디지털 혁명 시대에 경제활동의 변화와 더불어 등장한 전자화폐는 점차 그 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 하지만 현재 사용되고 있는 전자화폐 시스템은 안전상의 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 각 시스템마다 그것들을 해결하려는 노력을 기울이고 있지만 대부분이 오프라인(off-line) 보다는 온라인(on-line) 지불 처리 방식을 전제로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 운영되는 전자화폐 시스템의 문제점을 짚어보고 이를 해결할 수 있는 안전한 전자화폐 프로토콜을 오프라인(off-line) 지불 처리에 초점을 맞춰, 설계한다.

야간에 항로를 알려주는 등명기는 항상 점등 되어 있어야 한다. 따라서 중요한 장소에는 주 등명기 뿐만 아니라 예비 등명기를 추가 설치 운영해야한다. 이는 추가적인 경제적 비용 및 설치공간부족 등 많은 제약조건이 따르게 된다. 하지만 연구 중인 예비기능을 구비한 등명기가 개발되면 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 예비기능을 구비한 등명기와 통신을 하기 위한 프로토콜을 제안한다.

As an OLT in the central office controls up to 64 ONUs in the subscriber area via a passive optical splitter, the hU PON system can accomodate PTTx in a single platform with low cost. To operate the system, it is important to implement an efficient MAC protocol, however, the protocol is currently the further study area in the ITU-T 0.983.1. In this paper, we suggest the MAC protocol which is needed to send cells of ONU to upstream, and based on the ITU-T G.983.1. We survey conventional MAC protocols which are not based on G.983.1, and then formulate the minislot period and length for the grant request and determine the optimal value of each parameter. Also, we suggest a coding scheme for the grant field of the PLOAM cell and the procedure allocating optimal parameters to the ONU.

It is recently issued scalability, mobility and external internet connection on Wire-less sensor network. The low power wireless sensor networks based on IPv6 technology 6LoWPAN technology is being standardized in the IETF. This paper for the 6LoWPAN environment based on the routing protocol LOAD, route cost applied the packet re-transmission rate which follows in Link Qualities price which uses at course expense and packet transmission Minimum route Cost routing protocol where does on the course wherethe smallest packet re-transmission becomes accomplished proposed. The technique which proposes compared and LOAD and AODV that about 13%, about 16% energy consumption is few respectively averagely, Energy of the entire network equally, used and energy effectiveness and improvement of network life time experiment led and confirmed.

초고속 정보통신망의 등장과 다양한 서비스 및 통신기능을 갖춘 정보가전의 개발로 인하여 댁내 통신망 개발의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 댁내의 정보 가전들간에 경제적으로 ATM 기반의 고속 통신 기술을 제공하는HAN/RT(Home ATM Network with Ring Topology)프로토콜을 제안한다. HAN/RT는 저가이며 단순한 기능만을 가진 스위치로 셀 스위칭을 수행하며, 스위치의 복잡한 기능을 제어기에 적재하며 효율적인 망구조를 설계한다. 또한 HAN/RT에서의 셀 교환 시나리로에 대하여 기술한다.

최근 인터넷의 성장과 함께 인터넷을 이용한 사설망인 VPN의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 확장된 NAT 기능을 이용한 VPN 기능을 임베이드 리눅스 환경에서 구현하여 기존 VPN의 단점을 보완하고 VPN 장비의 크기를 최소화 할 수 있도록 한다. 제안된 VPN 기능은 실제 인터넷 환경에 적용하기 쉬우며 보안 프로토콜이나 암호화 알고리즘을 생략하고도 강한 보안성을 제공하고, 기존의 공개망을 최대한 활용할 수 있어 그 활용가치가 높을 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 임베이드 시스템에서 VPN을 구현함으로써 장비의 소형화, 안정성 및 경제성을 실현하여 그 활용가치가 높을 것으로 생각된다.

최근 통신망 인프라 구축이 늘어나면서 이의 신뢰성(Reliability)과 가용성(Availability)이 경제 주체인조직 전반의 생산성에 미치는 영향이 그 만큼 커지고 있다. 정보 흐름의 파이프 역할을 담당하고 있는 통신망 시설(하드웨어 및 운용 프로토콜)에 일시적인 장애가 발생할 경우 이로 인해 조직은 엄청난 손실을 입을 수 있다. 따라서 통신망을 안정적으로 운용할 수 있는 보다 효과적인 수단이 요구되고 있다. 통신망에서의 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 추적하는 장애처리티켓시스템(Trouble Ticket System)이 필요하다. 장애처리티켓시스템은 궁극적으로 네트워크 운영 방식을 획기적으로 개선함으로써 통신망 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 장애추적해결시스템의 설계와 구현을 통해서 국내 실정에 맞는 장애처리티켓시스템 개발에 적극 활용할 수 있다.

Such conventional maritime communication technologies as radio have short some comings in their transmission quality. It can be overcome by wireless channels provided by satellites such as INMARSAT, which nevertheless suffer from the high costs. In this paper, we propose a novel technology resolving the above problems, featuring in the establishment of maritime communication networks with multi-hop structures. The inter vessel and ship-to- shore networks previously modeled after MANET are remodeled by SANET (Ship Ad Hoc Networks) in the present work. Fan-shaped Search Zone Routing (FSR) protocol also is presented, which utilizes not only static geographical information including the locations of ports and the navigations of courses but also the unique characteristics of ships in terms of mobile nodes. The FSR finds the fan-shaped search zone on which the shortest path is located. The performance of LAR protocol is compared with that of FSR in several ways. First, FSR does not make use of a type of control packets as beaconing data, resulting in a full utilization of the bandwidth of the wireless channels. Second, the delivery rate by the FSR is 100% for the fan-shaped search zone includes at least one route between source and destination nodes on its border line, where as that of LAR has been turned out to be 64%. Third, the optimality of routes searched by the FSR is on a 97% level. Of all, the FSR shows a better performance than LAR by about 50%.

본 논문에서는 최근 차량의 급격한 증가로 인해 더욱 더 가중되고 있는 도시내 교 통혼잡 완화를 위한 하나의 현실적 대안으로 무선 호출망을 이용한 ATIS (첨단 교통정보시 스템)의 구체적 구현방안을 제시하였다. ATIS를 위한 통신매체로서 무선 호출망을 사용하는 것은 다음과 같은 잇점을 갖는다. (1) 교통정보의 동시전송 가능 및 이를 통한 무선채널의 경제성 제고, (2) 간단한 망접속 절차 및 송수신의 안정성, (3) 하드웨어 및 통신비용의 저 렴, 시스템 구현 및 시험을 위해 무선 호출망을 이용한 교통정보 전송 프로토콜 및 시험용 전자지도를 개발하였으며, 이의 실용화를 위한 교통정보 서버 및 무선 호출망을 이용한 교 통정보 전송 프로토콜 및 시험용 전자지도를 개발하였으며, 이의 실용화를 위한 교통정보 서버 및 무선 호출망과 연동되는 차량내 교통정보 단말장치를 개발 중에 있다. 실현 가능성 시험을 위한 PROTOTYPE 시스템을 개발하였으며, 이를 이용해 시험적인 실제 무선 호출망 을 통해 가상 교통정보 송수신 시험을 하여 만족할만한 결과를 얻었다. 또한, 향후, 시스템 의 지능화를 위해서 교통사건에 의한 교통량변화 모델링을 위한 기본적인 사항들을 연구, 이에 관해 기술하였다. 제안 시스템의 성능 개선 및 지능화, 실제 적용을 위해 계속적인 연 구를 진행 중에 있으며, 이를 통해 미비점이 좀 더 보완되면 기존 무선 통신망을 이용한 ATIS 구현의 좋은 사례가 될 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper characteristics of ATM-PON is described and a TC layer controller for ATM-PON OLT is designed. This paper proposes an algorithm of economically controlling the grant information written by CPU to dynamically allocate the upstream bandwidth on the PON among the ONUs in a fair way and of encrypting the downstream data using a lower standard of encryption, termed data churning, which is used to distinguish it from existing transmission system scramblers and higher layer encryption methods. This paper also proposes a method of allocating churning-related message into the PLOAM cell in order to synchronously change the churning key between the OLT and the ONU.
