  • 최근 휴대폰, 디지털 카메라, 캠코더, MP3 플레이어, 노트북 PC 등 휴대용 디지털 기기의 보급이 확산되면서 휴대용 저장장치의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 휴대용 저장장치의 요구사항으로 초소형화, 대용량화를 들 수 있는데, 이를 만족할 수 있는 기술로 사용될 수 있는 것이 Blu-Ray를 이용한 광 저장장치이다. 초소형 광저장장치에 사용되는 3cm 디스크에는 1.5Gbyte를 기록할 수 있으므로 기존의 휴대용 저장장치에 비해 가격이 저렴하며 대량배포가 가능하다.(중략)

A New Hybrid Evolutionary Programming Technique Using Sub-populations with Different Evolutionary Behaviors and Its Application to Camera Calibration (서로 다른 진화 특성을 가지는 부집단들을 사용한 새로운 하이브리드 진화 프로그래밍 기법과 카메라 보정 응용)

  • A new hybrid technique using several sub-populations having completely different evolutionary behaviors is proposed to increase the possibility to quickly find the global optimum of continuous optimization problem. It has three sub-populations. Two NPOSA algorithms showing good performance in the problem having a rugged fitness function are applied to two sub-populations and a self-adaptive evolutionary algorithm to the other sub-population. Sub-populations evolve in different manners and the interaction among these sub-populations lead to the global optimum quickly. The efficiency of this technique is verified through benchmark test functions. Finally, the algorithm with three sub-populations has been applied to seek for the optimal camera calibration parameters. After an error function has been defined using measured feature points of a calibration block, it has been shown that the algorithm searches for the camera parameters that minimize the error function.

  • According to the rapid development of cell phone and camera industry, all of electronic products obtain small-size, high-performance and variety. Therefore, PCB also obtains high-integration, multi-layers and high-specification rapidly. Among the digital cameras which are continuously evolved and developed, the market of mirror-less camera and hybrid digital camera is continuously increased because of the customer's request for small-size and weight lightening, except for DSLR camera. Therefore, the difficulty of PCB design is gradually increased and design L/T is longer according to the high-specifications, low-current and high-performance components. This thesis suggests the method to reduce L/T for PCB design applied to the reduction of digital camera's developing period and manufacturing period.

  • People have been interested in the next generation media and service over 3D by development of 3D industry and generalization of 3D-related content and equipment in recent year. Many researchers predict that a strong candidate is digital hologram. Holographic technology is classified to capture(or generation), processing, and display(or reconstruction). This paper discusses the digital holographic display system using hybrid image pickup system and proposes a new structure of digital holographic display system. Through the proposed method a digital hologram can be scalably serviced according to display equipments with various resolutions, computing power of decoding part, and network bandwidth.

  • In this paper, we propose hybrid navigation system, for obstacle detection and avoidance in Intelligent wheelchairs (IWs). To robustly detect obstacles and avoid them on various environments, hybrid navigation system combines both range-sensor and camera information. For this, 10 range-sensors (2 ultrasonic and 8 infra-red sensors) and CCD camera are used. Through processing the informations obtained from those sensors, our system can detect obstacles with various sizes and shapes, and then avoid them. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid navigation system, it was tested on complex environments including various obstacles, then the results showed the potential of our system as mobility aids for disabled people.

  • The visualization device for hybrid rocket is fabricated to investigate the combustion phenomena. Visualization device were composed with ignition system, oxidizer supply system, control system and data acquisition system, combustion visualization system. GOX as oxidizer and HDPE, Paraffin-LDPE Blending, Paraffin sd were used. As results, combustion phenomena and fuel droplet entrainment were observed.

  • 네이티브 어플리케이션의 한계를 극복하기 위해 웹 서비스를 이용한 Hybrid Application이 개발되었다. Hybrid Application은 단말기의 센서, 카메라 등 기기의 기능을 Application이 지원하고 내부 구조와 인터페이스, 데이터 전송 등에 Web기술을 이용하여 기존 네이티브 어플리케이션의 단점을 보완하고 장점을 합한 것이다. 웹 기반으로 구현 되었기 때문에 다양한 기기와 해상도에 적용이 가능하고 문제 발생 시 웹과 동일하게 실시간 업데이트가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 HTML5과 하이브리드 어플리케이션 기반의 SNS 메신저를 설계하고 구현하였다. SNS의 게시판 기능과 메신저를 결합하여 커뮤니케이션을 강조한 어플리케이션을 구현하여, one-source-multi-platform SNS 시스템을 구축하였다.

  • 기존 장면 전환 검출 방법들은 대부분 특정 영역에 제한되어 사용할 수 있는 방법들이며, 많은 중요한 특징 정보들을 유실하여 장면 전환 검출에 효율적이지 못하였다. 또한 장면 전환 검출을 통하여 의미 정보를 추출하기가 어렵고, 카메라와 객체의 동작을 정확히 인식하지 못하기 때문에 하이브리드 장면전환 검출 기법을 적용하여 의미 있는 정보를 효율적으로 검출 하였다.
