정보통신 기술의 발전과 더불어 다양한 관련 기술이 교육에도 접목되어 활용되고 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 네트워킹 기술을 대학의 캠퍼스에 접목시켜 구축한 새로운 캠퍼스의 형태가 U-캠퍼스이다. 본 논문은 u-캠퍼스에서 제공 가능한 서비스 중에서 학생들의 학내 활동과 교내외 생활에 필요한 정보를 상황인식 기능을 통해 전송받을 수 있도록 지능형 정보 전달 서비스를 제안한다. 학사 정보, 취업 및 진학, 그리고 각종 유용한 정보 등을 데이터베이스에 구성된 학생들의 기호에 안게 전송한다. 다양한 정보화 시대와 어울리게 본 서비스는 캠퍼스 구성원들에게 다양한 정보 획득의 기회를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 서비스 구현 방안을 이용하면 학생들이 보다 효율적이고 편리하게 학내 활동을 할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 화학사고 시 피해에 대한 응급의료정보를 신속, 적정히 제공, 관리하기 위하여 데이터베이스를 설계하며, 그 내용으로서 화학사고 응급의료 정보 및 대응 시나리오를 포함한 컨텐트를 제작하여 화학사고 응급 콜센터를 운영하게 될 때 사용 가능하게 하며, 직접 화학사고 응급 콜센터를 응급의료진이 직접 참여하고 관련 기관이 연계되어 시범 운영함으로써 그 결과를 환류, 수정 반영하여 응급의료 정보가 적절히 제공되는 지속적인 화학사고 응급 콜센터가 운영될 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 내용이며 이를 위하여 학사고 시 응급의료정보 제공이 필요한 화학물질의 도출의 적절한 방법에 대한 분석과 제안을 통하여 화학사고 응급 의료정보 제공시스템 개발 및 서비스 운영 기반 확보하는 기초 구조를 마련하고자 한다.

In order to solve the overload of academic affairs management system, we propose a method builds a distributed Replication server and uses this server with the present centralized system. Normal query transactions which are not required for data modification are composed of almost all DML sentences. So we construct the distributed replication servers according to the data characteristics and make them perform the query transaction without modification. In this way, we can simultaneously distribute users and data, and cut down processing time for every transaction. Also Replication server has the advantages of implemental efficiency and economical because it uses resources of present centralized system without and additional configurations. Usually, to distribute the overload of server, they can use way, Client-side overload distribution that user program get present overload status then can choose a less overloaded server, and the other way, Server-side overload distribution that make use of Application Layer Scheduling Technique and IP Layer Scheduling Technique. Our Replication server can reduce the overload of centralized system by eliminating or complementing those defects of overload distribution, referred to in the forehead.

최근 들어 많은 정보 시스템들이 클라이언트/서버 환경에서 개발되고 있다. 클라이언트/서버 정보 시스템은 기존의 정보 시스템에 비해 복잡도가 높은 시스템이므로, 시스템 개발 시 체계적인 개발 방법론의 적용이 필요하다. 객체 지향 개발 방법론은 객체 지향 개념에 기반하여 시스템의 재사용성, 확장성, 신뢰성, Scalability를 증진시킬 수 있는 방법론이다. 본 연구에서는 객체 지향 방법론에서 클라이언트/서버 정보 시스템 설계 작업을 체계적으로 수행하기 위한 기법과 절차를 제시한다. 이러한 기법은 설계 작업시 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 충분한 고려가 가능하고, 설계 객체의 규명을 체계적으로 지원하고, 응용 시스템 논리를 일관성 있게 배분할 수 있도록 도와준다. 한국과학기술원의 인텔리전트 캠퍼스 프로젝트에서 개발된 학사 시스템의 적용 사례와 함께 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 객체 지향 설계 기법에 대해 소개한다.

초.중등학교에서는 교우학사관련 업무경감과 교육행정업무의 효율성 및 온라인 민원서비스 제공을 목표로 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2003년 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)에서 건강관리 학교급식관리, 학교시설.장비관리 영역의 사용자 중심의 편이성과 현장 적함성에 대한 개선 방안을 강구하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다： (1) 학교와 의료기관에서 건강정보를 공동으로 관리.활용할 수 있는 평생건강관리체제가 국가인적자원관리에 더욱 효율적이다. (2) 법.제도, 업무절차, 표준화, 정보기술측면의 내실화된 학교급식관리가 요구된다. (3) 자재명세서(Bill of Material： BOM)와 워크플로우를 활용한 개선방안이 교육정보화 시설.장비관리에 효율적이고 업무처리변화에 유연함을 확인하였다.

To investigate requirements for the process of credit bank system in life-long education institutions attached to colleges, this research was conducted with seniors at the departments of dental hygiene and dental laboratory technology, in the health line of the specific College from March 26 to April 15, 2007, followed by analysis using an SPSS/WIN 12.0 program, obtaining the following results. 1. 89.7% of the respondents had a plan to take a bachelor's degree and 56.1% of whom had such a plan for the purpose of personal development (p<0.05). 2. 73.5% of the respondents preferred the credit bank system in a lifelong education institution attached to a college to take a bachelor's degree. 3. 34.8% presented the greatest advantage of taking a bachelor's degree through the credit bank system that they could take a degree in a short period of time while 33.8% presented the most serious disadvantage that they might low social recognition. 4. As for requirements for the process of operating the credit bank system, 80.3% regarded required subjects for the major as appropriate basic ones. 79.9% regarded it as proper that filling more than 20 credits made it possible to take a degree. 5. As directions for improving the system, it was found that the students was thinking that strict academic record management is needed, and the degrees from the system must be recognized equally to those in regular colleges, social awareness in those degrees should be enhanced, and also credits assigned to cultural subjects should be reduced, and the limitation in the number of credits being able to be obtained in one center should be removed.

초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고있다. 본 논문에서는 NEIS가 학사업무 및 교육행정업무 뿐만 아니라, 전반적인 교육활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 미흡한 기능에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 먼저, 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가늠해보았다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등, 기능이 개선된 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다. 특히, NEIS가 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용되기 위해서는 미흡한 교수학습과 그룹웨어 기능의 개선이 시급함을 알았다.

최근 다양한 종류의 스마트폰이 출시되고 대중화되면서 그 사용자 수 또한 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 스마트 폰을 사용하는 가장 큰 이유 중 하나가 정보제공, 학습, 게임/엔터테인먼트, 증권, 금융, 재테크, 쇼핑 등의 다양한 서비스(어플리케이션)를 사용자가 목적에 따라 사용할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 애플 아이폰 기반의 학교 홍보 어플리케이션을 개발한다. 학교 홍보 어플리케이션은 서버와 클라이언트로 구성되며, 서버는 학사일정, 교원연락처, 트위터(Twitter), 유튜브(YouTube), 홈페이지(Homepage)등으로 구성되어 있다. 학교 홍보 어플리케이션은 누구나 학교에 관한 정보를 스마트폰을 통해서 재미있고, 편리하게 정보를 제공받을 수 있다.

The objective of this research is to add convenience to the intranet operating within an educational institution, by setting up a messenger function to enable the faculties and leachers to make better use of the university database via Intranet. With this messenger services, the users can view the information about the members in a group they belong to, and register as friends a group of members they selected from the work group they are in. This function will reduce the cumbersome chores of adding one individual as a friend at a time. This research will enhance the Intranet within an educational institution by integrating new functions.

본 논문에서는 영상 처리 및 인식 기술을 학생증 영상 인식에 적용하여 학생증 영상을 인식하고 웹 환경에서 학생 정보를 관리할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 원 학생증 영상에 대해서 가장 밝은 픽셀과 가장 어두운 픽셀에 대한 평균 밝기 값을 임계치로 설정하여 원 영상을 이진화하여 수평 방향으로 히스토그램을 수행하고 학번의 위치 정보를 이용하여 학번 영 역을 추출한다. 추출된 학번 영 역의 잡음을 제거하기 위하여 3$\times$3 마스크를 적용한 최빈수 평활화(smothing)를 수행하여 잡음을 제거하고 수직 방향 히스토그램을 이용하여 개별 문자를 추출하고 정규화 한다. 개별 학번 인식은 인공 신경망의 자율학습 방법인 ARTI 알고리즘을 적용하여 학번 문자를 인식한다. 실험 결과에서는 제안된 학생증 인식 방법이 학번 영역 추출과 개별 문자 인식에 효율적인 것을 보이고 인식된 개련 문자들을 데이터 베이스에 저장하여 웹환경에서 학생정보를 관리한다
