  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a more accurate attitude algorithm with low grade gyro output. The proposed algorithm estimates attitudes by combining accelerometer and gyro output. For performance improvement of the algorithm, a method of velocity compensation is proposed for a better attitude estimation which is calculated from the accelerometer output. Velocity compensation is done by using Kalman Filter to estimate another velocity component.

  • Implicit guidance algorithm can deal with the trajectory error rapidly, but it has to save much data. If, however, the control variable is represented by a specific function form, a few parameters will suffice to define the control variable. In this paper, we study the method of updating the parameters of the control function for the reduction of trajectory errors. The method proposed here does not require much memory for guidance.

  • 전북 부안군에 설치된 30kW급Dual-rotor 풍력발전기의 Main Rotor Blade를 대상으로 공기역학적 모델링을 하였다. 각종 바람 상황과 풍속에 따라 변화하는 RPM 상황을 고려하여 전산모의 실험을 수행하였다. 또한 출력성능을 향상시키기 위하여 최대 출력을 계산하고 이를 추종하도록 하는 직접 출력 제어 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

  • This study is implementation of attitude control system(ACS - Attitude Control System). for a multi legs robot. This study designs H/W of Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and attitude control algorithm S/W. Compare performance with Mtx and MTx in order to verify action performance of this system after implementation, and will verify a system integrated IMU of a multi-legs robot. ACS uses Gyro and an accelerometer and an earth magnetism sensor, and it is a system controlling a roll, pitch angle attitude of an object. Generally, low price MEMS is difficult to calculate a correct situation of an object as an error occurs severely the Inertial sensor. This study implements IMU in order to develop ACS as use MEMS, accelerometer, Gyro sensor and earth magnetism sensor. Design algorithm each a roll, pitch, yaw attitude guaranteeing regular performance, and do poling in a system as include an attitude calculation program in an IMU system implemented. Mixed output of Gyro and an accelerometer, and recompensed a roll, pitch angle, and loaded in this study on a target platform in order to implement the ACS which guaranteed performance more than a continuously regular level, and operated by real time, and did porting, and verified.

Numerical Simulation of Flow around Variable Pitch Helically Elliptic Twisted Cylinder based on the Biomimetic Flow Control (생체모방 유동제어 기반 가변 피치 나선형 실린더 주위 유동 해석)

  • The new geometric disturbance is proposed to control the flow around the bluff body. The new geometry is characterized by the variable pitch which is applied on the Helically Elliptic Twisted (HET) cylinder. The performance of the HTE geometry as a biomimetic passive flow control was confirmed by Jung and Yoon (2014). The Large Eddy Simulation (LES) is used for the evaluation of the flow control performance of the Variable Pitch HTE (VPHTE) cylinder at Reynolds number (Re) of 3000 corresponding to the subcritical regime. The circular and HTE cylinders are also considered to compare the performance of the VPHTE cylinder at the same Re. The VPHTE cylinder gives the smallest values of the force coefficients than the circular and HTE cylinders. The drag and lift coefficients of the VPHTE cylinder are about 15.2% and 94.0% lower than those of the circular cylinder, respectively. Especially, the VPHTE cylinder achieves about 2.3% and 30.0% reduction of the drag coefficient and the root mean square of the lift coefficient than the HTE cylinder, respectively. Furthermore, The VPHTE cylinder forms more elongated and stabilized separated shear layer than the circular cylinder, which supports the reduction of the force coefficients.

  • 본 논문에서는 PMSG(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator)의 가변속-고정피치(Variable-Speed Fixed-Pitch) 풍력발전시스템을 위한 FLC를 기반으로 하는 최대 전력점제어(MPPT) 알고리즘을 제시한다. 최근에는 풍속변화에 대응하여 최대전력을 발생할 수 있는 가변속 풍력발전 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 국내의 지형적 조건에 따른 바람의 영향으로 풍력발전 시스템의 MPPT제어가 반드시 필요하다. 종래의 풍력발전 MPPT 제어는 응답속도 등에 대한 문제점이 나타난다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 파라미터 변동에 강인한 FLC를 기반으로 하는 최대 전력점 제어(MPPT)를 제시한다. 또한 본 논문에서 제시한 알고리즘은 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 타당성을 입증한다.

Deterministic Pitch Tool Polishing Using Tool Influence Function (드레이퍼 방식 연마기에서의 툴 영향 함수 기법)

  • The pitch tool provides superior surface roughness compared to other types of polishing tool. However, because of difficulty in handling the pitch tool, pitch tool polishing has rarely been analysed, which led many craftsman to eliminate the pitch tool from their experiences. We found that it was possible to use a pitch tool in the well-determined material removal after the completion of computer simulation and experiment. We could simulate the TIF of the pitch tool with 79% accuracy. Also, after five successive simulations of polishing process on a 280 mm optical flat, the surface p-v error was found to be reduced from $1{\mu}m$ to 168 nm.

  • 본 논문은 자동차의 편의성 및 안전성의 동시 확보를 위하여, 보조적 스위치의 조작없이 상시 음성의 입$\cdot$출력이 가능하도록 하였고, 남성과 여성을 구별하기 위하여 피치검출법을 사용하여 속도별로 구분하였다. 또한, band pass filter를 이용하여 자동으로 잡음하에서 정확하게 음성추간 검출(End Point Detection)을 하게 하였다. Reference Pattern은 DMS(Dynaminc Multi-Section)[1]모델을 사용하려고, 음성의 특징 파라미터와 인식 알고리즘은 PLP 13차와 One Stage Dynamic Programming(OSDP)를 사용하였다. 시내주행중인 자동차 환경에서 자주 사용되는 차량제어 명령어 30단어를 가지고 실험한 결과 40-80km에서 화자독립 남성 $96\%$, 여성 $94.4\%$ 화자종속일 때 남성 $97\%$, 여성 $95\%$의 인식률을 얻을수 있었고 남성과 여성을 구분하므로 써 인식률을 향상 시켰다.

  • 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 운율을 제어 할 수 있는 방법의 하나인 지속시간 변경을 주파수 영역에서 변경하는 방법을 사용하였다. 또한 프레임처리에서 윈도우의 영향으로 스펙트럼 왜곡 및 음질 저하를 방지하기 위하여 보상된 윈도우를 적용하였다. 만약 운율조절에 있어서 지속시간을 자유롭게 변경할 수 있다면 언어장애인의 발음교정이나 어학학습 등 여러 분야에 이용할 수 있을 것이다. 결과적으로 본 논문에서 제안한 FFT변환 특성을 이용하여 지속시간을 변경한 방법을 사용하여 피치변경후에 지속시간까지 변경한 음성의 명료도가 피치만 변경한 경우보다는 떨어지지만 자연성 면에서는 더 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Helicopter uses a rotor system to generate lift, thrust and forces, and its aerodynamic environment is generally complex. Unsteady aerodynamic environment arises such as blade vortex interaction. This unsteady aerodynamic environment induces vibratory aerodynamic loads and high aeroacoustic noise. Those are at N times the rotor blade revolutions (N/rev). But conventional rotor control system composed of pitch links and swash plate is not capable of adjusting such vibratory loads because its control is restricted to 1/rev. Many active control methodologies have been examined to alleviate the problem. The blade using active control device manipulates the blade pitch angle at arbitrary frequencies. In this paper, Active Trailing-edge Flap blade, which is one of the active control methods, is designed to modify the unsteady aerodynamic loads. Active Trailing-edge Flap blade uses a trailing edge flap manipulated by an actuator to change camber of the airfoil. Piezoelectric actuators are installed inside the blade to manipulate the trailing edge flap.
