지금까지 해양사고 관련 조사보고서와 연구결과를 살펴보면 선박승무원의 피로가 업무수행능력에 밀접하게 영향을 미쳐서 인간과실을 유발하게하고 결국 각종 해양사고가 발생한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양사고와 선박승무원의 피로도와 인과관계를 파악하고 분석하기위한 국내외 관련 연구동향 및 그 결과들에 대한 고찰을 하고자 하였다. 이를 기반으로 향후 선박승무원의 피로도를 관리하고 완하할 수 있는 체계적이고 합리적인 방안을 마련하고 최종적으로 충돌, 좌초 등과 같은 각종 해양사고를 예방하는데 기여하고자 한다.

Although there have been continued researches on the effect of fatigue among organization members on organizations, there has been an absence of studies on sub-factors of organizational commitment using Saito(1999)'s whole questionnaire. Therefore, this study aimed to measure the level of fatigue among police officers and empirically examine the effect of fatigue on organizational commitment. Based on the previous studies, fatigue(mental fatigue and physical fatigue) of police officers and physical disharmony were selected as independent variables, and organizational commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment) was selected as a dependent variable. The meanings and the implications of this study are as follows. First, from a theoretical perspective, this study has significance as the first study, which used Saito(1999)'s whole scale and examined the relationship between sub-variables of organizational commitment in a police organization. This study also confirms the importance of fatigue management for organization managers. Second, from a perspective of organization management, this study implies that effort should be made to measure fatigue of police officers, who have 5 to 10 years of service and work as Senior patrol and sergeants and manage it actively on an organizational level, and there is a need to develop a training program for improving their attitudes towards organizations.

수많은 판형부재로 구성된 대형 트러스교에서는 불량용접된 부재가 존재할 수 있으며, 이는 교량의 피로수명에 결정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 교량에서 용접불량부를 조사하고 부재단면중 용접불량을 고려한 유효단면을 가정하여 피로수명을 예측하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 피로수명에 영향을 미치는 교통량을 분석하고 차량모델을 가정하여 유효등가응력을 산정하였으며 모형피로시험에서 구한 응력-반복횟수곡선을 이용하여 피로수명을 예측하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 분석기법은 불량용접부와 교통량이 강교량의 피로수명에 미치는 영향을 예측하는데 매우 유용함을 알 수 있다.

현대인들은 매일매일 반복된 나날을 보낸다. 일을 하다보면 몸은 천근만근이고 어느새 또 하루가 저문다. 그렇게 일상에서의 스트레스와 피로를 쌓아가 결국에는 아침이 와도 눈을 뜨고 자리에서 일어나는게 힘들어진다. 풀리지 않는 피로, 어떻게 하면 좋아질 수 있을까 하고 영양제도 챙겨 먹어 보지만 기대만큼 쉽게 달라지지 않는다. 만성피로, 과연 무엇이 문제일까?

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference in perception of skin beauticians according to the perception of bamboo therapy. For the study, 301 skin beauticians working in skin care departments were randomly selected and conducted for 28 days from April 19 to April 29, 2019. In the results of this study, skin cosmetologists who are aware of bamboo therapy have a very high interest and interest in bamboo therapy compared to skin cosmetologists who do not recognize bamboo therapy, and have a very high willingness to use it in the industrial field. They recognized that it was a way to help skin beauticians protect their joints at the same time as the body shape management effect of Bamboo.

SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) could have the overhead of network, if the number of the agent system which is managed by the management system is increased by the polling for the collection of network management information and the reply traffic for it. In this Paper, the polling method used in SNMP is improved, and Group Polling method is proposed. This can reduce the overhead of network, on case that the agent system is to be increased. The proposed method collects information by grouping agent systems, and have smaller reply latency time and communication overhead than the previous method. So if the number of agent system or the Polling count is numerous, the proposed method is more efficient. As the result of the prototype test, the increasement of agent system can have small variation of traffic and transmission delay time.
