본 연구는 VGGNet을 사용하여 광섬유 복합가공 지선 설비의 양/불량 판별을 수행한다. 광섬유 복합가공 지선이란, 전력선의 보호 및 전력 시설 간 통신을 담당하는 중요 설비로 고장 발생 전, 결함의 조기 발견 및 유지 관리가 중요하다. 현재 한국전력공사에서는 드론에서 촬영된 영상을 점검원이 이상 여부를 점검하는 방식이 주로 사용되고 있으나 이는 점검원의 숙련도, 경험에 따른 정확성 및 비용과 시간 측면에서 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 드론에서 촬영된 영상으로 VGGNet 기반의 양/불량 판정을 수행했다. 그 결과, 정확도 약 95.15%, 정밀도 약 96%, 재현율 약 95%, f1 score 약 95%의 성능을 확인하였다. 결과 확인 방법으로는 설명 가능한 인공지능(XAI) 알고리즘 중 하나인 Grad-CAM을 적용하였다. 이러한 광섬유 복합가공 지선 설비의 양/불량 판별은 점검원의 단순 작업에 대한 비용 및 점검 시간을 줄이며, 부가가치가 높은 업무에 집중할 수 있게 해준다. 또한, 고장 결함 발견에 있어서 객관적인 점검을 수행하기 때문에 일정한 점검 품질을 유지한다는 점에서 적용 가치가 있다.

신뢰성 있는 수문자료는 홍수와 가뭄의 피해를 경감하기 위한 각종 수공구조물의 설계 및 기준 수립에 필요한 기초적인 자료이다. 또한, 국내 수문특성을 대변할 수 있는 고품질 수문자료의 확보는 경제 산업적으로도 필수적이고 기본적인 사항이다. 이러한 여건들과 사회적인 요구에 부응하기 위해서는 적극적인 품질관리를 통해 신뢰성 있는 수문자료를 제공해야 한다. 수문자료의 중요성과 수문자료 품질관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 사회적인 요구를 반영하고자 국가 수문자료 품질관리 기준을 제시하고 현업에 적용 가능한 시스템을 구축하여 수문자료 관리 체계를 확고히 함으로써 수문자료 신뢰성을 확보하는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 한강홍수통제소 관할 수문관측소의 실시간 수문자료(우량, 수위)에 대해 기왕자료 분석을 통해 지점별 이상치 자동점검 기준을 설정하였고 이에 따른 자동 품질관리를 거친 후 이상 및 결측치를 수동으로 수정, 보완할 수 있는 기법을 적용하여 수동 품질관리를 수행할 수 있도록 C/S(Client/Server) 방식의 전산프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 구축된 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템에 의해 수행된 품질관리 과정을 통해 수정, 보완된 자료는 원시자료, 자동품질등급, 수정자료, 수동품질등급의 자료 품질 표지가 이루어지고, 자료의 현황을 자세히 알 수 있도록 구성되었다. 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템을 통해 수문자료 품질관리업무의 효율성을 증대시키고 수문자료의 신뢰도를 높이는 수단으로 활용될 것이다.

정보시스템 운영은 연속성, 장애에 대한 민감성 등 정보시스템 구축과는 다른 특성을 많이 가지고 있어 감리방법에 있어서도 새로운 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 정량화된 운영점검표를 제시함으로써, 운영감리의 객관성과 신뢰성을 확보하고, 감리결과를 정량화하며, 타 운영사례나 과거 운영 상태와의 비교를 가능케 하여, 감리의 품질과 운영감리의 효용성 향상에 기여하고자 하였다. 시스템 운영 정보시스템 감리지침의 기본점검항목을 기준으로 13가지 기본점검항목을 도출하였고, 각 기본점검항목 별로 현재 운영상태가 어떤 수준인지를 평가할 수 있도록 하였으며, 전문가 인터뷰와 현장적용을 통하여 검증하였다.

Software globalization is becoming more important worldwide but little is known about how globalization technologies are actually carried out in the Korean software industry. In this paper, we have designed Globalization Quality Management (GQM) framework and applied the framework to the industry domestically for the first time. GQM provides a structured and effective way for software organizations to adopt globalization practices and evaluate the results. GQM consists of three main components: 1) software quality management process, 2) globalization support model and 3) globalization assessment model. This framework also supports both plan-driven and iterative/incremental development methods. On the basis of the GQM, a survey study was conducted among software engineering professionals, gathering the data from 31 IT companies across 7 large-scale projects in Korea. The result indicate that the evaluation score for globalization capability is 2.47 and global readiness is 2.55 out of 5 points. Also It said that internationalized product design (32.9%) and global/local product requirements analysis (28%) are needed to be taken care of first.

With the dawn of society where individuals or enterprises based on data generate infinite profits, the significance of database operation management is growing centering on data quality. However, there are not many South Korean public or private entities managing them systematically. Against this backdrop, this study sought to investigate the current status and problems and explore how to improve from the perspective of auditors. To implement this study, audit checklist was improved and, based on it, auditors and IT experts were surveyed. The final data were analyzed to test the study hypotheses empirically. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the auditors had been highly satisfied with all of the items on the improved audit checklist for data quality-based database operation management. Moreover, non-auditors were also found to regard them within their acceptable range. This study is expected to help improve information system operation audit and enterprises data operation management.

This thesis suggests how to design and implement an Android smart phone application which can perform self check or safety inspection of lifts effectively. The safety checks of lifts go in the way that inspectors check the lifts' conditions generally and record manually following a form at the moment. This thesis analyses lift maintenance industry and introduces how to design a system to proceed effective self check using a smart phone with Android OS. By using a smart phone to check lifts, we can have advantages to improve the quality of self check and maintain careers establishing information database about safety items.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터는‘지식정보자원관리사업’을 통해 구축된 지식정보 DB의 품질을 점검해 보기 위해, 2005년도 1월부 터 매월 1종의 DB를 선정해 품질을 평가하고, 그 결과를‘DB 서비스 평가’기획 시리즈로 연재하고 있다. 이번 달에는 그 두 번째로 문화재청에서 운영하고 있는「국가문화유산종합정보서비스(www.heritage.go.kr)」를 대상으로 평가를 실시했다.
