  • 본 연구는 국방품질경영시스템인증을 취득한 군수업체의 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 인증동기와 인증 후 효과를 파악하자 한다. 연구결과 인증 동기는 경영자의 의지와 회사 업무발전의 동기가 높게 나타났고 기간이 지남에 따라 동기가 강하게 변화하고 있다. 인증 취득 후에는 대외 신뢰도와 의식변화에 대한 효과가 높고 인증의 유지로 인한 업무능률 향상과 매출이익이 증가하는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 국방품질인증 심사에 대한 평가는 합리적이고 객관적인이란 항목에 높은 반응을 보이고 있으나 수검의 용이성에 대한 만족도가 낮고 합리성과 전문성은 인증기간이 지남에 따라 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 인증유지를 하는데 애로사항은 정보 및 자료부족, 부서간 협조부족, 규격이해 및 전문 인력부족 등 기업 내부적인 문제점을 발견하여 개선을 위한 필요성이 제기 되었다.

  • 과거 국내 전력계통은 선진국에 비하여 주파수 품질이 현격하게 저하되어 계통운영자는 적정범위 이내로 주파수를 유지하는 것이 중요한 책무였다. 그러나, 계통수요와 계통연계의 지속적인 증가로 인하여 현행 주파수 유지율은 99.9% 수준에 근접하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서는 막대한 비용을 투자하여도 주파수 품질을 개선하기는 쉽지않다[1]. 주파수 유지율이 포화상태에 이른 주요 선진국들은 오래전부터 표준편차를 이용하여 주파수를 평가해오고 있다[2]. 따라서, 국내계통의 주파수 평가방법도 새로운 변화가 필요한 시점이다.

  • 전력품질 저하로 인하여 수용가 설비에 문제가 발생되었을 경우, 전력품질의 유지 및 관리 책임이 있는 전력회사(판매회사)는 전력품질 저하원인을 규명하여야 한다. 이 경우 전력품질 향상에 필요한 소요 비용은 전력품질 저하원인 제공자가 부담하는 것이 원칙이며, 전력품질 원인 제공자가 전력회사로부터 계속 전력을 공급받기 위해서 수용가는 전력품질 향상을 위한 대책들을 전력회사에 제시하여야 하며, 그 중 비용이 가장 적은 방법을 선택할 수 있다. 이 경우 전력회사는 최선을 다하여 수용가 및 전력회사 측면에서 적절한 대책이 수립될 수 있도록 기술적으로 협조하여야 한다.

Quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of vegan lentil (Lens culinaris) cookies with different types and content of vegetable oil (식물성 유지 종류와 첨가비율에 따른 비건 렌틸콩 쿠키의 품질특성 및 항산화활성)

  • This study aimed to investigate the quality characteristics of vegan lentil (Lens culinaris) cookies prepared with different types (butter, rice bran oil, canola oil, and coconut oil) and content (10, 20, and 30 g) of fat and oil. The hardness and pH declined with increased fat and oil content. Spreadability, moisture content and antioxidant activity increased with the fat and oil content. The density declined only when rice bran oil was added. Lightness and yellowness decreased with higher concentrations of vegetable oil. Redness increased as more coconut oil and canola oil were added. Rice bran oil cookies had the highest pH, spreadability, moisture content and antioxidant activity. Butter cookies had the highest lightness value, whereas coconut oil cookies had the highest hardness value. In conclusion, rice bran oil could be a quality substitute for butter when developing vegan cookie products.

  • This study was carried the effect of transportation conditions and plant growth regulator on the maintenance of freshness and quality of cut Chrysanthemum 'Baekma'. The quality of cut chrysanthemum 'Baekma' which were stored at $5^{\circ}C$ was better than those of stored at $20^{\circ}C$ and control. When cut mum 'Baekma' was transported stacking boxes with vertical condition after dipping in distilled water, flowering degree, flower size, days to flower appearing degree, and bent neck were delayed. Flowering degree was delayed by $10mg/L^{-1}$ uniconazole spraying, The days to bent neck was delayed by 1,000x daminozide spraying.

  • The goal of quality assurance (QA) is to minimize systematic errors in order to maintain the quality of a certain process. Statistical process control (SPC) has been utilized for QA in radiation therapy field since 2005 and is changing QA paradigm. Its purpose is to maintain a process within the given control limits while monitoring of error trends such as variation or dispersion. SPC can be applied to all QA aspects of radiotherapy; however, a medical physicist should have enough knowledge about the application of SPC to QC/QA procedures. In this paper, the author introduce a concept of SPC and review some previously reported studies those used SPC for QA in radiation therapy.
