This paper is to analyze the economic effects of the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform build-up. For the economic effect analysis, we reclassified the Broadcasting & Communications Convergence Industry Classification System and re-drew up 2009 Inter-industry Relations Table by using the 2003 Inter-industry Relations Table issued by the Bank of Korea and the RAS techniques. And we analyzed the economic effects that can be drawn from the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform establishment. As a result, the gross production inductive effect which appears with the economic effect of the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform establishment project from 2009 to 2014 came out to be about 3trillion 325.1 billion KW, added value inductive effect of 2trillion 976.5billion KW and the employment inductive effect of the job creation of about 13,806 people. Afterward, it is anticipated that the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform build-up project to contribute to the improvement of Koreans' daily life. Moreover, this research will be used as a valued basic material in the pursuit of the future broadcasting & communications convergence projects.

e-Trade should be activated for cost saving and efficient management of trade as it provides bases to actively respond to changes in markets through quick clearance of export and import. It also has tangible and intangible effects in providing services to customers through real-time sharing of information and can help enhance external competition and images through cost saving and efficient management of traders. Therefore, the study suggests that e-trade platforms to construct global trade systems should be executed to maximize economic ripple effects in terms of trade documents and cost, and paradigms of the past trade should be changed into new systems and presents future countermeasures to enhance its ripple effects.

과학기술의 발달로 인한 사회 문화적 트렌드의 변화는 새로운 기회와 가능성을 제공해 주며, 정보통신기술은 통신과 방송, 통신과 콘텐츠 등 영역간의 경계를 허물며 융합을 가능하게 하고, 우리의 감성과 상상력을 자극하여 새로운 문화적 가능성을 열어주고 있다. 이러한 상황들은 방송 통신 융합이라는 이름으로 방송과 통신, TV와 PC 온라인과 오프라인 등의 모든 영역에서 다양한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 방송과 통신의 융합은 마치 역사상 신대륙의 개척 과정처럼 새로운 제품과 새로운 시장을 창출해내는 능력을 가지고 있기 때문에, 국내는 물론 세계의 모든 비즈니스 업체들은 이 기회의 땅을 향해 전력 질주하고 있다. 또한, 이에 따르는 콘텐츠의 융합 역시 괄목할만하며, 게임과 영화, 다큐멘터리와 드라마 등의 콘텐츠 간의 융합은 물론이고, 최근에는 모바일에서 영화를 제작하고, 게임과 소설 네트워크가 결합하고, 심지어는 게임 안에서 음악을 유통시키는 유통의 융합까지도 이뤄지고 있다. 이와 같은 다양한 융합의 확산은 미디어와 플랫폼의 등장뿐만 아니라 플랫폼 간 교차와 연결 및 통합이 가능한 미디어 전경(landscape)을 창출해 내고 있으며, 인터넷과 TV의 결합은 다양한 애플리케이션을 구현할 수 있는 전송 메커니즘을 서로 연결시켜 수많은 형태의 다중 플랫폼을 등장시키고 있다. 이로 인하여 방송 서비스와 인터넷 서비스가 네트워크나 전송 플랫폼의 구별 없이, 그리고 디바이스의 선택과 상관없이 활용되는 통합 플랫폼 환경이 폭 넓게 조성되고 있다. 따라서, 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 사용자의 요구 및 새로운 비즈니스 모텔에 대한 요구를 만족할 수 있어야 하며, 일관된 기술로 통선 및 서비스간의 호환성을 유지하는 인터페이스의 표준화가 이루어져야한다. 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 초고속 데이터 통신망을 활용하는 멀티미디어 및 IP 멀티캐스트 기능을 활용한 서비스들과 연계하여, 관련된 소재 산업들의 파급효과가 매우 크며, 관련 분야에 미치는 효과가 막대하므로, 이에 대한 적절한 육성전략을 고찰해보도록 한다.

Business ecosystem is becoming more inclined towards platform ecosystem, which attracts multi-side participants based on digital technology. The burgeoning interest in digital ecosystem leads to the rapid rise of research. In this paper, we suggest a research agenda, focusing on the benefits of complementors in platform ecosystem. First, we outline the extant papers on benefits from platform to participants from economic perspective, strategic management perspective, technology management perspective, and economic sociological perspective to provide comprehensive understanding about platform ecosystem. Second, we suggest systemic framework to provide integrative insights on the the topic of benefit from platform to complementors- (1) open innovation view, (2) economic performance view, and (3) sociological view. Specifically, we focus on empirical studies that investigate the relationship between the benefits from platform and spillover effects on complementors based on various dataset. In addition, by reviewing the past empirical research, we suggest future research agenda and implications for policy in platform ecosystem.

운영체제 시스템 및 관련 응용 프로그램들은 프로그램 개발 과정의 특성상 보안 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 보안 취약성을 악용하는 침해사례가 최근 증가하고 있으며, 그 피해의 파급효과가 더욱 커지고 있다. 침해사고 예방의 기본적인 방법은 보안 취약성을 제거하는 패치의 실시간적인 설치이다. 그러나, 대부분 관리자의 관리가 미숙하여 각 사이트에 가서 패치를 다운받아 설치하는데 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중앙의 패치관리서버가 Windows, UNIX, LINUX 벤더들로부터 패치를 다운받아 패치를 필요로 하는 시스템들을 선별하여 안전하게 패치를 자동분배하고, 설치하는 시스템을 제안한다. 멀티플랫폼을 지원하는 패치 자동관리시스템을 이용하여 그때그때 필요한 패치가 신속하게 설치됨으로써 시스템의 보안성을 높일 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 홈 자동화 네트워크으로 가장 각광을 받고있는 론웍스(Lonworks) 시스템을 구성 관리하는 홈 서버 플랫폼의 새로운 구조를 제안한다. Echelon사에서 제안하는 Lonworks 시스템의 구성관리 도구로서의 LonMaker는 자체적으로 개발한 LNS (Lonworks Network Service)라고 하는 비 표준화된 구성 관리 기술을 통해서 네트워크를 관리하도록 지원하며, 상기한 LNS를 인프라로 활용하는 도구로서, LNS는 빌딩 혹은 가정 내에 Lonworks 네트워크로 연결되어 있는 디바이스들에 대한 정보를 DB화하여 구축된 자료를 기반으로 하여 디바이스들간에 연동이 가능하도록 지원한다. 그러나 고가이며, 구성 관리를 한 디바이스 개수당 가격을 별도로 지불해야 하는 로열티가 있고, 이 역시도 하드웨어 제약사양인 뉴런칩(Neuron Chip)을 사용해야 한다는 점에서 개발자로 하여금 많은 부담을 주고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 홈 자동화 네트워크 개발 시에 노드 구조를 각 응용목적에 맞도록 보다 유연성 있게 구현할 수 있도록 하는 네트워크 구성 관리 기능을 갖춘 흠 서버 플랫폼을 제안한다 제안된 흠 서버 플랫폼을 통해 제어 네트워크의 다양화와 고성능 처리의 장점을 얻을 수 있었고, 기존의 고가의 론웍스 LonMaker 소프트웨어를 사용하지 않고도 단지 리눅스 상의 무료 컴파일러인 gcc 컴파일러를 통해 홈 서버 노드를 구성할 수 있으므로 시스템 개발에 대한 비용을 많이 줄일 수 있으며, 리눅스 OS를 사용하는 홈 자동화 홈 서버 시스템으로의 파급효과가 클 것이다.

2019년 12월 중국에서 최초 보고된 이후 COVID-19 전염병은 전 세계에 대유행(팬데믹)을 확산하면서 역사적인 변화를 일으키고 있다. 경제, 사회 전반에 코로나 전과 코로나 후에 대한 새로운 규범과 질서를 강요하고 있다. 이에 본 고는 코로나19에 대한 이해와 그 영향 및 파급효과와 이를 대처하기 위한 세계 각국의 정책 현황을 살펴보았다. 특히, 치료제와 백신 등 과학적 해결을 위해 치열한 경쟁을 펼치고 있는 연구개발 현황을 고찰함으로써 한국의 관련 과학기술 정책과 연구개발의 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 코로나19가 몰고 온 커다란 글로벌 위기를 통해 세계 질서가 재편될 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 현재까지 한국은 K-방역을 통해 모범적 방향을 제시하고 있다. 이는 과학기술과 연구개발 및 관련 정책들이 적절하게 역할을 한 결과로 평가된다. 본 고에서 고찰된 내용은 이러한 긍정적 효과를 지속적으로 유지하고 제고하는데 도움이 되고자 하는 것이다.

The basic strategy of OSMU(One-source Multi-use) in digital image is a marketing that applying one source to other genres for leverage based on that cross-referencing in different genre enabled that one material(one-source) has synergy effect when reproduced to various products(multi-use) as cultural sources are available through on-line and digital format. Recently, according to the characteristics of culture industry with Window Effect, many culture contents such as movies, games, animations and characters are carefully planned at its design stage to get the maximum effect. Especially, the fact that one leading-trend source makes it easier to produce additional products with the least cost is observed and it enables organized management which resulted in low marketing and PR cost. This paper confirmed that OSMU strategy in Korea mainly get started from online to offline comparing to Japan and USA.

It seems to be increased rapidly that practical uses of intelligent Dron for public mission performance such as surveillance, prevention of disaster accident, relief etc with Dron technology development. Dron is needed for major technology realization of detection and trace technology of target, flight control and obstacle avoidance during flighting, detection and control of landing point functions to use smart safety-city platform construction. This dron system cause a great ripple effect technically and promote industrialization in the field of new technology. In this paper, an effective analysis and design method of dron system software will be presented by showing user requirement analysis using object-oriented method, flowchart and screen design.

최근 사이버 공격이사회, 국가적 위협으로 대두되고 있다. 최근 신종 악성코드에 의한 A.P.T 공격이 사회적으로 큰 혼란을 야기하고 있다. 이에 따라 기업 내에서 방화벽, IPS, VPN 등의 네트워크 보안 시스템의 통합 관리를 목적으로 하는 통합관제시스템(ESM)의 필요성이 제기되었다. 그러나 기존의 ESM의 방식은 외부에서 내부로 유입되는 트래픽만을 모니터링하는 네트워크 기반 공격 탐지기법을 사용하기 때문에, 외부 사이버 공격만을 차단할 수 있다는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 주요 IT 기반시설의 네트워크, 시스템, 응용 서비스 등으로부터 발생하는 데이터 및 보안 이벤트 간의 연관성을 분석하여 보안 지능을 향상시키는 빅데이터를 활용한 보안로그시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 빅데이터를 활용한 보안로그시스템을 통해 분산 기반의 저장/처리 기술 적용하고자 한다.본 기술을 적용한 지능형 정보 분석 플랫폼 구성을 통해, 가용성과 확장성을 확보하여 통합적 보안 관제가 가능하도록 한다. 뿐만 아니라 기업 내로의 악성코드 유입, 감염(전파) 그리고 실시간 모니터링이 가능하여 고객 서비스 만족도가 향상되는 파급효과가 기대된다.
