Even though the rapid development of IT technique accelerates informationization for quality improvement of university, security measures are needed for security problems because the major information related to academic affairs is centered on academic database. In this paper, we research and analyze the actual condition of database security of domestic university to develop process model that can consistently keep and improve the security of academic database which is the most important data in university. Also, considering the situation that a lot of universities can't use database security product, we propose details that implement the most important key part like confidentiality with the function that DBMS provides only.

본 논문에서는 스마트 폰과 QR코드를 기반으로 하여 학사정보시스템에서 사용될 콘텐츠를 제안하였다. 최근 학생들이 많이 사용하는 스마트 폰을 활용하여 학사정보시스템을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 시스템의 구조와 콘텐츠를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템 구조와 콘텐츠는 수강신청을 하는데 있어 학생들이 언제 어디서나 수강신청을 위한 정보를 습득할 수 있는 환경과 콘텐츠를 제시하여 학생들이 전략적으로 사용할 수 있는 기반을 조성하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between motivation and learning strategies of students who have received academic probation and who have not while attending engineering college. The subjects of this study were engineering college students in Seoul and they participated in the learning strategy test at the teaching and learning center. The subjects of this study were 553 students, 22 of whom received academic probation and 531 didn't. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we used MLST (Multi-dimensional Learning Strategy test) learning strategy checklists of Korea Guidance, which is a standardized test. A t-test was conducted to compare motivational and learning strategies between students with and without academic probation. As a result, the motivation score of the students with the academic probation was lower than that of those without the academic probation, and the score of the time management and note taking factors of the students with the academic probation were lower than those of the students without the academic probation.

신입생과 재학생들이 학사업무에서 문의사항이 있을 시 전화를 이용하는 방법보다 변화된 생활 환경에 맞게 SNS를 많이 이용하므로 이를 통한 문의가 증가하고 있어 이를 자동으로 응답할 수 있도록 챗봇(Chatbot)을 활용하는 사례도 증가하고 있다. 이에 경운대학교 학사업무에 대한 문의를 자동으로 응답하는 챗봇을 개발하여 학생들에게 제공하여 효율적인 응답체계를 만들고자 한다. 이를 위해 Dialogflow플랫폼을 사용하여 챗봇에게 질문했을 때 답을 하는 응답내용을 개발하고, Webhook을 사용해서 Facebook Messenger플랫폼에 연동하여 챗봇을 Facebook Page에 만들어 응용하였다. 또한 실제 채팅을 통해 실험하여 결과를 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the predictors of academic probation in college. Especially, this study focused on student engagement variables among the predictors of academic probation in college. Student engagement variables include hours of absence from class and numbers of log to LMS(Learning Management System) and in extracurricular program system during four weeks after the opening of a course and the numbers of faculty counseling. GPA(grade Point Average) is a dependent variable and GPA of prior semester is a control variable in this study. 17,261 student data were collected for the study. Linear regression model and logistic regression model analyses were conducted in the study. The finding showed that the hours of absence from class and numbers of log in extracurricular program system during four weeks after the opening of a course predicted academic achievement of college students. The result also indicated that hours of absence from class and numbers of log-ins to LMS(Learning Management System) and in extracurricular program system during four weeks after the opening of a course were the predictors of academic probation in college. This study will contribute to investigate indicators of students with low academic performance and to provide proper support for underachievers.

E-learning has increased on importance as people realize that the use of technology can improve the teaming process. Consequently, new learning environments have been developed. However, in general they are oriented to address a specific e-learning functionality. Therefore, in most of the cases, they are not developed to interoperate with other e-learning tools, which makes the creation of a fully functional e-learning environment more difficult. We analyses of total information security infrastructure of school affairs information system for secure ubiquitous campus.

A school record system by mobile phones is developed using the mobile agent. This developed system support all the wireless protocols by o combined wire and wireless internet Sever for WAP, ME. As a result, it is possible for a student to check his result of achievement and bulletin board by his mobile terminal anywhere, anytime.

The Purposes of this study are twofold. Firstly, the study investigated the spec of the server environment for managing the academic affairs, and overviewed the theoretical background in connection with the clients and the server as a way of implementing a comprehensive management system for school information which can be effectively utilized for cyber education, multimedia education, joint ownership of learning materials, and educational activities as well as management of the academic affairs using the UNIX-based server, which has lately installed on school thanks to the speedy development of the Internet, Secondly, this study, placing emphasis on practical aspects, attempted to find a method of implementing the web server for constructing a school website in order to provide educational information.

A topic map was designed as an efficient information retrieval method that is optimized for classification, organization, and navigation through the use of a semantic link network above information resources. With this, this study aims to design a topic map-based university archives retrieval system to provide the relevant information retrieval. For this study, electronic records that relate to the academic administration within two years of D university were collected, and topic map editing was carried out with Ontopia Omnigator. Topics were classified according to their functional analysis of academic administration. In the end, the number of topics was finalized as 626, with 6 types in general: academic work, staff, college register, student, university, etc. Association was separated into six types as well, which were formed with consideration to the relationships among topics. In addition, there are seven occurrence types: register class, register number, register date, receiver, title, creator, and identifier. It is expected that the associative nature of the designed topic map-based retrieval system in this study will make navigation of large records easy and allow incidental discovery of knowledge.
