 졸업생수는 18,476명으로 나타났다. 또한 석.박사의 인력현황을 살펴보면 석사과정으로 1,614명, 박사과정으로 252명이 배출됐다. 이 실태조사를 토대로 정보통신산업 인력수급을 전체적으로 전망하면 학사인력은 충분할 것으로 보이지만 석.박사인력은 부족할 것으로 예상된다.

And we discuss the effectiveness that the college mathematics education can be promoted throughout counseling freshman and by teaching examples in engineering mathematics in courses of calculus and differential equation and linear algebra.

다방면에 재주가 많은 사람을 일컬어 탤런트라고 한다. 그런 사람들은 한 분야의 깊이는 얕다고 평가되기 십상이다. 그러나 이 고정관념을 깨뜨리는 사람이 있다. 서울의대 이순형 학장은, 일생을 함께 한 학문인 기생충학의 연구에서나 의사로서나 또 학교 책임자로서 조금도 어설프지 않은, 그야말로 각계의 일인자라는 평을 듣는 사람이다. 지금까지, 근면함과 창의성을 바탕으로 맡은 분야에서 일인자가 된다는 장인정신을 신념으로 여기며 살아 왔고, 학생이나 가족에게도 항상 그 점을 강조해 온 그였기에 가능한 일이었을 것이다. 문학ㆍ예술 방면의 조에도 수준급이고, 민주적인 학사운영으로 학생ㆍ교수들에게도 인기가 높은 소탈한 성격의 이순형 학장을 만나 학문연구와 교육, 건강증진에 관한 그의 소신을 들어봤다.

열전달에는 많은 개념과 방법론이 포함되므로 그 범위에 있어서, 적어도 다른 어떤 열과학보다도 광범위하다. 이 제목의 첫 과목을 가르치는데 있어, 교수는 토픽의 내용, 수학의 정도, 컴퓨터 사용 및 실험 등에 있어 많은 선택에 직면하게 된다. 이 선택은 학생개발목표는 물론 기자재 및 시간제한 등에 기반을 두어 이루어져야 한다. 열전달 첫 과목의 주된 목적은 학생이 열시스템 설계와 성능에 관계되는 문제를 합리적으로 취급할 수 있도록 준비시키는 것이어야 한다. 따 라서 전달, 대류 및 복사의 기본원리와 열시스템 해석의 방법론에 중점을 두어야 한다.

대학 행정의 전산화 프로젝트는 여러 부분에서 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문은 학사 행정 업무에 관한 프로토타입으로 사용될 목적으로 개발되었으며, 웹에 대학 지원 경쟁률을 실시간으로 사용자에게 보여지도록 했다. 개발 환경은 Unix 운영체제에 오라클 데이터 베이스가 기반이며 호스트 언어로 Pro*C를 사용하였다. 구현 원리는 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 거치지 않고 웹 서버를 이용하여 웹 상에 데이터베이스의 데이터를 주기적으로 갱신하여 보여준다는 점이 특색이다.

1993년 5월 26일. 총리령 제420호 엔지니어링 기술진흥법 시행규칙 중에서 제3조(엔지니어링 활동주체의 신고기준) 제1항의 제2호 "기술인력은 기술사, 기사1급 또는 학사 10인이상일 것"이라고 규정한 것은 헌법 제11조(평등권), 제15조(직업선택의 자유), 제22조(과학기술자의 권리) 및 제127조(과학기술의 혁신 및 인력개발의무)에 위반된다고 지적받고 있습니다.

산업자원부와 법무부가 함께 추진해온 '골드카드제도'가 시행됨에 따라 기업이 e-비지니스화를 추진함에 있어 가장 큰 애로사항중의 하나인 전문인력의 절대적인 부족현상이 크게 완화될 전망이다. 골드카드제도는 전자상거래 분야에서 5us이상 종사한 경력이 있거나 관련학과 학사 이상 학력 소지자로서 해당 분야에 2년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 자중에서 산업자원부 장관이 추천하는 자로서 출입국 관리법상의 다양한 혜택을 부여함으로써 인력 유치를 보다 쉽게하기 위한 정책이다. 이 제도는 국내 1회 체류상한기간을 기존의 2년에서 3년으로 연장해주며 복수사증 발급 및 발급절차를 간소화하는 등의 혜택이 주어진다.
