  • GREEN, ECO and RENEWABLE ENERGY..아마 최근 가장 큰 화두가 되는 단어들일 것이다. 우리나라 역시 이번정부의 경제살리기는 다름 아닌 '녹색성장'이 핵심이다.. 현재 정부가 강력하게 추진 중인 사업인 4대강 살리기 등은 바로 녹색성장의 대표적인 사례이다. 성장은 하되 환경에 대한 중요성을 바탕으로 하자는 것이다. 기후변화에 대한 논의가 시작된 이래 수많은 전문가들에 의해 기후변화에 대한 논리적 그리고 객관적인 근거를 제시하고자 노력하였다. 반면 기후변화가 지나친 우려라고 반론을 제기하는 전문가도 적지 않다. 어떤 논리가 맞는지는 아무도 모른다. 본고에서 역시 어떤 논리가 맞는지에 대한 논의는 피하고자 한다. 지금 현재의 변화(평균온도의 상승, 집중강우의 증가 및 가뭄 등)들이 과연 확실한 기후변화의 징후인지 아닌지는 어느 누구도 증명하기 어렵기 때문이다. 다만 이것들을 장기적인 기후변의 추세로 받아들인다면 과연 우리의 국가 경제에 어떤 영향을 미칠지에 대한 것은 검토는 반드시 되어야 할 것이다. 기후변화에 대비해서 가장 먼저 해야 할 일은 우리나라에 도래할 기후변화 시나리오에 대한 보다 신뢰성 높은 검토이다. 그리고 이를 위해서는 우리나라에 올 수 있는 기후변화 시나리오를 예측하고 증명할 수 있는 기술의 개발 또한 시급하다. 그 다음에 수반되는 것이 바로 시나리오에 따른 사회경제적 파급효과, 즉 기후변화가 초래하는 사회경제적인 비용이 어디서 어떻게 발생할 수 있는 지에 대한 평가이다. 정부의 정책은 결국 기후변화로 인한 사회적인 비용을 최소화하기 위한 것이고 결과적으로 어떤 사회적인 비용이 초래될 것인가를 예측하고 이에 대한 정책과 기술개발의 방향이 설정되어야 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 현재 선진국들이 기후변화를 어떻게 다루고 있는지에 대한 고찰을 통해 향후 우리나라가 기후변화 대비 무엇을 어떻게 해야 하는지에 대한 제안을 하고자 하였다.

A Method for Establishment of Case-based Software Maintenance Maturity Model (사례기반의 소프트웨어 유지보수 성숙도 모델 수립 방안)

  • Software Maintenance needs to continually improve from corrective maintenance to operational management and service improvement. In this study, we propose a software maintenance maturity model and its evaluation criteria based on 4 maintenance projects of K organization. For the proposal, we derive 13 process areas and 64 evaluation criteria based on some references such as SMMM, ITSMM, ITIL. We evaluate the criteria using 5-point scale, and then establish the maturity model of K organization classified by levels of the maturity model based on the evaluation result. And, to verify and improve the maturity model of K organization, we propose improvements for evaluation criteria. In addition, we apply the maturity model to the 4 projects, evaluate the projects, and propose improvements for the projects based on the evaluation result to identify how the model shows software maintenance improvement.

A Case Study of Life Cycle Cost Analysis on Pavements in Apartment Complex (단지내 도로포장별 생애주기 비용 분석(LCCA) 사례 연구)

  • Recently, block and permeable pavements have been placed in apartment complex. However. it is hard to decide the cycle of maintenance and repair due to lack of performance evaluation criteria for these pavements. This study carried out life cycle cost analysis(LCCA) to present resonable alternatives of the pavements by considering initial construction cost, maintenance and repair cost along with the cycle of repair. According to results of LCCA, the interlocking concrete block pavement is the best alternative when the repair cycle of 20years is assumed, while asphalt concrete pavement is the best alterative when the repair cycle of 10years is assumed. Therefore, the repair cycle is most important factor to select alternative. Also, it is necessary to develop resonable performance evaluation index to quantify the cycle of maintenance and repair in the future.

  • The key feature of the $7^{th}$ Education curriculum, which is applied by order by year from 2000, is represented by differentiated curriculum. In order to embody differentiated curriculum, it is extensively recommended the level-based instruction. Level-based class basically has purposes to give students matched study experiences in accordance with their abilities and to help all students to understand what they have learned through providing differentiated instruction with considering the learners' stand points. The preceding researches have reported many cases about operating methods and educational effectiveness for the level-based instruction. In the meantime, researches about students' acceptances or opinions related to the level-based instruction are not sufficient. In this research, students opinions about level-based instruction are analyzed, based on the distinction of sex and level, and improving operational methods are suggested.

  • The objective of this study were to review and analyze the application technologies of electronics and microprocessor for environment control and automated management systems of livestock production of the advanced countries, and to select the appropriate and applicable technologies for our systems among the analyzed. In this study, the environment control systems were analyzed mainly on the poultry production systems; and the automated management systems on swine and dairy production systems. According to the results, the advanced technologies reviewed and analyzed could be applicable for designing our animal production systems, if those were modified and remodeled for our situation.

  • Electronic records produced by central administrative agencies are transferred to the National Archives of Korea. In the absence of defects or errors in electronic records, it is a proof that the government's electronic records management system is operating normally. Various problems have been found in this process, and there still remain problems to be solved. At the heart of it is a standard records management system, which has been continuously improved. In this paper, I introduce the functional improvement of the record management functions of the standard records management system. Among them, the important matters describe the background and reason for the improvement. In addition, the direction of development of the standard records management system was examined in terms of recognition conversion of recordkeepers, strengthen collaboration between recordkeepers and developers, improving records management metadata quality, linking related systems, automating records management, and IT environment change.

A Fundamental Study on the Causes of Defects in Landscape Construction Projects Based on the Ratio of In-House and Supplied Materials -Focused on Incheon Metropolitan City- (조경공사업에서 관급자재·사급자재 비율에 따른 하자 원인에 대한 기초연구 -인천광역시 사례를 중심으로-)

  • Recently, landscaping construction has played a significant role in enhancing the quality of life for citizens by creating and maintaining outdoor spaces. However, landscaping projects vary in material procurement depending on the contracting method, and they also present various challenges in defect occurrence and defect rectification due to their specialized nature. In this study, we classified different types of projects based on material procurement ratios and conducted on-site assessments of defect status by specific processes. We also analyzed the itemization of material ratios and defect rectification costs. The results revealed it was found that projects with a higher proportion of government-provided materials had the poorest defect status in terms of planting works and also incurred the highest defect rectification costs. Moreover, conflicts concerning the responsibility for defects arose. Currently, there are no specific guidelines for setting standards for the proportion of government-provided materials in landscaping construction contracts. Furthermore, there is ambiguity in the management of defect rectification. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a systematic landscaping construction contracting framework by providing institutional guidelines tailored to local governments or the circumstances of contracting entities and to conduct thorough reviews of construction processes.

A Proposal for Optimizing Unit Modular System Process to Improve Efficiency in Off-site Manufacture, Transportation and On-site Installation (유닛 모듈러 공법의 효율성 확보를 위한 공장제작, 운반, 현장설치의 최적 공정 제안)

  • A unit modular system is a construction method which installs on site by manufacturing 50%~90% of the whole process in the factory. This method can minimize the process in the site and maximize the operation, which will reduce the duration and improve the overall quality. The recent paradigm of construction is to be sustainable building. Modular system can be regarded as a sustainable building construction method because it can reduce the amount of construction waste by recycling partial or whole part of overdue building be torn down. A unit modular system is the answer to cope with the increasing market of small size housings. A unit modular system is the most appropriate option at this point. This research proposes the standard operation and construction process of modular system, which enable to optimal system. A case study of reconstructing small-size housing was introduced to support this proposal. Finished unit modular is the reasonable way. However, 80% of complication rate of the modular is the most rational when a defect occurrence during delivery is considered.

Comparison of Construction Cost Applied by RC and PC Construction Method for Apartment House and Establishment of OSC Economic Analysis Framework (공동주택 RC 및 PC공법 적용 공사비 비교 및 OSC의 포괄적 경제성 분석 프레임워크 구축)

  • OSC is a type of supply chain and value chain that spans the entire process of construction production (planning, design, construction, maintenance, etc.). It is a method of producing the final object by manufacturing it in a factory, transporting it to the site, installing and construction. This research as is the construction cost was compared for each case A, which applied the PC method, and case B, which applied the RC method. In the case of applying the PC method (excluding the PC design cost), compared to the case where only the RC method was applied, the frame construction cost per unit quantity (m3) increased by about 70% (50% based on the total RC construction type). Of the total frame construction cost of PC method application, PC accounted for 90.2%, 'PC manufacturing cost' 54.8%, 'PC assembly cost' 28.5%, and 'transportation cost' accounted for 6.89%. Also a decision-making framework that can consider both costs and benefits was established. In the case of benefits, the construction period, defect repair, disaster occurrence, energy efficiency, noise/dust/waste, and greenhouse gas emission indicators reflecting OSC technical advantages were presented. It can contribute to providing a basis for helping decision-making on the introduction of PC apartment houses using OSC.

Technical Index for the Maintenance of Watertightness of the Roof of a Large-Span Membrane Structure (대공간 막 구조물 지붕의 수밀성능 확보를 위한 유지관리 지표 연구)

  • With the increased demand for membrane structures in recent years, there have been many studies of their mechanical properties, to the extent that such structures have become recognized as independent structures with a level of safety and durability comparable to those of other general structures. But in reality, the study for the maintenance of membrane structures has not been as active. In particularly, the study of watertightness from the perspective of maintenance has been very limited. Accordingly, a study on securing watertightness performance and the guidelines for maintenance is necessary. In this study, through a case study of water leakage accidents in membrane structures overseas, causes of leakage were selected from the membrane material itself, joint parts and open door of roof part in membrane structure. The water leakage and deterioration elements were analyzed from those leakage causes. The degree of importance of the water leakage and deterioration index was also designated using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. As a result, the basic technical index was suggested for the maintenance of the roofs of large-span membrane structures to prevent water leakage. This index will be used to make a guideline for the long-term maintenance of the roofs of large-span membrane structures.
