Until now, face to face coaching has been applied almost for completing the goal in various field. Face to face coaching is difficult always to reach each other anywhere, anytime due to the availability of internet and mobile devices. Recently, e-coaching is attempted to expend. But current e-coaching is supporting the secondary role for face to face coaching. E-coaching system has many benefits to use advancement technologies in internet. Therefore, the development of e-coaching system based on horizontal relationships between coach and coachee needs to communication anytime and anywhere in Internet. Usually previous online coaching systems have four types of interactions i.e. electronic mail, video chat, text chat, phone call. Most of the e-coaching approaches are easy to access and provide communication synchronous; video chat is an excellent visibility, whereas e-mail is asynchronous and document-centric. In this paper, we design and implement the integration e-coaching system based on synchronous and asynchronous. This system provides the asynchronous coaching offered by way of e-mail, and the synchronous coaching used P2P (Peer to Peer) video chat and text group chat. This system allows simultaneously asynchronous and synchronous coaching, and supports individual and group communication for periodical or informal coaching.
Two-Photon Fluorescence (TPF) experiment measures temporal width of an amplified short laser pulse which has passed through a four-pass Nd: glass amplifier, after selecting a single pulse from pulse train Q-switched and mode-locked(QSML) in Nd:YLF master oscillator. Determination of pulsewidth and pulseshape was also made with detection of autocorrelation trace of CW mode-locked pulse train by using noncollinear type I Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) method. The observed TPF track showed various patterns, depending on pulse-selecting position in QSML pulse train. That is, autocorrelation of a pulse extracted at front of the train displayed smooth pulse shape, while one from the trailing part of the train created many sharp spikes and substructure in the pulse. By TPF method, pulsewidth was measured to be 44.4 ps with contrast ratio of 2.86 which enabled us to find out energy fraction of a pulse to total energy, (sum of pulse and background); we obtain the value of 0.62. Pulsewidth of 46.6ps was also acquired in another SHG experiment with the help of only mode-locked pulse train. On the other hand, we confirmed that shape of the pulse is close to $sech^2$ one as a result of fitting the SHG autocorrelation signal with various functions. With simulation using this $sech^2$ type of pulse, pulsewidth reduction of the beam, having passed through four-pass amplifier, was also verified.

The phycocyanin pigment (PC) is a marker for cyanobacterial presence in eutrophic inland water. Accurate estimation of low PC concentration in turbid inland water is challenging due to the optical complexity and criticalforissuing an early warning of potentialrisks of cyanobacterial bloom to the public. To monitor cyanobacterial bloom in eutrophic inland waters, an approach is proposed to partition non-water absorption coefficient from measured reflectance and to retrieve absorption coefficient of PC with the aim of improving the accuracy in remotely estimated PC, in particular for low concentrations. The proposed inversion model retrieves absorption spectra of PC ($a_{pc}({\lambda})$) with $R^2{\geq}0.8$ for $a_{pc}(620)$. The algorithm achieved more accurate Chl-a and PC estimation with $0.71{\leq}R^2{\leq}0.85$, relative root mean square error (rRMSE) ${\leq}39.4%$ and mean relative error(RE) ${\leq}78.0%$ than the widely used semi-empirical algorithm for the same dataset. In particular, low PC ($PC{\leq}50mg/m^3$) and low PC: Chl-a ratio values of for all datasets used in this study were well predicted by the proposed algorithm.
The purpose of this study was to develop functional breads added with spirulina, improvement of Quality Characteristics and for long-term storage of spirulina bread. Three different levels of spirulina (0.4, 0.8, 1.2 %) were added to the total amount of ingredient. The weight of spirulina containing bread decreased with spirulina level. During storage, moisture content was higher in spirulina containing breads compared with control bread. During storage, contents of phycocyanin increased with increasing spirulina powder. There was Hunter color value($L^*$, $a^*$ and $b^*$ value) lightness of the crumb of bread with increasing spirulina powder was decreased during storage. Textural properties by TPA showed that hardness was increased during storage, but the hardness of spirulina bread decreased as spirulina addition amount increased. Also, springiness was decreased during storage. The antioxidant activities was decreased with increasing spirulina powder content. Sensory results showed that the scores of over-all preference buy in the bread with spirulina 0.8 % higher than the control and the other groups.
Ultraviolet spectrophotometric investigation were carried out on the systems of pyridine, ${\beta}$-picoline and 3,5-lutidine with iodine in carbon tetrachloride. The results reveal the formation of one to one molecular complexes of the type, $C_5H_5N{\cdot}I_2$, ${\beta}-C_5H_4(CH_3)N{\cdot}I_2$ and 3,5-$C_5H_3(CH_3)_2N{\cdot}I_2$. The equrilibrium constants of complexes were obtained in consideration of that absorption maxima have the blue shift with the increasing temperatures according to the formation of the charge transfer complexes. The thermodynamic parameters, ${\Delta}H$, ${\Delta}G$ and ${\Delta}S$ for the formation of the charge transfer complexes were calculated from these values. These results indicated that the relative stabilities of the pyridine, ${\beta}$-picoline and 3,5-lutidine complexes with iodine increase in the order, pyridine < ${\beta}$-picoline < 3,5-lutidine. These results were supposed to be the influence resulted from increase of electron density by the positive inductive effect and the dipole moment of the steric hindrance effect. And this results were compared and discussed with polymethylbenzene-iodine CT-complexes.
To accommodate the increasing number of mobile terminals in the limited radio spectrum, wireless systems have been designed as micro/picocellular architectures for a higher capacity. This reduced coverage area of a cell has caused a higher rate of hand-off events, and the hand-off technology for efficient process becomes a necessity to provide a stable service. Population-based Bandwidth Reservation(PBR) Scheme is proposed to provide prioritized handling for hand-off calls by dynamically adjusting the amount of reserved bandwidth of a cell according to the amount of cellular traffic in its neighboring cells. We analyze the performance of the PBR scheme according to the changes of a fractional parameter, f, which is the ratio of request reservation to the total amount of bandwidth units required for hand-off calls that will occur for the next period. The vague of this parameter, f should be determined based on QoS(Quality of Service) requirement. To meet the requirement the value of Parameter(f) must be able to be adjusted dynamically according to the changing traffic conditions. The best value of f can be determined by a function of the average speed of mobile stations, average call duration, cell size, and so on. This paper considers the average call duration and the cell size according to the speed of mobile stations. Although some difference exists as per speed, in the range of 0.4 $\leq$ f $\leq$ 0.6, Blocking Probability, Dropping Probability and Utilization show the best values.

A fungal isolate was newly collected from Zoysiagrass 'Anyang-Joongji' in small circular patches on a fairway ofa golf course in Korea, which seriously occurred during the early summer period of 2005. The isolate presented on PDAmedium, named Scz1, was closely identical to Sclerotinia homoeocarpa, a casual fungus of dollar spot disease, in cool season turf grasses such as creeping bentgrass. Hereby, this study was accomplished to characterize the isolate and compare it with the fungus, named Scb1, isolated from dollar spot-infected creeping bentgrass (Agrostis palustris Huds. cv Penncross). On PDAmedium, individual mycelial appearance of three isolates was very similar except for the pigment. Mycelial pigments of Scz1 and Scz2 (another analogous isolate collected) were light pinkish on the reverse side of PDA medium but that of Scb1 was dark brownish. In a microscopic study, three isolates were barely distinguishable in the appearance of mycelia. As expected, in the temperaturesensitivity assay, all pathogens were very delicate to $32^{circ}C$ above but not to $30^{circ}C$ below, in which was explained to be one of typical characteristics in S. homoeocarpa. In an artificial inoculation assay, disease symptoms including leaf spots in Zoysiagrass were appeared within 6-7 days after inoculation through the hand inoculation method with the isolate-infested soil. Then the fungus was re-identified from the infected leaf tissues. Interestingly, inoculation of isolate Scz1 gave rise to distinct symptoms in only Zoysiagrass but not in creeping bentgrass 'Penncross' and Kentucky bluegrass 'Midnight'. The observation might be involved in host specific pathogenecity of S. homoeocarpa Scz1 to Zoysiagrass. In a chemical sensitivity assay for the isolate, Scz1, showed a high mycelial inhibition against two fungicides, iprodione and propiconazole. All results described above suggest that S. homoeocarpa Scz1 is a primary pathogen of Zoysia dollar spot disease.

In addition to wired communication technology, wireless communication technology has had communication revolution nowadays. Bluethooth technology carries out data/voice communication within pico-net. Nowadays the various services are supported by access network connected to public network. This paper presents implementation of bluetooth protocol analyser which simulates bluetooth protocol. MS window98 and visual C are used for development environment and application program is operated over the firmware loaded on the bluetooth device connected to the PC through UART which of the maximum transmission rate is 115kbps because transmission rate less than 20kbps affects rarely the performance. The performance analysis on the propose system is carried out as simulating the signalling information for the voice test and the traffics between two bluetooth systems for file transfer. The throughput analysis for file transfer service and call processing capacity for voice service are considered as performance analysis parameters. File access time is very important parameter and throughput is 13 kbps in case breakpoint time to file access is 0.04sec. Also call processing time is about 16.6ms in case of communication with the headset. The performance analysis of simulation results satisfies with bluetooth device development.

ISO/IEC 29157 originally developed in the Republic of Korea and is based on commercially available PicoCast v1.0. ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6 was registered by the international standard on May 2010. A single platform for a variety of applications and media formats to support development objectives were. ISO/IEC 29157 based wireless networks, ie, Pico-net to master node periodically transmit sync signal is synchronized to the number of slave nodes have the communications structure. Pico-net also supports a variety of network topologies and direct communication between nodes(single-hop communication) and QoS is guaranteed. But Pico-net network structure has the following problems. Loss of communication problems due to mobile nodes, resulting in limitations of node mobility and wireless network operation range of conventional wireless networks operating range less than 1/4 was reduced to the problem. In this paper, a possible solution to the problems mentioned is proposed, using multi-hop communication technology and sync signal transmission technology between nodes.
