이 논문은 ${\lceil}$제2차 건설산업 진흥 기본계획의 기본과제와 중점과제을 검토하는 것이다. 우선 외환위기 이후의 건설 산업환경과 여건을 살펴보았고 이를 기초로 2차 기본계획이 수립되는 기간의 건설산업정책의 기본방향과 중점과제를 도출하였다. 그결과 건설산업 정책은 과거의 온정주의에 근거하여 건설산업을 구성하는 업체들의 형평성을 제고하는 것에서부터 경쟁에 근거한 효율성을 제고하는 것으로 전환되어야 하며 건설업체에 대한 엄격한 평가와 무제한적인 경쟁과 그리고 건설공사의 품질에 대한 무한 책임을 담보하는 국제기준(Global standard)의 건설산업이 형성될 수 있는 기반을 조성하여야 하고 이를 고려한 건설산업의 정책과제는 첫째, 건설산업의 효율성의 제고, 둘째, 국제규범의 건설체계의 구축, 셋째, 건설산업의 세계화 기반의 조성하는 것이고 이를 달성하기 위해서는 건설기술개발(정보화 포함), 건설인력육성, 건설공사 안전${\cdot}$환경 및 품질확보, 중소건설업 및 중소건설 용역업의 육성, 건설공사의 생산성 향상, 건설자재의 품질향상 및 규격표준화, 건설사업관리제도의 발전 등이 이루어져야 한다.

Environmental regulations, which are discussed through the International Maritime Organization, focus on two aspects: the economic supply of fuel oil and, ultimately, securing next-generation energy sources. At present, there are limitations in relation to the basic quality of fuel oil and the direct relation through basic quality when applied to ships and traps in relation to environmental regulations, and the standard for the basic quality of fuel oil is generally used. There are many cases where the composition is very complicated, and the interpretation and analysis of basic quality deviate from the range of the basic standard. In other words, it is difficult to classify and apply the problem when analyzing it in connection with fuel quality and ship operations. In this paper are various factors for the basic quality of fuel oil, and a proposed possibility for the scope of the standard.

최근 배전계통의 전기품질 관련으로 문제가 발생하거나 고객의 민원발생시 원인규명에 어려움이 있어, 효율적인 전기품질 관리의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 전기품질을 측정하고 이를 분석하기 위한 측정시스템이 다양하게 개발, 보급되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전기품질 관리측면에서 전기품질측정시스템을 정의하고 해외의 측정시스템 구축현황 및 기술동향을 분석하여 향후 국내 배전계통에 맞는 전기품질측정시스템 구축방안에 대해 제시하였다.

철강제품의 품질설계란 제품의 주문요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 제품의 성분 및 생산공정을 결정하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 품질설계업무를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 설계업무의 특성을 고려하여 과거사례를 설계에 이용하기 위해, 사례기반추론(Case-based Reasoning)접근방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 유사사례의 효율적 검색을 위해 품질설계 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 지식관리 방법 및 설계조정 방법을 개발하였다.

국가 차원에서 일관된 수문자료 품질관리기준을 제시하고, 현업에서 활용 가능한 시스템을 구축하기 위해 개발된 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템은 2007년부터 한강, 낙동강, 금강, 영산강홍수통제소에서 적극 활용하여 수문자료 신뢰도 향상에 기여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 구축된 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템을 한강, 낙동강, 금강, 영산강홍수통제소에서 관할하는 수문관측소 및 수문자료에 적용, 운영 실적을 지속적으로 분석하고 수문자료의 이상률, 결측률 등의 통계분석을 통해 수문자료 품질 및 신뢰도를 정량적, 정성적으로 나타내고 품질관리 업무 실시 후의 개선 효과를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 국가 수자원을 적극적으로 관리하여 신뢰성 있는 수문자료를 확보하고 품질 수준 향상을 위한 개선작업을 꾸준히 수행함으로써 수문자료의 신뢰도 제고와 국가 수문자료 관리업무의 효율성을 증대시키고자 한다.

현재 인터넷 공격이 날로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 더불어 그에 관련된 제품들도 많이 나오고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 정작 이런 제품들에 질적인 면에서 품질을 고려하는 노력이 미흡한 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 침입차단시스템(FW) 제품의 현황을 분석하고 효율성 품질평가 방법을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 침입차단시스템 제품 유형을 대상으로 특성과 핵심 기술 요소를 분석하고 현황 조사 및 분석을 바탕으로 침입차단시스템 제품의 품질평가 기준과 평가방법론을 개발하였다.

This paper was conducted to verify the relationship of understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency of convergence e-business valuation. For this paper, it surveyed 179 students and the data were collected Nov. 2~30, 2015. This research analyzed all the samples through ANOVA, t-test utilized by SPSS 22.0 The results as follow. First, understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency had statistically significant difference according to gender. Second, understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency showed statistically significant difference according to grade. The results of this study reveal the fact that the general characteristics like gender and grade made difference to the understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency. Furthermore, this paper may need to include various variables of understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency and suggest research about several university.

Game software is tremendous popularity in inside and outside of the country, so it rises market value. Therefore, it is important to study for the evaluation models of game software. In a general way, I think that ISO/IEC 9126 is the international standard of the software quality testing. Especially, game software quality has been more important on users and developers, so we need the compliance testing model of the game software. In this paper, we evaluate the game software quality objectively and quantitatively, we propose the software quality metrics of testing. Also, we propose the evaluation model of game software on the basis of international standard ISO/IEC 9126, six quality characteristic point of view. That is functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, portability, and maintainability.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences between the service providers and the users of 3PL services, in their perceptions about the qualities. The results of analysis identified five elements of the quality of 3PL services: reliability, efficiency, tangibility, responsiveness, and timeliness. The perceived importance and satisfaction showed the significant differences between 3PL service providers and the clients for all of the five elements. With respect to importance, efficiency showed the largest cognitive difference. Timeliness appeared to be the most important element perceived by both the service providers and the users. In terms of satisfaction, responsiveness indicated the biggest cognitive difference. In addition, it was noticed that the clients' satisfaction levels were particularly low, with respect to responsiveness and efficiency. It must be a strategic task of the 3PL service provider to improve customer satisfaction by reducing those cognitive differences.

In this study, service quality attributes of uTradeHub were classified based on the Kano model, and quality attributes that should be managed in priority to improve the service quality of uTradeHub were investigated using Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient(CSC) and average satisfaction coefficient(ASC). The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of classifying service quality attributes based on Kano model, 12 one dimensional qualities, 5 must-be qualities, 2 indifferent qualities were deducted, and many quality attributes of uTradeHub service were confirmed to be one dimensional quality to which is needed to be paid attention and paid more detailed attention to enhance service quality. Second, in the analysis result using Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient, "post processing for problems and complaints", "cost reduction", "efficiency of business processing" were ranked in the top of satisfaction coefficient, and they found to be quality attributes that customer satisfaction increases when service quality was satisfied. While, "post processing for problems and complaints", "interaction", "ability to respond promptly when problems occur" were ranked in the top of unsatisfaction coefficient, and they were analysed to be quality attributes that customer complaints increase when service quality was unsatisfied. Third, in the result of analyzing the quality attributes that should be managed in priority to improve the service quality of uTradeHub based on the average satisfaction coefficient(ASC), "post processing for problems and complaints", "cost reduction", "useful information" were ranked in the top 3, and they were classified as quality attributes that the satisfaction level increases more when they are improved than now, but the satisfaction level decreases when they are worsen.
