프로세스 관리는 제품품질에 대한 요구가 높아져가는 상황에서 개발 완료 후 발생할 수 있는 결함을 사전에 식별 및 해결해줄 수 있다. 이러한 프로세스 관리 활동은 측정 활동을 통해 현재의 프로세스 품질과 향후 프로세스 개선에 관한 정보를 효과적으로 얻을 수 있다. 측정활동의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 측정 활동에서 얻어진 측정 데이터와 그 외 관련 데이터들을 측정 저장소(Measurement Repository)에서 저장하고 관리해야 한다. SEI(Software Engineering Institute)에서 개발한 프로세스 개선 모델인 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)에서는 조직 성숙도 레벨 2에서는 프로젝트 차원의 측정 저장소를 다루고 있으며, 조직 성숙도 레벨 3 에서는 조직 차원의 측정 저장소 확립을 하나의 Specific Practice 로 설정하고 있다. 조직 차원의 측정 저장소는 각 프로젝트의 측정 데이터를 통합하여 관리하기 때문에 조직 전체에 일관되고 예측 가능한 측정활동을 지원한다. 그러나 CMMI 에서는 조직차원의 측정 저장소를 구현하기 위한 상세하고 체계적인 절차와 방법을 언급하고 있지 않아 조직에서는 실제 구현에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CMMI를 기반으로 PSM(Practical Software Measurement), ISO15939(소프트웨어 측정 프로세스 표준)등의 자료를 참조하여 조직에서 측정 저장소를 효과적으로 구현할 수 있도록 지원하는 절차와 방안을 연구하였다.

본 연구는 데이터 품질개선을 위해 사용자들에게 베타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주요 요인들이 무엇이 있는지 식별해보고 요인간의 관련성을 분석 하였다. 최근 이슈화고 있는 Data Architecture, Data Integration, Data Quality 프로젝트를 계획 또는 경험이 있는 조직 IT담당자들을 대상으로 메타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도 설문을 하였고, SPSS를 이용하여 통계적 희귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석에서 이를 설명하는 연구모형으로 정보기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model:TAM)을 적용하였으며, 사용 용이성(Perceived easy of use), 유용성(perceived usefulness)에 영향을 주는 외생변수로는 개인의 데이터 품질개선의도, 동기부여, 조직의 지원 등으로 나타났다. 분석결과 데이터품질 개선의도가 시스템 사용의도에 영향이 있음을 실증하였고, 사회적 요인(동기부여, 조직의 기원) 모두 유용성에는 영향을 미쳤으나 사용 용이성에는 유의하지 많은 결과를 보였다. 이 연주에서는 조직이 데이터 품질 개선을 위해 메타데이터 관리시스템을 사용하고자 할 경우 고려사항과 향후 사용자 관점의 기술수용들을 확장된 연구를 수행하여 데이터품질 개선에 방안들을 탐색할 것을 제안하였다.

In this study, we will explain the concept of an organized and collective web based project learning system and suggest a basic structure concentrating on the learners. The web-based project learning system enables learners to use the diverse information on the internet any where, any time. Also the project system aims to go beyond classroom education and achieve learner-focused education with a project based on the students' tastes.

국내 정부부처 및 지역자치단체에서 수행하고 있는 연구개발 프로젝트의 선정과 평가에 관한 연구는 광범위하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 각 정부 부처별로 실시하는 평가프로세스와 지표의 경우 부처별 특성과, 과제의 특성을 반영하기 위한 프로세스와 지표를 개별적으로 보유하고 있으나, 과제의 평가를 수행하는 조직의 규모나 지역적 특색을 반영하기 어렵다.본 연구는 C 지역의 테크노파크(TechnoPark) 사업자가 수행하는 지역 자치단체 중심 R&D 프로젝트의 특성과 지역적인 특색을 반영한 평가관리 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 국내 출연연구기관 및 정부부처에서 수행하는 평가시스템의 특성을 파악하고, 각 기관에서의 평가프로세스와 평가지표들을 조사하여 공통적/개별적 특성을 분류하였다. 분류된 프로세스와 지표들과 C 지역의 지역/산업적 특색을 분석하고 C 지역에서 수행한 3년간의 모든 과제에 대한 분석을 수행하여 지역적인 특색을 반영한 평가프로세스와 지표를 도출하였다. 또한 연구개발 프로젝트의 선정평가를 위한 사전 기술성 평가를 위한 기술가치평가와, 프로젝트의 수행결과 이후 나타나는 부가적인 효과를 분석하기 위하여, 프로젝트단위의 균형성과지표를 적용하여 프로젝트의 사후/추적관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Quality of software development project is very important In complex and large domestic soft ware markets. CMM level certification evaluates duality of software development project at present. Therefore, software development company endeavor for acquisition of CMM certification, level up CMM and organization's competitive power But, today confidentiality of CMM certification come into question, an exploratory study undertake about difference of software project quality and organization performance between CMM certificated organization and no-CMM certificated organization. Two organizations different partially. First of all, incremental improvement of software project process takes precedence of CMM certification. It is better to fit between culture of organization and CMM certification for project quality.

Utilizing cross-functional project teams is an attractive organizing option, particularly in solving complex and innovative problems that require diverse sources of information, knowledge, and expertise brought by individuals from different functional backgrounds. This study is aiming at finding the group dynamics surrounding and inside the teams for the better understand what makes cross-functional project teams effective. Adopting variables from small group research and organizational context research, I extract critical antecedents, mediator, and team-coaching that lead to team performance. Data from 32 cross-functional project teams consisting of 214 individual respondents are analyzed through regression analyses for hypotheses testing. Results of the analyses demonstrate that the team process and team performance are significantly affected by the composition of competence in team and team compensation. Also I find that team-coaching as a leadership behavior has influence on team process and team performance. Some implications, future research directions, and limitations are discussed.

In addition to the recent business field, the importance of leadership in universities is becoming an increasingly important issue. Purpose of our study is to recommend the significance of authentic leadership by analyzing the effect of leader 's authentic leadership on follower' s project work climate and project performance. As a result of the previous studies that authentic leadership among university students as a quasi-social worker mitigates the role of leader and the tension between the members in the team, this study tries to examine the moderation effect of work climate on the relationship between the follower's authentic leadership and project performance. Therefore, a survey was conducted for students enrolled in some universities. A total of 175 questionnaires were used for the structural equation using STATA 14.0. The results of this study is summarized in three points. Our finding is as follow. The authentic leadership of the leader has a positive influence on the follower' s authentic leadership while the followers' authentic leadership had a positive effect on the project performance.

IT산업이 발달하고 고도화 됨에 따라 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 점차 높아지고 있다. 국내의 경우 정보통신부가 2001년 하반기부터 소프트웨어업체 사업자 평가제도를 도입/시행 중으로 이에 따라 소프트웨어 개발/관리 조직들은 소프트웨어 품질 평가 심사모형인 5티CE 및 CMM의 등급 인증획득과 등급 상향을 위해 큰 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 이중 SPICE 인증의 신뢰성이나 효과에 대한 충분한 검증 및 연구가 이루어 지고 있지 않아, 본 논문에서는 특히 SPICE 등급을 인증받은 조직이 비인증 조직과 비교하여 품질 및 성과에 차이를 보이는지 조사하였다. 자료수집의 한계에도 불구하고 본 논문을 통해 SPICE 인증 조직이 비인증 조직보다. 프로젝트 품질 성과 및 조직성과 측면에서 어떤 개선효과를 거두고 있는지 특히 피심사부서의 담당관련자들을 중심으로 조사, 분석하여 그 결과를 요약하였다.

프로젝트 관리 성숙도(Project Management Maturity Model)란 기업 조직의 프로젝트 관리 관행이나 도구 및 기법 적용의 성숙도 단계를 정의한 것이며, 계량적인 성숙도 측정을 통해 프로젝트 관리의 장단점을 파악하고 개선하여 기업의 성과를 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 관리성숙도를 활용하여 첫째, 한국 IT산업의 프로젝트 관리 성숙도를 측정하였고 둘째, 프로젝트 관리영역 중 범위관리와 원가관리의 계획 프로세스와 통제 프로세스간 성숙도를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 원가관리와 위험관리의 성숙도가 타 영역에 비해 낮아 개선의 노력이 필요하며, 범위정의 프로세스와 범위변경통제 프로세스간 프로젝트 관리 성숙도의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 성과로는 프로젝트 관리 성숙도 측정과 분석을 통해 기업의 프로젝트 관리 성숙도 향상과 프로젝트 성과 및 기업 성과 향상에 기여하는데 있다.
