소프트웨어 품질에 대한 관심이 높아져 가면서 소프트웨어 제품 품질평가 기술에 대한 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 소프트웨어 제품 품질에 대한 국제 표준으로서 ISO 표준이 세계적인 주도권을 잡고 있으나 아직도 지속적인 진화과정을 겪고 있다. 본 고에서는 ISO를 위시하여 IEEE 등의 국제 표준과 미국, 일본 등의 품질평가 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 국내의 표준화 현황을 알아보고자 하며, 세계 표준에 대응하기 위한 국내 표준화의 문제점을 살펴보고 향후 대응방안을 고찰해 보고자 한다.

The research purpose for this study is to evaluate the quality of the KOLIS-NET DB which builded bibliographic data of the holding collections of nationwide public libraries. The quality evaluation of the KOLIS-NET DB was inspired by the successful experience from researches precedent and tried to approach the case study focuses on six quality dimensions : coverage, duplication. currentness. accuracy, consistency completeness. The study verified comprehensively the quality of the KOLIS-NET DB through a quality evaluation model and analyzed the factors causing such inferior and substandard bibliographic records in the KOLIS-NET DB. Based on the results of the quality evaluation, the quality improvements of the KOLIS-NET DB was suggested.

Quality is the value that can be measured by observing the characteristics of the service quantity or quality. QoS is predictable service traffic to a minimum requirements what passed in network. In the course of Smart Medical Information System Development there exist some functional requirements to satisfy quality objectives. The functional smart domains of healthcare information systems consists of Patient Module, a smart sensing and communication domain, RFID Tag Readers and the behavior domain, Homecare Station Domain, Clinical Station. This study is performed on evaluation methodology of u-health service satisfaction quality of each domain. In this paper QoS metrics and the quality of medical information requirements, functional requirements are separated by. Quality parameters consists of six items and the functional requirements and quality requirements 20 details the five items and consist of 20 detailed items. On this study the quality evaluation methodology of Korean smart health information quality assessment matrix 2 - factor evaluation method is proposed. The overall framework of this paper is organizing the specific criteria of quality of medical information system and modeling quality evaluation process under all smart environment.

Lately, the demand for data standardization become increased to obtain various data jointly along with development of information technology and diversity of society. Thus the research on tile definition and evaluation of data quality indicating accuracy and confidence of geospatial data, is required for this standardization. In this study, by virtue of comparison of definitions and evaluation methods of data quality element being selected from representative countries, the following results were obtained: (1) Application of ISO/TC211's Draft having accepted evaluation standard to KSDTS(Korea Spatial Data Transfer Standard) is desirable for definitions of data quality elements. (2) This study presented the quality evaluation of much more resonable geospatial data accompaning with quality element. Furthermore, this study suggests that this evaluation be applicable to KSDTS and be contained in the digital map product specification of National Geography Institute with more clearness of a report form of data quality evaluation result. (3) Studies on various sampling methods, establishment of AQL(Acceptable Quality Level) suitable for our country, and computer programming which can rapidly and automatically evaluate mass much of data are required.

최근 이동형 기기의 성능이 향상되면서 이동형 기기를 통해 다양한 서비스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있게 되었고, 제공하는 서비스에 대한 모바일 지급결제가 가능하게 되었다. 현재 모바일 지급결제는 M-Commerce의 확산에 따라 중요성이 인식되면서 국내의 모바일 지급결제 소프트웨어 시장이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 모바일 지급결제 소프트웨어에 대한 품질 평가모델에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이며, 모바일 지급결제 소프트웨어에 대한 품질평가를 위해서는 다양한 품질 특성으로 모바일 지급결제에 대한 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 12119를 도입하여 모바일 지급결제 소프트웨어에 대한 품질 평가체계를 확립하고, 품질특성별 시험 평가를 위한 평가모듈을 개발하였다.

도서관 품질 평가를 위한 척도로 개발된 라이브퀼 플러스(LibQUAL+)를 국내 대학도서관에 적용하여 분석을 시도하였다. 이용자 집단별(신분, 연령, 성별, 전공, 도서관 방문횟수, 도서관 홈페이지 접속 횟수) 사전 기대와 실제 인식 사이의 갭을 평가하고 그 원인을 분석하였다. 평가 후 실제 도서관 경영에 필요한 서비스 개선방안을 마련하고 이용자의 인식 향상 및 요구사항에 대처하기 위한 활동과 책무를 밝힘으로써 도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 수행하고, 그 방안을 마련하였다.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of CD-ROM databases: Korean MARC on Disc and Korean National Bibliographies on CD-ROM. The five criteria(accuracy, completeness, consistency on the quality of data itself and ease of use, variety of retrieval function on the quality of database services) are used to measure their quality. The purpose of this study was to diagnose the quality of two CD-ROM databases mentioned above and to analyses the measured result of quality comparatively and to find out the problems of them and also to provide possible suggestions for their improvements.

모바일 기기의 급속한 발전과 고성능 콘텐츠 보급으로 모바일 소프트웨어 시장이 발전하고 있다. 유선에서 무선 인터넷으로 무선 인터넷에서 모바일 인터넷으로 환경이 바뀌면서 모바일 소프트웨어의 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 모바일 소프트웨어 품질의 질적 향상과 지속적인 평가를 위하여 모바일 소프트웨어 특성을 축출 분석하고 ISO/IEC 9126을 기반으로 품질모델을 제시하였다. 모바일 소프트웨어가 가지고 있는 복합적인 요소들을 평가하기 위한 5가지 외부 특성과 이에 따른 15가지 내부 속성으로 구성된 품질 모델을 다면적 의사결정기법의 하나인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 이용하여 관련요소의 주관적인 특성을 객관적으로 평가하였으며 이러한 품질모델은 고품질의 모바일소프트웨어를 개발하고 평가 하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

오늘날 우리사회에서는 유비쿼터스를 비롯한 정보기술의 급격한 발전에 따라 GIS를 통하여 누구나 일장 속에서 직접 지리정보를 활용할 수 있게 되면서 양질의 지리정보에 대하여 관심을 보이는 편이다. 본 연구에서 다루고자하는 지리정보는 일반시민의 생활과 가장 밀접하고 친숙한 형태의 정보 중 하나이며, 정보로서의 활용도가 매우 높다. 하지만 아직까지 지리정보 데이터베이스 서비스 품질 평가에 주안점을 둔 평가모델이나 평가차원을 도출해보려는 시도에 대한 선행연구가제대로 된 적이 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지리정보 데이터베이스 서비스 경우에 서비스품질에 핵심적인 속성들이 무엇인지, 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 데이터베이스 서비스 품질속성은 무엇인지 알아보고자 한다. 또한 고객의 만족을 실현할 수 있기 위해서는 데이터베이스 서비스 품질속성들이 각각 어떤 수준으로 제공되어야 할 것인가 라는 문제를 컨조인트 분석을 통해 해결해 보고자 한다.

가상학습은 지식 정보화시대를 맞이하여 국내외으로 새로운 교육훈련 패러다임으로서 시간과 공간을 초월한 얼린 학습공간으로 부각되고 있다. 특히 정보처리 기술의 급속한 발전으로 국내외 각종 정규·사회 교육기관에서는 인터넷을 이용한 가상학습 교육훈련을 전극 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 가상학습을 기반으로 하는 코스웨어 개발이냐 학습평가에 관한 연구는 많으나 품질평가에 관한 연구는 아직까지 미비하여 본 논문에서는 가상학습 지원시스템의 품질평가 모델을 제시하여 교육 현장에서 가상학습 지원시스템 구축 시 품질평가 기준으로 활용하고자 한다.
