  • 이동 환경과 관련된 기술이 발달함에 따라 모바일 티켓팅 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 제안된 모바일 티켓팅 시스템은 만족할 만한 확장성과 안전성을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보다 안전한 모바일 티켓팅 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 모바일 티켓팅 시스템의 문제점을 살펴보고 모바일 환경에 적합한 프레임 워크를 바탕으로 티켓의 복사, 수정을 방지할 수 있는 시스템을 제시한다. 기존의 시스템에서 티켓의 수정이 가능한 것을 서명을 사용함으로서 해결하고 그에 대한 안전성을 분석한다.

Prediction of Initiation Location and Direction of Fretting Fatigue Crack (프레팅 피로 균열의 발생 위치 및 방향 예측)

  • Governing parameters for determination of the location of crack initiation and direction of crack initiation were investigated by performing fretting fatigue tests and analysis on Al 2024-T351. Fatigue tests were carried out using biaxial fatigue machine. It was shown that the dominant fatigue crack tended to initiate at the outer edge of one of the four bridge pads, growing at an angle beneath a pad, before turning perpendicular to the orientation of the axial load. Distribution of stresses generated during fretting fatigue loading along the interface was calculated by elastic FE simulation. It can be known that the location of crack initiation can be predicted by using the maximum tangential stress range. Futhermore, the crack initiation direction can also be predicted by a maximum tangential stress range.

  • Fretting, which is a special type of wear, is defined as small amplitude tangential oscillation along the contacting interface between two materials. In nuclear power plants, fretting wear caused by flow induced vibration (FIV) can make a serious problem in a U-tube bundle in steam generator. In this study, substructure method is developed and is verified the feasibility for the finite element model of fretting wear problems. This method is applied to the two-dimensional finite element analyses, which simulate the contact behavior of actual tube to support. For these examples, computing time can be reduced up to 1/5 in comparisons with conventional finite element analyses.

  • Since fretting fatigue damage accumulation occurs over relatively small volumes, the role of the microstructure is quite significant in fretting fatigue analysis. The heterogeneity of discrete grains and their crystallographic orientation can be accounted for using continuum crystallographic cyclic plasticity models. Such a constitutive law used in parametric studies of contact conditions may ultimately result in more thorough understanding of realistic fretting fatigue processes. The primary focus of this study is to explore the influence of microstructure as well as the magnitude of the normal force and tangential force amplitude during the fretting fatigue process. Fretting maps representing cyclic plastic strain behaviors are also developed to shed light on the cyclic deformation mechanisms.

  • In the shrink or press fitted shaft such as railway axle, fretting can occur by cyclic stress and micro-slippage due to local movement between the shaft and the hub. When the fretting occurs in the press fitted shaft, the fatigue strength remarkably decreases compared with that of without fretting. In this paper, the analysis of contact stresses in a press fitted shaft in contact with a hub was conducted by finite element method and the micro-slip according to the bending load was analyzed. It is found that the largest stress concentration and maximum slip amplitude of shrink fitted shaft are found at the edge of the interface and the distribution of contact stresses at the contact edge has largely influenced and coefficient of friction.

  • Fretting occurs wherever short amplitude reciprocating sliding between contacting surfaces is sustained for a large number of cycles. The fundamental characteristic of fretting is the very small amplitude of sliding and combination of different wear mechanism. Predicting wear is important to enhance reliability of the parts. The objective of this paper is to predict fretting wear by using a contact analysis considering wear process. This construction will give us important information to know a property of fretting wear.

  • A fretting wear test rig for cross contacting tube specimens, which employs a piezoelectric actuator, has been developed. Along with the simple loading scheme using dead weights, the rig is very simple to be used also. The accuracy was found acceptable. Inconel 690 tubes were tested in room temperature and ambient condition. Normal load and sliding amplitude range up to 35N and $100{\mu}m$, respectively. The sizes of wear scar and the wear volumes were measured, and wear coefficients have been calculated based on those. A study on the fretting wear mechanism of the tubes has been attempted via microscopic observation. Rugged wear surfaces are induced by the separation and adhesion of particles and formation and subsequent fracture of surface layers. Lapped specimens were also tested and abrasive wear seems to be playing a dominant role.

  • Recently, there have been reported on the results that the material life is reduced by fretting conditions and the initial crack made by low stress under fretting. The purpose of this paper is to show that the results of finite element analysis for the fretting contact problems of a flat rounded punch are nearly consistent with the theoretical solutions and to research that the results about effects of the contact zone according to geometries and mechanical properties of pad.
