지식경제부 기술표준원에서는 2011.3.11일자로 자율안전확인대상 자동차용 타이어 안전기준 개정(안)을 입안 예고하였으며, 본고는 동 개정(안)의 취지 및 주요내용과 아울러 자동차용타이어가 품질관련 법규 "품질경영 및 공산품안전관리법" 상에서 어떻게 관리되는지에 대하여 요약한 것이다. 한편, 우리협회는 그간 국내타이어업계와 함께 기준치 이하의 저품질 타이어 유통 근절을 통한 타이어 사용자의 안전성 향상과 관련법규의 실효성 제고 차원에서 금번 타이어 안전기준 개정(안) 마련에 있어 적극 참여하여 왔다.

보안 S/W의 보안성 평가기준(CC; Common Criteria)은 국제 표준 ISO/IEC 15408로 제정되었고, 시제품에 대한 보안기능요구사항과 보증요구사항을 표준화된 방법으로 표현하고 있다. 보안 S/W의 보안성은 중요하나 그 품질 또한 간과되어서는 안 된다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 CC에서 기술하고 있는 보안기능에 대한 S/W 품질평가기준에 대해 연구하였다.

축산법 시행규칙이 일부개정(안)이 입법예고('11. 1.13~2.7) 됐다. 이는 국내산 축산물에 대한 품질경쟁력 강화 및 고비용의 생산체계를 개선하기 위해 축산물 등급판정기준 및 표시방법 일부를 개정하고 현 법률 운영상 나타난 미비점을 개선 보완하기 위함이다. 농림수산식품부는 오는 4월 1일부터 시행을 예고했다.

Although the number of registered cars in South Korea is about 22million but, there is no national standard for automobile reference fuel in South Korea. Reference fuel is the fuel used for certificating vehicle performance, emissions and fuel economy. Now, domestic market fuels are used as reference fuel. However, the quality of domestic market fuel is constantly changing by seasonal and fuel manufacturers. It may effect vehicle performance, emissions and fuel efficiency test result. On this study, market diesel fuel quality was monitored and reference fuel standard(draft) was set by reflecting market fuel monitoring result. Reference fuel standard(draft) was applied to CRDI engine.

The purpose of this study is to arrange for the systematic execution of safety control in children's foods through nutrition and hygiene standard suggestions and guidelines for quality certification system in children's preferable food. Aiming to achieve this objective, the study researched the present status of children’s preferable food sold near elementary schools, elicited the hazards and problems of those foods and selected nutritional and hygienic hazard components in those foods. To suggest the standards and guidelines for quality certification in children's preferable food, the study referred to sundry records, surveyed the practical cases of relevant policies and standards at home and abroad. We studied the standard of nutrition for the quality certification in those foods for sugar, fat, sodium, and additives (tar color: red No. 2 in a ban on use, caffeine), microorganism (aflatoxin $B_1$ (${\mu}g$/kg) and pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Salmonella spp.), which are the nutrients that may hamper health when taken in a large amount, and the standard for a diet restricted to under 200 kcal per one serving size. Results of distribution of processed foods (242 samples) by nutrition standards were as follows. In case of all ‘low’ level in total sugar, total fat and sodium, 0.4% of total samples was possible to be certified, In case of all ‘medium’ level in total sugar, total fat and sodium, maximumly 22.3% of total samples was possible to be certified. In case of all medium level in nutrients and $\leq$200 kcal/serving, 17.8% of total samples was possible to be certified. Certified food types was milk products and beverages.

Waste Stone and Waste Stone Powder are recycling some cyclic aggregate only. And the greater part of Waste Stone and Waste Stone Powder are reclaining or neglecting. To solve this problem, the government is proceeding development of cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder. However, quality standard for cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder has not been established. So cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder has problem of quality assurance. Therefore in this study, developed standard for Evaluating Performance of cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder through survey of international standard.

본 논문은 디지틀 음성통신 서비스의 품질기준 (통화품질, 접속품질)을 설정하기 위한 실험용 통화모델 시스템의 사용자 접속 규격을 구현한 것이다. 본 논문에서 구현한 사용자 접속 규격은 디지틀 음성통신망에서 사용하려는 접속 protocol을 그대로 적용하여 실제의 상황과 같도록 하기 위하여 종합정보통신망 (ISDN)의 표준규격인 사용자 - 망 접속 규격을 이용하여 구현하였다. CCITT 권고안 I series의 규격을 만족하는 Protocol Simulator 와의 연동실험을 통하여 구현한 모델 시스템에 대한 사용자 접속 규격의 처리 및 성능을 확인하였다.
