The Study on the Relationships between Team Leader's Emotional Intelligence and Subordinate's Organizational Attitude, Behavior Focused on Examining the Mediated Effect of Leader Trust (상사신뢰의 매개효과에 따른 팀장의 감성지능이 부하의 태도 및 행동에 미치는 영향력 분석)

  • This study introduced trust dimension as a mediating variable and analyzed in order to investigate the empirical mechanism on the process of leader's emotional intelligence which is a emotional factor to produce organizational effectiveness. Based on the empirical analysis, first of all, this study found whether the team leader's emotional intelligence gives an influence on the subordinate's trust in leader. Secondly, this study examined the multidimensionality of trust by selecting subordinate's cognition-based trust and affect-based trust on the team leader as mediating variables between team leaders's emotional intelligence and subordinate's affective commitment, organizational citizenship behavior. I found the theoretical implications based on this study; first, from the view on cognition-based and emotion-based trust, the integrated verification of the process of the trust in leader as a mediating role, second, verification of the relationship between leader's emotional intelligence and trust in leader which was not studied before, third, the methodological try to prevent from the common method bias problem through the evaluation of a team leader on a subordinate's organizational citizenship behavior. This study also suggested the ways to apply those theoretical implications to human resource management.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Humor Sense of Leader on Innovative Behavior and the Moderating Effects of Empowerment (리더의 유머감각이 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 및 임파워먼트의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this research are to examine the effect of humor sense of leader on innovative behavior and to examine the moderating effects of empowerment on the relationship between humor sense of leader and innovative behavior. For these purposes, literature review and survey research were conducted. The 350 questionnaires were sent to the 10 manufactural firms in the Pusan and Kyungsang Nam-Do region for empirical analysis. Total 276 usable responses were collected(effective response rate : 78.86%). The major findings of the empirical research are as follows ; First, generation of humor, use of humor, attitude of humor and evaluation of humor which are composed factors of humor sense of leader have positive influence innovative behavior. Second, composed factors of humor sense of leader have differential influence on innovative behavior by empowerment. In conclusion, humor sense of leader is expected to improve innovative behavior which is individual behavior in an organization. Therefore, managers have to develop innovative behavior by exhibiting humor sense, considering empowerment.

  • To reform and improve the productivity of construction industry, 1) it should be encouraged to improve the construction production process and 2) it is required to enhance reliability of construction information based on the systematic thinking process. To promote the information reliability created during construction production process, Lean Construction Research Center(LRC2) is developing a supporting system to improve processes of design/supply/construction phase, functioning to efficiently manage the information created at each phase and developing a web based construction information system that provides result management/decision making support/knowledge based information services.

  • In this paper, we adopt Storage Class Memory, which is next-generation non-volatile RAM technology, as part of main memory parallel to DRAM, and exploit the SCM+DRAM main memory system from the dependability perspective. Our system provides instant system on/off without bootstrapping, dynamic selection of process persistence or non-persistence, and fast recovery from power and/or software failure. The advantages of our system are that it does not cause the problems of checkpointing, i.e., heavy overhead and recovery delay. Furthermore, as the system enables full application transparency, our system is easily applicable to real-world environments. As proof of the concept, we implemented a system based on a commodity Linux kernel 2.6.21 operating system. We verify that the persistence enabled processes continue to execute instantly at system off-on without any state and/or data loss. Therefore, we conclude that our system can improve availability and reliability.

  • Web service should be to connect business between enterprise through the Internet, promotion of construction speed and decrease of development expense of service construction are possible. Also, unification with other domain is possible easily, and update or correction is easy by offering reusability and replaceability through component based development. In this paper, We suggest development process to build architecture and this to integrate consisted component efficiently to develop web service that is embodied in supplier side on service oriented architecture(SOA). The suggest architecture to integrate component that is consisted for this efficiently, and describes development process. So that component develops web service to base structure of web service because do command stratification logically function in each hierarchy define, and presents architecture based on logical hierarchy. The web services consist of Facade and Backside component; The Facade component have web service functions. We describe process that develop to Facade component and present mailing web services as case study. It can be decrease production cost and development time. The web service based on component will improve reliability for reuseability and replaceability.

  • 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 B2B시장이 엄청난 속도로 증가추세를 드러내고 있는 가운데 국내 전자상거래 시장은 예상만큼의 기대치에 부응하지 못한 채 큰 발전을 보지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이는 인터넷상에서의 효율적인 결제시스템의 부계와 전자상거래 시장의 특성인 신뢰성의 부재에 그 원인이 있다고 보아진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 비대면의 전자적인 결제시스템에 따르는 신뢰성 문제해결을 위한 방안으로 Escrow계정을 이용하는 B2B 결제시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Escrow Service시스템은 전자결제시스템의 걸림돌이었던 제품보증과 결제보증에 관한 문제를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 체계적이고 안정적인 방법으로 해결할 수 있는 EDI를 이용한 B2B ESCROW 결제서비스를 만드는 것이다. 구매기업과 판매기업간에 매매행위가 발생되면서 양사의 합의에 따른 Escrow사항들을 표준화된 데이터베이스 형식을 갖고 있는 EDI에 저장하고 거래 데이터베이스를 수행하면서 자동적인 EDI File Update를 통해 가장 실시간의 정보를 참조할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 기존의 B2B 결제시스템에 있어서의 Escrow 기능이 계좌이체를 이용한 결제시스템에만 제한적으로 이용돼 왔었으며 또한 Escrow 시스템 수행이 수동적인 프로세스에 의해 움직여졌기 때문에 신뢰성과 이용도면에서 문제점이 있었다. 하지만 EDI를 이용한 Escrow시스템 구현은 프로세스의 자동화뿐만 아니라 계좌이체 및 기타 대출을 이용한 결제시스템에도 다양하게 적용할 수 있으며 또한 History관리가 가능하므로 전자상거래 결제시스템의 효율을 한층 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • This paper mainly deals with a transaction model for the reliability guarantee in a Web-Based Real-Time Reservation Service System. We suggest the Web-Based Global Transaction Model which binds up each transaction currently divided by a function into one transaction and deals with one transaction. Also, we propose a Fail-Check Process in order to deal with the exceptions to be happened in a transaction process. And the simulation shows us that the model which we suggest is feasible and possible through the transaction processing procedure.

  • Despite the sizable growth of the group buying market, consumer complaints have recently raised skepticism about the future of these sites. Thus, building a trustworthy transaction environment has become a critical issue. In exploring a trust-building mechanism, we pay particular attention to the role of merchandisers who specialize in finding products or services and marketing them to potential buyers on group buying sites. The purpose of this study is to examine whether providing merchandiser feedback comments and performance profiles on group buying sites leads consumers to evaluate the community of merchandisers more favorably and makes them more likely to purchase products or services. Research hypotheses were tested with data obtained from 124 subjects who participated in a laboratory experiment. The results empirically demonstrate that merchandiser feedback comments and performance profiles enhance buyers' trust in the community of merchandisers participating in a group buying site. This enhanced trust, in turn, increased buyers' intention to purchase products or services through the group buying site.

  • 본 연구에서는 지식경영을 실시하기 전에 자사의 현 상태를 진단할 수 있는 조직의 지식경영 준비도 측정 도구를 개발하였다. 조직 내 지식활동을 총체적으로 분석하기 위해 '지식고도화 모형'을 기반으로 해서, 각 영역에 사회적 요인과 기술적 요인으로 구분된 틀을 적용하여 연역하였다. 연역한 결과, 사람, 문화, 제도, 프로세스, 기술의 5차원에서 총 22개의 측정항목이 도출되었고, 도출된 요인의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 통해 최종적으로 5차원에서 총 21 개의 측정항목이 도출되었다.(중략)

  • 업무 프로세스의 개선 및 효율성 증가를 위해 시스템간의 연동을 웹서비스(Web Services)화하여 시스템 간의 프로세스 및 데이터 연계를 목적으로 하는 통합의 연구가 활발히 진행되고있다. 본 논문에서는 이기종간의 레거시 시스템을 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)기반의 웹 서비스와 통합하여 구매/유지보수 비용을 절감하고 신뢰성, 보안성 및 상호 운용성 향상 등의 비즈니스 프로세스의 가치를 향상시키기 위한 방안에 대해 소개한다. 레거시 시스템을 웹서비스와 통합 시 고려해야 하는 비 기능적인 요소를 OASIS, W3C, WS-I등의 단체에서 정해진 웹서비스 명세 표준에 근거하여 선정하고, 이를 준수한 통합 방안 및 구현사례를 제시한다.
