A Real-time Vision Inspection System at a Laver Production Line (해태 생산라인에서의 실시간 시각검사 시스템)

  • In this paper dose a laver surface check using a real time image process. This system does false retrieval of a laver at a laver production line. At first, a laver image was read in real time using a CCD camera. In this paper, we use an area scan CCD camera. Image is converted into a binary code image using a high-speed imaging process board afterwards. A laver feature is extracted by a binary code image. Surface false retrieval is finally executed using a laver feature. In this paper, we use an area feature of a laver image.

  • 품질보증 활동은 제품의 품질등급을 그 규격기준에 따라 규정하고, 발주자가 지정하는 품질의 제품을 실현하는 것이지만, 압력용기 등의 특정 제품에 대해서는 공적인 제3자가 기관에 의한 검사 인증제도가 요구되는 경우가 있다. 미국에서는 압력용기 등의 규격체계는 민간 Base의 ASME Code를 중심으로 하고, 운용에 있어서의 품질보증제도는 ASME Stamp에 의한 제작공장 인증과 적검사기관을 대행하는 보험회사와의 협조에 의한 개별제품인증이 행해진다. 소위 체제 지향의 품질 관리방식을 채택하고 있다. 미국 외의 구라파제국의 이와는 상대적으로 제품지향의 제품질관리를 하였다고 할 수가 있다. 그러나 87년에 제정되어 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 ISO-9000 시리즈는 미국식의 체제지향의 품질관리로서 양자간 접근방식이 대동소이하다. 그러므로 ASME Code의 품질관리에 대하여 그 본질과 구조 및 활동 내역 등을 고찰해 보는 것은 품질관리의 시대적 조류 파악에 도움이 될 것이다.

A Study About Image Processing Algorithm Development For Textile Inspection (섬유 원단검사를 위한 영상처리 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study is for developing an algorithm to detect defects of manufactured textile fiber. We used CCD Video Input Equipments in order to capture fiber textile images. Though most of the fiber manufacturing procedures consist of automatic systems, present textile detecting systems are depending on manual inspection system. However this method is not very economical. Therefore we can expect high production rate in the fiber manufacturing area if we could develop and utilize an image processing algorithm to inspect defects of textile fiber. The study was aimed at and achieved development of an detecting algorithm using image processing methods and related mechanical system which enable to detect missing of threads, mixing of unnecessary materials, polluted areas, scars, and colour differences in the textile. Through this study we could devise a manless system for detection of fiber textile and Provide possibilities which apply the image Processing techniques to the other manufacturing inspection systems.

  • There are many recent menial manufacturing firms not equipped with automatic checking system in their final process. And the check is based on the human perception so the automatic checking system is needed for the consistency and the accuracy of the checking process to elevate the productivity and the Quality. As the performance of computer systems and the vision systems has been increased the cost for the system is reduced and their applicable algorithms have been developed. In this study we develop monitor checking system which is low-cost, fast, and easy to adopt by the small-scaled manufacturing firms. The system is based on the computer vision techniques, and is equipped with the GUI interface and checking functions such as centering, yoke rotation, pincushion. sizing. Monitor checking system developed in this study can be used in the final checking process thereby we expect the synergy effects both on the efficiency of production and on the reduction of the cost for the facility investments.

  • Mammography using mammography equipment is a method of examination that is being employed most widely to diagnose the early stages of breast cancer. Detecting or diagnosing a fibrous tissue, micro calcification, or mass in the breast is influenced by the quality management of mammography equipment considerably. Particularly in mammography, quality management refers to a behavior of figuring out and correcting all sorts of hindrance factors that can cause all the problems related to the equipment associated with the diminishment of diagnosed area due to the reduction of image quality in clinical imaging in advance and maintaining a consistent level of image quality and obtaining a proper image. Here, these researchers aim to summarize and report the general contents of quality management in mammography using mammography equipment.

  • CT(computed tomography, CT) examinations is one of the most useful diagnostic equipment for identifying information in the human body in diagnostic radiology. Recently, the number of CT scans is increasing every year due to the high reliability of CT scans. Increasing the number of tests will accelerate the aging of CT devices, which is why the importance of quality management for CT devices is on the rise. Particularly in CT, quality management refers to a behavior of figuring out and correcting all sorts of hindrance factors that can cause all the problems related to the equipment associated with the diminishment of diagnosed area due to the reduction of image quality in clinical imaging in advance and maintaining a consistent level of image quality and obtaining a proper image.
