The Impact of the Quality Factor of Smart Factory on the Intention to accept Advance Smart Factor: Mediating Effect of Perceived Value and Smart Factory Performance (스마트 팩토리 품질요인이 스마트 팩토리 고도화 의도에 미치는 영향: 지각된 가치 및 스마트 팩토리 성과의 매개효과)

  • This study examined the impact of smart factory's quality factors on the intention to accept Advance Smart Factory(ASF) by mediating Perceived Value(PV) and Smart Factor Performance(SFP) of domestic SMEs that had introduced smart factor. As a result, First, Information Quality(IQ) and Service Quality(SQ) had a significant positive impact on Perceived Value(PV). Second, System Quality(SysQ), IQ, and SQ had a significant positive impact on SFP. Third, PV had a significant positive impact on intention to ASF, and PV and SFP had a significant positive impact on the intention to accept ASP. Also, PV had a mediating effect between SysQ, IS and Perfromance, and PV and Performance had a moderation between SQ and ASF. These results could provide one implication to SMEs that are taking into account to improve their smart factor to be advanced.

대학의 창업교육서비스품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 대학의 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 진행되고 있지만 창업성과에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업성과를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 창업교육 서비스 품질을 측정하기 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 5개 요소 21개의 문항을 설정하고, 설문 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 둘째, 고객 만족에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업교육 수강생의 교육만족을 정의하고, 창업역량의 요소 중 성취역량, 창의성역량, 개념화역량, 사회적 역량 등에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 교육만족과 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 창업교육 서비스 품질은 기존의 연구와 다르게 유형성과 신뢰성이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 4개 요인으로 확인되었고, 4개의 요인으로 구성된 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 창업역량 요인을 4개로 정의하여 설문을 분석한 결과 성취역량과 창의성역량이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 개념화역량, 사회적 역량과 함께 3가지 요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육만족에 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 창업의지는 창업역량에 영향을 받았지만, 교육만족에 직접적인 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육만족이 창업역량을 통하여 창업의지에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 차후 연구에서는 대상을 여러 지역 혹은 전국으로 확대할 필요성이 있으며, 다른 변수와의 접근 방법을 가지고 연구되어야 할 것이다.

A Study on the Effect of Automobile Port's Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: Focusing on the Pyeong-taek Automobile Port (자동차 항만의 서비스 품질요인이 고객만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구: 평택항 자동차부두를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to analyze the effects of service quality offered by automotive Ro-Ro terminal operators on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of the research can be used to understand how to enhance the service level in order to manage competitiveness of the terminal operators, finally resulting in global competitiveness of the automobile industry of Korea in both exports and imports. We carried out a survey on two groups: shippers (customers) and providers (related terminal operators and stakeholders). To identify and classify the factors into groups, we conducted Exploratory Factors Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), which showed construct validity and convergent validity. We also calculated Cronbach's alpha for reliability. Five factor groups were identified: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. We found that empathy is the most influential factor group among the five groups, and that the other groups too exhibited similar effects. Based on the results of the survey and analyses, we can conclude that empathy is most important in automotive Ro-Ro terminals. In particular, specialties, training, experiences, and loyalty of employees are crucial factors because automotive Ro-Ro terminals significantly rely on work forces, differently from other bulk terminals and container terminals. Flexible working hours and fringe benefits for work forces can increase empathy, finally resulting in productivity and efficiency. Next, well-designed work schedules are followed, based on visibility through logistics and SCM activities in automobile export and import processes with information and communication networks.

  • Despite of increasing pressure of opening to free for medical market by an advanced nation and increasing number of portal websites for health information, there have been few studies on the issues of enhancing the service quality of health information websites. The survey exhibited that the quality factors mainly affect significant and satisfied level of health information websites were usability, information structure and contents, interaction, and revisiting. This study was conducted to develop the consumer-focused quality factor of health information websites using WebQual model which was valued at efficient evaluation tool for this information system The methods taken in this research was to survey quality factors for significant and satisfied level of 323 consumers live in Chungcheong-do which is based on 48 questionnaires of WebQual quality factors. Our research extracted quality factors, usability, information quality (information structure and contents), interaction (personalisation and privacy) about view of criticality and satisfaction and relevant degree of revisiting. The research results presented in the paper will provide an efficient way of installing healthcare websites, moreover stone toward a marketing strategy for the consumer focus website provides under fierce competition.

  • 본 연구에서는 중소기업에서 품질혁신활동을 추진할 때 정부와 모기업차원에서 지원이 가능한 요소들에 대해 Kano가 제시한 방법의 설문을 활용하여 조사하였다. 이 조사 결과를 Kano 분석과 함께 Timko가 제시한 고객만족계수를 활용하여 분석하여 품질혁신활동을 지원하는 정부와 모기업, 그리고 추진의 주체인 기업 등에 작용하는 매력적 요인과 일원적 요인, 당연적 요인 등을 밝히고자 하였다.

Factors Affecting User Satisfaction of Mobile Social Network Games: Focusing on the Quality and Self-determination (모바일 소셜 네트워크 게임 이용만족에 영향을 미치는 요인: 품질과 자기결정성 요인을 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate and identify what factors influence the satisfaction of the users for the fast-growing social network game based on the mobile. To this end, we looked around the variable product characteristic factor, quality and the consumer characteristic factor, user self-determination. Also we surveyed 211 male and female college students. The first finding was that all the sub-factors of the quality factor had positive effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games. The second finding was that all the sub-factors of the self-determination factor had positive effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games. The third finding was that only the sub-factors of quality had positive relative effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games, in the order of playfulness, usability, functionality from the most to the least. The findings of this study are expected to offer meaningful and practical suggestions for the development of high quality game contents for the user convenience, as well as the academic significance, the expansion of game-related area of research through the break from the traditional research trends, technology and engineering point of view and from the PC-based online game.

The Importance Analysis of the Selection Factors for IPTV using AHP (계층적 분석방법을 활용한 IPTV 선택요인의 중요도 분석)

  • This paper is to analyze the relative weight and the priority order of the selection factors for IPTV. To obtain the goal this paper, firstly, the selecting factors for IPTV were identified and conceptualized on reviewing previous literatures. And this paper proposed the hierarchy model using the factor analysis on IPTV users. and utilized AHP in analysis method. Secondly, AHP model constructed 4 higher factors, and 15 lower factors. The higher factors were 'Quality Acceptance', 'Social Effect', 'Using Motive' and 'Individual Psychology'. Results of this study show that relative weights among factors IPTV selection were founded as 'Quality Acceptance(33.0%)', 'Utilization Motive(31.8%)', 'Individual Psychology(21.3%)' and 'Social Influence(13.9%)'. Economic efficiency takes the top rank in sub-criteria included 15 factors and than convenience, amount of information, discrimination, self-efficacy, innovation, relative advantage in order listed. For the generalization of the research results, further researchs are needed to investigate intended use of IPTV on other method of analysis.

A Study on the Effects of Physical Environment on the Perceived Service Quality, Menu Quality and Customer Satisfaction (외식서비스기업의 물리적 환경이 고객이 인지한 서비스품질, 메뉴품질, 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to identify that the physical environment of a food service company has influenced on the perceived service quality, menu quality and customer satisfaction. To achieve the purpose of this study, it reviewed the theoretical background about the physical environment, the perceived service quality, the perceived menu quality and customer satisfaction. Moreover, this study conducted a corresponding empirical analysis. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire was given to a total of 275 regular restaurant customers at Busan area. The results of the empirical analysis were shown as follows. 1) The components of physical environment of a service company are the attractiveness, cleanliness, space & convenience and the ambient factor of physical environment. 2) For the attractiveness of the physical environment, cleanliness and the ambience factors of the physical environment have influenced on the perceived service quality and menu quality. 3) The perceived service quality has influence on the perceived the menu quality. 4) The perceived service quality and the menu quality have influence on the customer satisfaction.

Effects of Servicescape on Perceived Service Quality, Service Satisfaction, and Service Loyalty: The Coffee Shop Franchises in Seoul (서비스스케이프가 서비스품질, 서비스 만족, 서비스 충성도에 미치는 영향: 서울시내 커피전문점을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of servicescape on perceived service quality, service satisfaction and to verify causal relationships between servicescape, technical service quality, functional service quality, service satisfaction, and service loyalty in coffee shop franchises. An online survey was conducted to collect the data from the actual service customers of coffee shop franchises. An analysis of structural equation modeling was performed using AMOS 24.0 and SPSS 24.0 to test the research hypotheses. The results of the study are as follows: first, servicescape has positive influence on technical service quality and functional service quality except for service satisfaction. Second, both technical service quality and functional service quality have positive influence on service satisfaction. Finally, service satisfaction has a strong effect on service loyalty. This paper finds that it is more appropriate to model the servicescape as a separate construct which precedes both functional service quality and technical service quality. Servicescape in the coffee shop service has the influence on shaping service quality perceptions and their subsequent impact on service satisfaction and service loyalty.
