도로는 교통기능 외에 여러 시설물을 수용할 수 있는 사회 인프라구축의 공간으로 활용될 수 있기 때문에 서울시뿐만 아니라 각 지방자치단체에서는 이러한 공간을 활용하기 위한 도로점용공사는 매년 전국적으로 수만 건에 달하고 있다. 따라서. 매년 발생하는 도로점용공사의 차로과다 점용, 교통시설물 설치 부적절, 보행자 안전무시, 공사안내표지 부적절, 공사구간에서의 불법 주.정차 등의 문제점이 계속하여 발생.지적되고 있으나 이에 따른 관련 규정이 미흡하여 도로점용공사 시행자의 불법을 초래하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 서울시의 경우 시스템적 접근방법인 관련조례에 의해서 수행되기보다는, 교통자문회의로 운영되고 있으며, 관련 인원 및 법적 제재조치가 미약하여 도로점용공사의 효과적인 관리가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 서울시 및 각 지방자치단체에서는 도로점용공사로 인한 보행자와 운전자의 통행권 확보와 안전상의 문제 등을 하루빨리 인식하여 도로점용공사에 따른 도로공사장 교통관리 규정을 법규화 하여 체계적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 도로점용공사에 따른 관련법 및 적용대상, 관련보고서 검토, 서울시를 사례로 한 공사중 교통처리방안 운영실태 및 문제점의 진단을 통하여 향후 도로공사장 교통관리 규정의 운영적 및 제도적 측면의 개선방안과 향후 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is intends to analyze achievements of the Literacy-computer education for the illiterates and to develop more efficient implementation strategies. For this purpose, we collected data of the costomer's satisfaction Ievels and its achievements of this program and analyzed its achievements perception by institutes variables, educational method variables, and individual character variables. Based on this results, we suggest specific strategies of this program for better effectiveness of literacy-computer education for the illeterate.

최근 사업용 화력발전설비의 건설에서는 이제까지의 실적 중시 시스템구축 경향에서 벗어나, 적은 인원에 의한 중앙집중감시의 고도화와 건설비저감 경향에 따라 신기술 특히 디지털기기의 응용을 지향한 주요 전기기기의 합리화가 급속하게 추진되고 있다. 또 제어로직의 소프트웨어화, 신호 전송화의 확대는 설비의 고도화$\cdot$합리화의 양면에서 우위를 차지하고 있다. 사업용 화력발전설비는 고신뢰성과 고가동률이 요구되어 전력의 안정공급에 있어 중핵을 담당하고 있다. 발전기와 여자제어장치, 발전소 감시제어시스템은 발전소단위의 고기능화, 전력계통 안정화를 위한 협조제어 등에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 화력발전소의 감시는 적은 인력을 중앙에 집중 배치하여 일괄감시$\cdot$제어하는 경향이 확산되어, 감시$\cdot$조작$\cdot$이력관리 기능의 고도화와 작업환경의 정비가 급속하게 진전되고 있다. 여기에는 적어도 최근의 디지털기기 응용확대가 크게 기여했으며, 이러한 것들이 신뢰성을 확보한 토털시스템 구축이라는 발전소 시스템 엔지니어링의 영역확대와 중요성이 커지게 된 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 화력발전소 제어시스템의 고도화는 주요기기의 안정된 운전과도 깊이 관련되어있어 근년의 발전설비 건설에서 중요한 과제의 하나가 되고 있다. 한편, 화력발전소의 감시$\cdot$제어항목은 방대하며, 아울러 급속히 진보해가고 있는 디지털기술을 효율적으로 도입하여 설비의 고도화를 추진해갈 필요성이 날로 커져가고 있다고 생각한다. 여기서는 최근의 발전기의 기술동향과 감시제어시스템의 기술동향을 소개함과 동시에 앞으로의 전망에 대하여 기술한다.

The building boundary should be registered in the cadastral map for the protection of property using the expansion of the registration items in the cadastral record and the construction of 3D-cadastral information system. In this study, the efficiency of registering the building boundary was suggested by non-target TS survey through the comparison between target TS and non-target TS survey about an accuracy and efficiency. At the result of this research, the RMSE of target TS and non-target TS survey is the X; ${\pm}0.056m$ and Y; ${\pm}0.043m$. Therefore, non-target TS survey shows the high accuracy. Also, the non-target TS survey is more efficient cost on time and personnel than target TS.

본 논문에서는 L-마트 상온 제품 종합물류센터 실시설계 대안별 검증을 통해 신뢰성을 향상하고 추가 보완사항을 발굴하여 개선하고 설계의 편의를 제공하기 위한 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하여 물류센터 설비 및 레이아웃, 운영 방안에 대해 종합적인 대안을 제시하였다. 다양한 대안 검증을 위해 유연한 구조의 시뮬레이션 모델을 설계하였으며, 컨베이어 소터의 처리량과 컨베이어 선적 작업자와 컨베이어 하역 작업자의 이용률 및 필요 인원, 각 입/출고도크의 이용률 등을 컨베이어 소터 운영의 성능평가 요소로 정의 하였으며, 비소터 물량을 처리하는 수작업장의 운영의 성능평가 요소로서는 작업자의 이용률과 입고도크의 이용률을 반영하였다. 마지막으로 팔레트 물량을 처리하는 팔레트 작업에서는 팔레트 운반장비의 이용률과 입고도크의 이용률을 성능평가 요소로 반영하였다. 시뮬레이션 모델에서는 물류센터 설비 대안, Layout 변화에 따른 특성 분석을 반영하여 L-마트 물류센터 운영 프로세스를 정의하였다. 개발된 시뮬레이션 모델에서는 입력 데이터의 분석과 시뮬레이션 모델의 신뢰성 검증을 위해 운영을 위한 파라미터를 설정하고, 실제감이 있는 2D Animation을 통해 시뮬레이션 상의 물류의 이상 발생을 시각화하여 보여주도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션의 결과치에 대한 평가 요소 및 대안별 정량적 분석을 통해 L-마트 상온 제품 종합물류센터의 종합적인 운영방안을 제시하였다

This study aims to improve the Evacuation Performance o( the I)inc()unto-store in underground that is rapidly new shopping store in Korea. In this paper, The architectural properties of the floor plan and section was reviewed with egress focus, occupant load density of the Discount-store was surveyed and the procedure and method of performance based egress design for this occupancy was analysed with SIMULEX model and calculation method. As a result of modeling, more longer available safe egress time (ASET) is expected than required safe egress time (RSET)in underground discount-store. In order to improve the Evacuation Performance for this type occupancy, egress capacity including escape stair, aisle width, escape door is calculated with based on occupant load density and review of shopping cart's structure and size and maximum escape capacity of the cash counter.

In this paper, context-aware technologies using a Kinect sensor for a digital signage which is increasingly growing as the 4th screen media is presented. Generalized context-aware functions for a digital signage were studied and a context-aware digital signage platform was developed. It can support a natural user interface for controlling a digital signage and actively provide contents adapted to its context. As a basic context, user's gesture and voice, the number of users, sound direction were considered. In the future, the advanced functions such as age, gender will be studied. The implemented platform could be a good reference model when developing a general context-aware digital signage.

화재와 지진 등 재난 발생 시 인원이 많이 밀집되어 있는 건물 내에서는 혼란스러운 상황이 발생하는 것이 일반적이고 각 건물 내 사람들이 통솔하기도 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 해소하기 위해 본 논문에서는 상황에 따른 장치 간 전송하는 데이터를 나누어 데이터 전송에 효율성을 높이며 데이터베이스를 제안하여 데이터 간 관련성과 관리에 효율성을 높이고 사용자에게 직접 건물 내 상황을 알리고 안정적으로 대피를 할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 기술과 그에 필요한 Protocol을 제안한다.

Digital maps that art the primitive components for GIS has been increasingly used for various applications. Although their production processes has been noticeably improved, particularly, the geographic survey and structural editing processes still depends on the traditional process depending on maps printed on papers. This study thus proposes a new efficient method employing a computerized filed survey system into these processes. We applied this method to producing a digital map ver 2.0 and compare the results nth those based on the existing method. From this comparison analysis, it is shown that the proposed method saves about 5% from the overall cost by reducing the man power and processing steps required for digital map production.

This study compares the difference of academic achievements for college students who entered a school with different selection criteria, and it was based on the entrance data for Hankuk University of Foreign Studies during 2000-2003. The results of this research can be used as an evidence or a supporting material for the future entrance policies or strategies in other universities.
