현재 산지 콩 가격은 2,000원/kg대 수준으로 작년 3천원/kg대 보다 크게 하락하여 콩 재배 농민들의 근심이 늘고 있다. 콩 가격 하락은 농가소득을 감소시킬 뿐만아니라 타 품목 전작에 따른 연쇄 농산물 가격 하락의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 한농연중앙연합회에서는 농림부와 유통공사에게 콩 가격 폭락에 따른 대책을 강력히 요구하였고 지난 30일 농림부에서 콩 가격 폭락 해결을 위한 간담회를 가졌다.

본 연구의 목적은 사이버 주식투자의 성과를 중심으로 이익 투자자와 손실 투자자로 구분하고 투자자의 행태 변수에 대하여 두 집단간에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 규명하고자 하는 것이며 나아가 이러한 특성변수들이 투자성과와 어떠한 연관성을 가지는지를 분석하고자 하는 것이다 연구의 결과 두 집단간에 유의적인 차이를 보이면서 투자성과에 보다 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로는 가격하락시의 손절매(stop loss) 사용 빈도, 매수후 해당 종목의 평균 보유기간, 매수후 현금(잔금)보유비율의 정도, 하락시 재매수의 정도, 평균 보유 종목수, 일밀 평균 거래 횟수, 동일 종목에 대한 분할 매수 빈도, 가격 하락시 반응, 평균 확습시간, 손실 발생 원인, 언론에 대한 반응 등이었다.

올해 쌀 목표가격 170,083원/80kg은 법을 개정하지 않을 경우 161,265원/80kg으로 대폭 하락할 전망이다. 현재 정부는 목표가격 하락을 주장하고 있고 국회에서는 대선으로 인해 제대로 된 논의조차 진행하지 못하고 있다. 이에 이번호에서는 쌀 목표가격에 대한 논의 동향과 향후 전망에 대해 알아보고 한농연의 대응활동에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

This paper examines the causes of the terms of trade decline in Korea since the mid-1990s, using the decomposition methodology suggested by Baxter and Kouparitsas (2000) as well as regression analysis. The main empirical results are summarized as follows. The decomposition exercise of changes in terms of trade showed that Korea's terms of trade decline for the past decade or so is attributable to goods price effect which were driven by the rise of oil prices relative to manufactures. The decomposition of terms of trade change for 55 countries showed that terms of trade decline due to goods price effect is a phenomenon that was commonly observed for exporters of manufactures since mid-1990s. These results suggest that external factors such as China's trade expansion, rather than internal factors, are mostly responsible for the decline in terms of trade. In accordance with these results, the regression results suggest that China's trade expansion contributed to Korea's terms of trade decline, especially in 2000s, by raising the import prices of oil and raw materials and lowering the export prices of manufacturing products.

Output prices tend to respond faster to input price increases than to decreases. The 'rockets and feathers' hypothesis of asymmetric price behavior in petroleum market is tested by a full adjustment error correction model. Using monthly data for the period January 1977 to June 2006, evidence is found that there is a significant degree of asymmetry in the adjustment of wholesale prices to increases and to decreases in crude oil price. A similar hypothesis in regard to the exchange rate is also rejected by the data. Using weekly data over the period examined, evidence of asymmetry for gasoline, diesel and heating oil is also found in the transmission of price changes from wholesale to retail: retail prices increase more quickly in response to the wholesale price increases than to wholesale price decreases.

(사)소비자시민모임은 지난 5월 3일~9월 7일까지 서울시내 대형마트 4개사, 기업형슈퍼 4개사의 계란 가격(정상가 및 소비쿠폰 할인 가격)과 등급을 조사한 결과를 발표했다. 본고에서는 이 내용을 소개한다. - 9월 2주 가격, 6월 대비 30구는 8.1% 하락, 10구(-0.6%), 15구(-2.3%)는 거의 변동없어 - 9월 산지 가격, 6월 보다 10% 이상 하락, CJ, 풀무원 등 브랜드란은 산지 가격 하락에도 변동 없어

This study analyzed the trends and causes of the decline in Korean students' positive experiences about science (PES). To do this, 4th to 10th grade students were sampled by grade at general elementary, middle, and high schools in Seoul, and then a questionnaire was administered to ask the students about their PES and the causes for their decline. The results of one-way ANOVA for Test for Indicators of Positive Experiences about Science (TIPES) revealed that there were no statistically significant differences according to grade and school level in the overall mean of TIPES scores. However, the results were slightly different for each sub-component. That is, in 'science academic emotion,' the mean of elementary school students was statistically significantly higher than that of middle school students. In addition, the mean of 4th graders was significantly higher than the mean of middle school 1st graders, middle school 3rd graders, and high school 1st graders, respectively. The mean of high school students was statistically significantly higher than that of middle school students in 'science-related career aspiration.' In the 'science-related self-concept', 'science learning motivation,' and 'science-related attitude,' the differences in scores according to grade and school level were not statistically significant. The main causes of the decline in each sub-components of PES were somewhat different depending on the school level. Based on these results, the ways to improve students' PES were sought according to grade and school level.

「작년도의 자가용차 1km주행에 요하는 타이어 튜우브비는 소형승용차가 1.27엔, 소형트럭 1.16원, 경자동차 0.6원으로 타이어 경비는 전년도보다 14~29%감소하고 있다」라는 조사결과가 운수성자동차국의 조사에서 명백해졌다. (「자가용 자동차의 점검정비실시현황등의 실태조사결과 1976년도」),여사히 타이어 튜우브비가 전년도보다 감소한 이유로써 ①주행거리가 하락하여 있는 점 ②타이어 가격이 하락하고 있는 점 ③타이어의 사용관리가 엄격하게 되어 있는 점 ④라디알타이어의 증가에 따른 타이어 수명의 연장등의 점이 지적 될 것이다. 이하 동조사 결과로부터 타이어에 관한 부분을 발기해 보았다.
