본 논문에서는 학교평가에 효과적으로 대비할 수 있는 교육정보화 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해, 이미 도입되어 있는 초.중등학교 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 활용하였다. 이 정보시스템을 이용하여 학교평가에 대비하는 시간을 줄이고, 학교평가 자료를 쉽게 추출하고자 하였다. 먼저, 학교평가 항목을 토대로 현재의 종합정보관리시스템을 분석하여 학교평가의 지원여부를 확인하였다. 그리고, 효율적으로 학교평가를 지원하기 위해서 반드시 갖추어야하는 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 제시하였다.

초.중등학교에서 활용중인 종합정보관리 시스템 중에서 학교급식 관리시스템은 교육청 단위로의 DB 통합과 전국단위 교육행정정보시스템의 구축, 현장 적합도와 사용자 편이성 미흡 등의 이유로 사용이 중단되어 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템의 재구축 또는 개정작업이 수반된다. 본 논문에서는 학교급식관리의 내실화를 실현하기 위해 학교종합정보관리 시스템의 개선점을 도출하고 그 실현 방안을 제시하였다.

The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development is propelling the establishment project of IBSLIS, Internet-based School library Information System for prepares a foundation of resource sharing and inter-school library loan, to improvement of DB construction's efficiency and to reduces a maintenance's burden of local information system. 초.중등학교에서 활용중인 종합정보관리 시스템 중에서 시설.장비관리 행정시스템은 교육청 단위로의 DB 통합과 전국단위 교육행정정보시스템의 구축, 현장 적합도와 사용자 편이성 미흡 등의 이유로 사용이 중단되어 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템의 재구축 또는 개정작업이 수반된다. 이러한 개정의 한 방안으로 워크플로우 시스템 도임을 검토하였다. 워크플로우 시스템을 시설.장비관리 행정시스템에 도입하여 운영함으로써 학교종합정보관리 시스템이 업무변화에 대하여 탄력적으로 개선될 수 있음을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 전략적 경영정보시스템의 구축 방법론에 입각하여, 현재 교육부 주관 하에 보급되고 있는 '초.중등학교 종합정보관리시스템'을 분석하고 재설계 방안을 도출하였다. 초.중등학교의 내적 외적 환경, 교육의 비전과 목표, 주요 성공요인, 주요 업무상관도, 핵심 업무프로세스 등을 분석하여, 현재 보급 중인 시스템의 학교 적합도를 가늠하였다.

This system adapted the Dublin Core based DLS-I metadata to accommodate teh network resources and conventional MARC, it will be able to use easily. But this system does not consider metadata for reading instruction that the important element of school library service. Thus, this study is review to the necessity of description on the reading and reading instruction beside of bibliographic data, extracts a metadata elements of reading and reading school library information system(DLS-I metadata)

정부의 "교육정보화" 정책으로 인하여 초.중등학교의 컴퓨팅 환경에 많은 변화가 일어나게 되었다. 특히 학생 생활기록부의 전산화는 지금까지 종이에 기록되어 관리되어 왔던 학생들의 정보를 데이터베이스화 한다는 측면에서 많은 긍정적인 효과를 가져오고 있다. 하지만, 이 시스템은 독립형 데이터베이스 관리 시스템이기 때문에 데이터베이스한 학생들의 자료를 학교내에서만 이용할 수 있을뿐, 이웃 학교나 시.도 교육청과는 전혀 공유되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 현재 사용하고 있는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 환경을 그대로 이용하면서 각 학교에 구축되어 있는 데이터베이스 시스템을 서로 공유할 수 있는 방법의 하나로 분산객체 시스템을 이용한 분산 데이터베이스 관리 시스템을 개발하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 하지만 선행 연구를 볼 때 분산 객체 시스템과 분산 데이터베이스 시스템은 단일시스템의 개발보다 문제점이 많고 복잡하기 때문에 이 프로토타입에서는 학생에 대한 정보만을 대상으로 개발하고자 한다. 개발하고자 한다.

초.중등학교에서는 교우학사관련 업무경감과 교육행정업무의 효율성 및 온라인 민원서비스 제공을 목표로 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2003년 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)에서 건강관리 학교급식관리, 학교시설.장비관리 영역의 사용자 중심의 편이성과 현장 적함성에 대한 개선 방안을 강구하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다： (1) 학교와 의료기관에서 건강정보를 공동으로 관리.활용할 수 있는 평생건강관리체제가 국가인적자원관리에 더욱 효율적이다. (2) 법.제도, 업무절차, 표준화, 정보기술측면의 내실화된 학교급식관리가 요구된다. (3) 자재명세서(Bill of Material： BOM)와 워크플로우를 활용한 개선방안이 교육정보화 시설.장비관리에 효율적이고 업무처리변화에 유연함을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the way of development of school library and construction of information system for school library. In order to identify the way, the school librarian recognition level of school library information system was analyzed, since the recognition level about the information system can affect the school library development. Data is collected through the questionnaire. The result can be used to develope a school library instruction program for teachers and a base material for recovering the school library fundamental function.

Despite the fact that school facilities are one of the most important public facilities, information about school facilities is not systematically managed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the direction of system construction to provide objective data on school facilities, which is the basic element of school facility policy. In this study, we propose a system construction method to improve the information management procedure of school facility information and school facilities, and suggest a system design direction for providing service that can be practically used.
