The treatment plan for orthognathic surgery must be based on accurate predictions, and this can be produced the most esthetic results. Treatment of prognathic mandible in adult is usually orthognathic surgery using mandible set back, but mandible with retruded chin point is needed additional chin augmentation. In this case, the directions between mandible and chin point are different therefore, the prediction of soft tissue reactions must be modified. In this study, we materialize the patients who was taken orthognathic surgery due to prognathic mandible, 11each(Group A) was taken only Bilateral Sagittal Sprit Ramus Osteotomy (BSSRO), 9each(Group B) was taken additional advancement genioplasty. The lateral cephalometric radiography taken 8 months later after orthognathic surgery by this patients were used. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The profile of lips was favorable after surgery due to upper lip to I-line became prominent and lower lip tc E-line was retruded. 2. In both group, upper lip moved posteriorly and nasolabial angle was increased. 3. The ratio of the soft tissue profile change in POGs point to skeletal B point movement was $84\%$ in group A and $66\%$ in group B, and there was statistical significance between group A and group B. 4. Vertical movement of hard tissue points is decreased in group A.

A boy (Hellman dental age III B) with mandibular prognathism was treated by means of the labiolingual appliance and the chin cap. Following results were obtained; 1) Except the problem of development, most of treatment objectives were achieved after 8 months of active treatment. 2) The axial inclinations of upper and lower incisors were changed by the treatment. 3) The most notable change was the reduction of genial angle. 4) The patient has retained the good occlusal stability till after 18 months of retention.

A patient (Hellman dental age IIIA) who had anterior cross bite due to functional factor was treated with activator. Following results were obtained: 1) Anterior cross bite was crorrected 3 months after the initial application of the appliance. 2) Comparing pretreatment records with posttreatment, the main effects were labioversion of upper incisors, increase of upper arch length and downward-backward rotation of the mandible. 3) There was no damage on teeth and periodontal tissues and the patient had normal occlusion 1 year after the treatment.

This was a case of the patient, a 24-year-old Korea Army soldier, presented a marked mandibular prognathism and left displacement. This patient was obtained a good satisfactory occlusal improvement by a bilateral oblique osteotomy in the rami of the mandible.

A girl (Hellman dental age IIC) with anterior cross bite was treated by means of the chincap and occlusal equilibration on deciduous canines. Following results were obtained; 1) The cross bite was corrected after 12 weeks of active treatment. 2) The terminal plane of deciduous molars had become 'a class II tendency' 3) The axial inclination of lower incisors were changed significantly.

Skeletal class III malocclusion with aterior deep bite is difficult to manage properly, especially in case of mild mandibular prognathism. We have designed lower anterior segmental osteotomy for improving the lower third of the facial contour. Considerable improvement of esthetic facial contour with correction of cross bite in anterior incisors was observed in patients with mandibular prognathism.

This is a case report of orthognathic surgery for the correction of maxillary retrusion and mandibular protrusion. The summary and results are as follows, 1. The maxillary retrusion was corrected by LeFort I osteotomy. 2. The mandibular protrusion was corrected by sagittal split osteotomies in the rami. 3. And, for the correction of the discrepancy between max8llary and mandibular arches, the mandibular arch was widened by the midsymphyseal step osteotomy. 4. The ratios of horizontal changes of soft tissue to hard tissue at the points, Subnasale (Sn), Labrale superius (Ls), Labrale inferius (L9), and Supramentale (B) were 67.6%, 43.2$, 70.2% and 87.7%, respectively.

So, we were enough effect obtained for everybody function with this improve. 1. Improves Viggo activator inconvenience of insertion and remove. 2. It can be set with considering of functional and esthetics. 3. Get a orthodontics effect without lonf period. 4. Have no convenience to mastication at setting with occlusal correction at anytime.

Clinicians generally agree that Class III malocclusion is one of the most difficult to treat. When the Class III malocclusion is characterized by maxillary retrusion in growing patients, the use of a face mask may be the treatment of choice. Although face mask can achieve excellent orthopedic effects. It demands special patient compliance because it is worn extraorally and is not as esthetic or comfortable as intraoral appliance. This report presents the clinical cases of mandibular protrusion correction in growing patients, who were treated by TTBA(Tandem Traction Bow Appliance) that's a intraoral appliance.
