미래사회에 대응하는 학교건축 계획방향에 대한 기초연구 - 초.중.고등학교 시설을 중심으로 - (A Study for Architectural Planning of the School Corresponding to the Future Society - Focus on the Elementary school, Middle school and High school facilities -)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction of the school planning for the future that could respond actively to fast-changing circumstances of the times. The specific purpose is as follows. First, this research creates the education spatial model for the future that could prepare the education for globalization, informationization, liberalization and suggests the direction of the school planning that would correspond to the revised curriculum in 2009. Based on the research findings, establish the fundamental architectural planning guidelines and provide a blueprint of the advanced school for the future. Second, this research suggests diverse layout method of the school building blocks for the future. Key factors, which are method of teaching, planning for eco-school, planning for ubiquitous computing environment, planning of mixed-use school facilities that would give direction of the school planning for the future are determined through theoretical consideration about the social structure, direction of education for the future and case study. Based on these keys factors, this research suggests directions of the school planning for the future.

  • Driven by the changes of living environment and the improvement of life quality there is a growing desire for education, culture, daily life sports, and welfare of local residents. One of the places with the facilities and space which can accommodate such desires of the residents is elementary facility within welfare districts. Additionally, elementary school facilities are assuming more roles as the center of local community, and the current education facility policies are going through a great deal of changes and diversification of school facilities due to the operation of the new 7th education courses. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to analyze school facility compounding by domestic and overseas trends and patterns in line with the trend of the social demand, and the researcher found out that in Japan the mutual exchanges among local residents are very active by compounding sports facilities, cultural facilities, lifelong education facilities, and social welfare facilities in school facilities. Therefore, this thesis researched on the space structure pattern and planning elements of compounding facilities under the premise of utilizing them for the local society reflecting the domestic trends and characteristics, and intended to propose a direction for planned research on the compounded facilities of elementary school.

서광초등학교(初等學校)(가칭(假稱)) 기본계획(基本計劃) (A Schematic Design Study for Seokwang Elementary School)

  • The objective of this study is to propese a model of elementary school whih reflects the goal of the 7th Reform in Primary & Seconday School Curriculum and attracts prtvate investment through Seokwang elementaey snhool in Seosan. The chief concept of architectural planning on this school is brought out by the analysis of the 7th Reform which pursues a self-regulative and initiative education. Based on this analysis, a proper dimensions of each space are proposed and a new model of elementary school which includes zoning by grade in grouping of the classrooms and outdoor spaces is proposed. As there is no domestic example of the elementary school complex with attraction of private investment in public schools, the matters which must be consideed in planning of this complex are unvectigated, and actual plan for Seokwang elementary school is proposed.

특수학교의 학교시설 개방 및 시설복합화를 통한 지역사회 연계 (Connecting School to the Community through Community Use and Multiple-Use of Special School Facilities)

  • The purpose of this study was exploring perceptions of people in community towards community use and multiple-use of special school facilities and providing implications for connecting school to the communities. Survey was conducted to special education teachers, parents of children receiving special education, and local residents. Total 5,702 people participated in this study and general finds were as following: (1) All 3 groups of study participants reported that there was a generally positive perception of special schools within the community, however, at the same time, almost quarter of parents having children with disabilities reported negative perceptions of special schools in the community; (2) among the special school facilities, sports facilities appeared to be the most open to the community and difficulties related to the community-open of school facilities included facility management and safety issues, and inteference with students' school activities; (3) facilities suitable for the multi-use of special schools facilities included sports facilities, cultural and creative spaces, and commercial areas, and those facilities could be open to community during non-class hours such as after-school, weekends, and vacations. Based on the results from survey, implications for planning, designing, and implementing multi-use facilities of special schools were provided.

학교 유휴시설 활용 생활형SOC사업 정책 방향 연구 - 일본 유휴교실 및 폐교 활용을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Policy Direction of the Life-style SOC Project Using School Idle Facilities - Focusing on the Use of Idle Classes and Closed Schools in Japan -)

  • 본 연구는 초·중등학교의 유휴시설 활용에 적합한 지역사회 생활 SOC 사업의 종류와 운영 제안을 하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 일본 유휴교실 및 폐교 활용 사례 분석을 통해 지역적 특성에 따른 바람직한 활용 시설의 종류와 운영 방안을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 구도심 및 읍면등 주민의 접근성이 우수한 지역의 경우 주민의 생활편의시설의 일환인 도서관, 창업상담 및 전시공간 및 평생교육 등이 바람직하고 인구 감소가 높은 면 지역 등 농·산촌 지역의 경우 지역사회 전통 체험 교육장 등 가족과 함께 할 수 있는 시설들이 활용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • The objective of this study is to understand the knowledge and awareness of local peoples regarding joint venture and use of school facilities in two regional cities of Choongnam province: Cheonan and Asan. The results of the survey will be used as the planning guidelines to facilitate in seeking the appropriate plans of joint venture and use of school facilities for the respective cities. The survey was taken by 724 people of the two cities that included teachers, students and residents, and the SAS Program was used to analyze the results. The results showed that only 8.15% of the surveyed opposed the joint venture and use of school facilities, and the most of them expected the schools will augment their roles as the central features of the community through the joint venture and use of school facilities. The residents of the two cities showed similarities in calling for quality school facilities that are reasonable distances from their homes and hoping for outstanding cultural as well as educational school facilities with swimming pools, gyms and auditoriums.

  • This study is to investigate the possibility of legislation that is the foundation of school complexation project and the architectural planning for the target facility as stipulated by related law. Since 2000, many schools have been established and operated in the whole of Korea, mainly in Seoul. However, on the frontline, there is still a lot of difficulty in carrying out the project due to the legal possibility related to the school complexation and the lack of understanding about the facility for school complexation as stipulated by the law. The purpose of this study is to present the possibility of the school complexation project based on related laws and to clarify the classifications of school complexation facilities which are stipulated by the related law, and to propose the foundation for the future school complexation project. The contents of this study were investigated through the literature survey on the theoretical review and related laws of school complexation, and various laws related to school complexation were classified based on this, and the possibility of school complexification prescribed by each law was analyzed. In addition, by classifying facilities subject to school complexation prescribed by the Act and analyzing the detailed standards stipulated in relevant laws for each facility, we propose the facilities that can be combined with school facilities, and utilize the data of this study.

초등학교시설의 노인여가복지시설 복합화 적합성 평가 - 초등학교 시설현황을 중심으로 - (Evaluation of Complexation Suitability of Leisure Facilities for the Elderly in Elementary School - Focused on the Current Condition of Facilities of Elementary School -)

  • This study attempts to deduce the necessity and validity of complexation, and suggests complexation through complexation suitability evaluations as follows. First, the concept and current state of leisure facilities for the elderly and elementary facilities and architectural complexation were investigated through theoretical considerations. Second, the target schools for complexation of 'elementary school-leisure facility for the elderly' were selected. The aspects of facility introduction of an elementary school, teacher support facility, convenience facility for the disabled, safety and security facilities as well as school facility accessibility were investigated on the basis of the data attained from theoretical considerations. Third, the feasibility of complexation of leisure facilities for the elderly was reviewed, based on the investigated data on complexation-targeted elementary school. Regarding school building and support facilities, with a focus on leisure programs for the elderly, the availability and number of rooms, extra numbers of regular classrooms and the room condition were assessed on the basis of the analysis of operational perspective of each facility. The convenience facilities for the disabled were examined by classifying them into interventional facility in consideration of facilities for the elderly, pursuant to the provisions in the convenience promotion assurance act for the disabled, elderly and pregnant women. Safety and security facilities were evaluated in an effort to assess the safety issue of the elderly and children. The result of the evaluation of the 6 elementary schools in Seong-buk county based on the above-mentioned four measurement standards shows that they scored 107~124 points out of the total 155 points, with the average of 118.5 points. This is more than the medium score and shows the possible complexation of the elementary school facilities as the leisure facilities for the elderly, and at the same time it may lead each school to find out the elements conducive to enhancing the complexation as a result of the evaluation. Through the evaluation data, I expect that we contribute to promoting the process of the evaluation of the appropriateness of complexation and the efficient complexation.

공공교육시설 건설공사비 절감방안의 문제점 분석과 개선방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Problem Analysis and Improvement Plan Development of the Construction Cost Saving Policy in the Public Educational Facilities Projects)

  • 공공교육시설 발주기관에서는 '98. 5월 건설공사비 절감방안을 수립하여 '98년 후반기부터 현재까지 추진 중이다. 이 절감방안은 공공공사에 반영토록 규정되어 있는 공사제잡비율의 인하 적용, 표준품셈 중 과다하게 계상되어 있는 노무품의 인하 적용, 소규모 공사의 통합발주를 통한 최저가입찰 유도를 주요내용으로 한다. 그러나 이 공사비절감방안은 그 시행초기부터 현재까지 공사부실과 건설업체 경영부실을 가중시킨다는 각종 민간건설단체, 정부기관 및 교육시설 발주기관의 지적과 개선요구가 있어 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 현행 공공교육시설 공사비절감방안의 문제점을 도출하고 그 정책적 개선방향을 제시하는 데 있다.

단기 임시주거를 위한 설계계획 및 목업을 통한 성능평가 (Design Planning and Evaluation using Mock-up for the Short-term Temporary Housing)

  • 본 논문에서는 재난 재해시 이재민의 주거안전성을 확보하기 위해 단기 임시주거시설에 대한 설계 계획과 목업 제작을 통한 시공성, 주거환경성을 검증하였다. 특히, 재난 재해발생시 이주민이 응급구호시설로 인근 학교의 강당 또는 체육관을 활용하고 있지만 거주성이 확보에 문제가 있다. 이를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 30일 이내 거주하는 단기 임시주택을 제안하는 것이 연구목적이다. 이를 위해 경량이면서 단열이 확보가능한 복합패널을 선정하여 목업을 제작하였다. 복합 패널을 활용한 목업은 약 1시간안에 완성하여, 시공 용이성을 확인하였다. 또한 목업을 통해 실험실에서 결로와 누수실험을 진행하였다. 외부온도 약 $0^{\circ}C$, 실내온도 약 $32^{\circ}C$로 온도에서 결로현상은 발생하지 않았고, 열화상카메라를 통해 확인해보면 단열성능이 확보되는 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 시간당 60 mm의 강우를 모사하여 누수 실험을 진행한 결과 누수가 확인되지 않아 방수성능이 확보되는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 기존 임시주거시설에서 모듈화된 평면, 시제품제작을 통한 시공용이성 확보, 향후 적재의 용이성을 확인하였다. 단열 및 방수성능이 확보되는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 단기 임시주거시설에 대한 대안을 제시하였다.
