최근 농업분야에 있어 ICT(Information and Communications Technology)기술을 접목하여 농/축산물 및 식품의 생산, 유통, 판매, 소비 전주기 프로세스에 대한 생산성, 안전성, 경제성 및 품질 향상과 각 단계의 활동 주체(생산, 유통, 소비)들 간에 상생의 생태계 구축을 위한 스마트농업 기술이 대두되고 있다. 이 스마트농업 기술은 농업 가치사슬 전반에 걸쳐 IT(Information Technology)와의 접목을 통해 1차 산업인 농업을 6차 산업으로 발전시킴으로써, 고기능, 고효율화는 물론, 부가가치 제고, 생산비 절감, 환경오염 최소화, 농촌생활의 편리성 증대로 지속 가능한 농업을 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대되는 기술이다. 본고에서는 스마트농업 기술에 관한 배경, 정책 및 시장동향, 기술 및 표준화동향을 제시하고 향후 지속적인 발전을 위한 스마트농업에 관한 표준화 정책을 제언한다.

Third party logistics research is searching for increasing its logistics efficiency of organization. Perspective of resource-based theory, this study is to reveal the exploratory relation between integrated capabilities, organzaiton knowledge, and service performance. To develop the relational model, this study conducted a theoretical survey on Shang(2009)'s 3PL service providers research model and Synder & Cumming(1998)'s learning of organization knowledge. According to the result of correlation analysis, Integrated organization knowledge is positively correlated with service diversity advantage (correlation coefficient= .670, p-value= .000) and service quality advantage (correlation coefficient= .575, p-value= .000). The thesis argued that Korean companies try to apply integrated organization abilities and service performance for cutting their export expense.

This paper studies the effect of information quality level and customer demand on performance measures in a supply chain. The information quality level compares 2 types, the information levels of a customer demand and a lead time. The customer demand process follows a general auto-correlated AR(1) process without seasonality. In the AR(1) process, ${\sigma}$ indicates the degree of demand fluctuation and ${\rho}$ means the trend of customer demand. ANOVA tests using a 5% significance level are performed in SPSS to examine significant performance changes among various cases.

글로벌 경쟁체제의 도래와 정보화의 급진전 및 소비자의 권익신장 등 경제환경의 변화에 따라 고객서비스와 직결되는 물류의 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 물류의 아웃소싱 증가와 제3자물류산업의 활성화 및 공급사슬관리(SCM)의 보편화와 일관물류서비스에 대한 수요증가에 따라 물류센터의 기능 또한 종래의 보관 중심이 아닌 일관물류의 중심적 기능으로 발전하고 있으며, 일관물류서비스의 품질을 좌우하는 결정적 요소로 중시되고 있다. 이렇듯 물류센터의 기능이 중시되고 있음에도 현재 우리나라 물류센터들은 공급과잉과 정보부족 및 공급자의 영세성, 제도적 지원부족 등의 주요한 문제점들을 안고 있는 것으로 지적되고 있다. 이런 차에 지난 3월 31일 결성된 한국물류협회 물류센터분과위원횡 거는 관련 업계의 기대가 적지 않다. 이에 물류센터분과위원장으로 선임된 이강성 TL Korea 사장으로부터 우리나라 물류센터의 실태와 분과위원회의 지향점 등을 들어본다.

본 연구는 가격 및 수요 불확실성하의 강건한 (robust) 생산 및 수송 전략을 수립함으로써 수요 및 가격 불확실성이 존재하는 TFT-LCD 제조업 공급사슬망의 의사결정 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 품질로 구분되는 제품들의 생산, 재고 및 물류에 관한 의사결정을 조정하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 생산용량 제약, 해상/항공 수송 리드타임 및 용량 제약 등의 현실적인 제약조건들 이외에 시나리오 모델을 이용하여 수요 및 가격 불확실성을 함께 반영하는 확률적 혼합정수선형계획법모형들을 개발한다. 또한 이들 모형들의 효율적 솔루션을 위해 제안한 휴리스틱 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하도록 한다.

Spatial information has influenced government policy formation, business strategy implementation, and our everyday life enormously. Digital earth enterprises providing global spatial data services emerge as spatial data industry grows rapidly. So it is highly desirable to grasp recent trends in the industry and find critical success factors (CSFs) for the digital earth firms. The purpose of this study is to compare strategies of digital earth enterprises and find CSFs for them. In addition, strategy analysis framework elaborations, systematic analysis of spatial data industry and market segmentation based on value chain are also performed to trace and cope with the volatile industry environment. Derived CSFs are as follows. First, acquisition of differentiated high quality spatial data is needed. Second, customer oriented convergent contents should be developed. Third, advanced platform functionalities must be provided to consumers. Finally, construction of efficient and effective global value chain is desirable.

QR Code can save much more information than 1D Bar Code and encode various types of information. As it takes less general cost than high priced RFID, it can be recognized through smart-phone without any special facilities. Despite these strengths, QR Code is just used by general people for their daily life service, while 1D Bar Code is applied in all kinds of industry like sales, distribution, production management, quality management and so on. And RFID is also used in many industrial field like harbor and distribution area. The range of QR Code's usage is getting broad but still restrictive. So it is required to make new organized system. Therefore, this research suggests that Applying QR Code in the SCM. Connecting QR Code with SCM, it secures space for data's movement. And it helps not only rise the speed and accuracy of data flow but also reduce logistical cost.

This study identified and quantified the sugar-related metabolites and analyzed the structural features of starch in kimchi added with various concentrations of glutinous rice paste during fermentation. The pH values and total bacterial counts indicated that the fermentation of kimchi with 10% glutinous rice paste progressed more quickly than that of kimchi with other rice paste concentrations. The addition of glutinous rice pastes to kimchi resulted in increased glucose and decreased fructose contents during fermentation compared to the control kimchi. Maltose content increased significantly with increasing glutinous rice paste concentrations. The average chain length distribution of starch in kimchi decreased with increasing proportions of short chains as fermentation progressed. However, the average chain length distribution of starch increased with increasing glutinous rice paste concentration in kimchi. Our results confirmed that the sugar-related metabolites and starch structural changes were highly influenced by the added starch paste concentration.

With a prospective of rapid deployment of IOT, a systematic approach to derive a business strategy for various possible scenarios of IOT applications is in great demand. In this paper, a conceptual framework that can be utilized for the purpose of assessing the market potential and of setting up an initial business strategy for IOT deployment is suggested. The framework consists of utilization of well-known value curve analysis, ecosystem analysis and house of quality tools. The value curve analysis is utilized to identify value-enhancing components of consumers as well as relative strengths of suppliers. The ecosystem analysis is used to identify relevant players of the supply chain and their mutual relationships. The house of quality is suitable for developing the initial business strategy of the supplier by converting consumer requirements identified by value curve analysis into technical requirements for the supplier. In this paper, we applied our proposed framework to two services that have high potentiality of being benefited by IOT: car-sharing service and telehealth service.

The objective of this study is to devise and empirically validate a model in which information characteristics influence the success of SCM system as assessed by the Information Capabilities method. The four factors examined in this study include Information Quality, Operational Information Sharing, Strategic Information Sharing, Information Capabilities. The research model was analyzed by the structural equation modeling(SEM) technique, supported by SPSS 21 and SMART-PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The study confirmed the presence of positive influence of information quality on operational information sharing, strategic information sharing and IO. And, information sharing, as expected, had a significant impact on SCM performance as assessed by the IO method. A major contribution of the study is that it provides empirical evidence of the relationships that have been presumed to exist between information characteristics and information performance of SCM system. Also, the study provides both researchers and practitioners a solid foundation for future studies and practice for more successful implementation of SCM system.
