The Relationship between Instructor's Attractiveness Perceived by Pilates Participants, Pilates Flow and Passion (필라테스 참가자들이 인식하는 지도자의 매력성과 필라테스 몰입 및 열정의 관계)

  • This study examines how instructor's attractiveness perceived by pilates participants affects participants' flow and passion. The subjects for this study were 214 participants who participated in pilates in Seoul. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire were conducted by using SPSS & AMOS Window 18.0 program; the results of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model are as follows; First, the instructors' attractiveness affects pilates participants' flow. Second, the instructors' attractiveness has influence on the participants' passion. Third, pilates participants' flow affects their passion. Lastly there is a causal relationship between instructors' attractiveness, flow and passion of pilates participants.

The Influence of Professionalism of Pilates Instructors on Attractiveness of Instructors and Adherence of Pilates Participants (필라테스 지도자의 전문성과 매력성 및 참가자의 운동지속에 대한 융합적 연구)

  • This study examined the influence of professionalism of Pilates instructors on attractiveness of instructors and adherence of participants. The subjects of this study were 229 Pilates participants in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS & AMOS 18.0 version. The results are as follows. First, the professionalism of Pilates instructors partially affects the attraction. Second, the professionalism of Pilates instructors has partially influence on the adherence of Pilates participants. Third, the attraction of Pilates instructors has partially an effect on the adherence of Pilates participants. Lastly there is a causal relationship between professionalism, attraction of Pilates instructors and adherence of Pilates participants.

The causal relationship between exercise satisfaction and exercise continuity in the interaction of Pilates instructors and participants (필라테스 지도자와 참여자의 상호작용성이 운동만족 및 운동지속 간의 인과 관계)

  • In this study, to analyze the relationship between exercise satisfaction and exercise continuity that occurs in the interaction between leaders and participants, non-probability sampling was performed on 232 individuals from January 17 to March 9, 2022, and a structural model of 187 effective samples was used. applied and analyzed. First, the reliability and intimacy of Pilates leader-participants were found to have a significant effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, significant results were derived between Pilates exercise satisfaction and exercise continuity. Third, Pilates reliability was found to have a significant effect on exercise continuity, but intimacy was partially adopted as not having a significant effect on exercise continuity. However, the indirect effect between the mediating effects of exercise satisfaction can be seen to be statistically significant, and it can be predicted that Pilates causes positive behavior in exercise satisfaction and further reduces avoidance or indirectly affects other exercises. In addition, these performances are considered to have an impact on business performance as well as mutual relationships.

The Effects of Pilates' Instructors Professionalism on Physical Self-perception and Psychological Happiness (필라테스지도자의 전문성이 신체적자기지각과 심리적행복감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of Pilates' expertise on physical self perception and psychological happiness among adults who participated in the Pilates movement for more than one year. From March 1, 2019 to May 30, 2019, a total of 262 Pilates participants in D and C cities were sampled using the Collective Clustering method. The STSS Ver20.0 statistics program was used to solve the research problem. The study found that first, there were no significant differences in physical self perception and that health had a negative effect on the body's emphasis on the body's neutral and that physical ability had a significant effect on Neutral emphasis on body and Member management. Second, the enjoyment of psychological happiness showed significant differences in An understanding of anatomical knowledge, instructors 'Attitudes, and membership management, while the confidence of psychological happiness showed significant differences in Neutral emphasis on body and Member management. This study shows that the Pilates leader's professionalism has a positive influence on participants and has contributed to presenting basic information regarding various variables.
