Plans for Cadastral Information Quality Improvement (지적정보 품질 수준의 향상 방안)

  • This study was conducted to identify how cadastral information quality is managed at which level by reviewing the current cadastral information creation and quality management methods. In addition, relevant issues were deducted and, based on the results, plans for cadastral information quality improvement were suggested. The study results are as follows. As a result of reviewing the cadastral information quality management and its level and deducting the relevant issues, it was found that current cadastral information quality management is confined to positional accuracy, instead of comprehensive quality management embracing graphic and attribute information. In addition, it appeared that the quality measurement elements for spatial information quality management recommended by the International Standard Organization (ISO 19113) are not reflected enough. In this study, a plan of quality management at an international level, plan for introducing a quality test process, and plan for organizing an independent quality test organization were suggested as improvement plans for this corresponding issues.

  • Design quality in constructed project is a primary consideration to achieve overall project objectives. It is not easy to evaluate the design quality because various factors are involved in the design process. This paper presents a new approach to improve the evaluation process of design quality In the construction project The evaluation model is developed to satisfy the requirement for implementing the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Standards in the design process. It is assumed that design changes are resulted from the poor management of design quality. The model relates design changes to design quality management items. It assigns weight ratio to each design quality item to evaluate quantitatively Design Quality Index (DQI) is calculated to assess design quality based on the Objectives Matrix. A case study is performed to illustrate the practical implementation of the design quality evaluation.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 표준화 진행중인 디지털 저작권 관리 시스템의 다양한 기술들을 살펴본다. 저작권 관리 시스템을 구성하는 요소로 암호화, 접속 제한, 복사 제어, 신원 확인 등이 있으며 이러한 요소를 이루는 기술로 최근 워터마크의 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 워터마크 기술은 응용 범위가 넓고 잠재적 개발 가능성이 크지만 아직까지 분명한 한계가 있으며, 강인성과 품질 사이에 요구사항이 서로 트레이드오프 상태에 있는 단점이 있다. 따라서 저작권 관리 시스템의 구현을 위해서는 먼저 시스템의 요구사항을 분명히 규정하고, 그것에 적합한 기술을 최적화하는 것이 필요하다.

  • 인터넷의 급격한 확장과 고속화는 통신환경을 지원하는 통신소프트웨어 와 서비스에 신뢰성, 효율성, 유연성 등을 요구하였고 데이터를 전송하는 매체인 광케이블의 다양한 접속형태를 구성하게 하였다. 광케이블은 인터넷 환경을 지원하는 통신망의 핵심요소로 향후 고속화, 대용량화로 가기 위 한 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 광케이블의 안정성을 제공하기 위하여 CORBA기반하에 GIS시스템과 연동을 통하여 효율적으로 품질을 보장할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. GIS는 방대한 자료와 분산된 환경하에서 자료를 구축하므로 CORBA를 이용하여 신속하게 자료의 획득 및 가공이 가능하고 이벤트 서비스를 통하여 트래픽을 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 이벤트의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있도록 이벤트의 속성을 추가하여 다량의 이벤트를 처리 할 수 있도록 하였다. 향후 인터넷의 기반인 매체를 효율적으로 관리함으로서 증가되는 인터넷 서비스의 품질을 효율적으로 보장 할 수 있다.

  • 정보화 시대로의 진입과 더불어 정보기술이 발달하고 있으며 소프트웨어는 정보시스템의 핵심요소가 되고 있다 이에 따라 소프트웨어의 품질에 대한 관심이 증가하고 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증활동이 요구되고 있다. 국제표준화 기구에서는 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 14598을 국제 표준으로 제시하였으나 소프트웨어 개발과정에 대한 구체적인 적용 방안이 제시되지 못하고 정성적인 평가에 종점을 두고 있으며 정략적인 품질 평가를 위한 세부기준이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 정략적 품질평가를 위한 프레임워크를 연구하고자 한다 이를 위하여 개발단계에서 이례 당사자에 따른 소프트웨어 품질특성의 중요도를 분석하고 이들 특성의 가중치를 이용하여 정량적 소프트웨어 평가 프레임워크를 제시하며 프레임워크를 이용한 품질관리 방안을 제시함으로써 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 효과적으로 소프트웨어 품질을 관리할 수 있게 한다.

Studies on the Main Level-Grading Factors for Establishment of LFQC (Liquid Fertilizer Quality Certification) System of Livestock Manure in Korea (가축분뇨 액비품질인증제도 구축을 위한 목표요소에 관한 연구)

  • Establishment of the LFQC (Liquid Fertilizer Quality Certification) system is very urgent issue for recycling livestock manure as renewable resources in Korea faced with environmental problem of manure application to land due to intensive livestock farming. In this study, we investigated relevant laws and regulations on livestock manure fertilizer, certifications of eco-friendly agricultural products, government policies on livestock manure management to establish reasonable direction of Korean LFQC (Liquid Fertilizer Quality Certification) system. As a result from this study, the liquid fertilizers in 'LFQC' system could be classified as three levels according to the usage patterns in field; 1st. Individual Farm Level (IFL), 2nd. Joint Farm Level (JFL), and 3rd. Commercial Level (CML). And finally, we found some characteristics in 'Main Level-Grading Factors' of liquid fertilizer such as fertilizing value, harmfulness, stability, uniformity, economic effect, storage potential, commercial value, functionality. Those items were considered to be the key factors for the establishment of 'LFQC' system. More research on 'Evaluation Standards' for concrete guideline and on the 'Main Level-Grading Factors' be needed to complete Korean LFQC system.

A Study on Quality Control Method for Minutely Rainfall Data (분 단위 강우자료의 품질 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • Rainfall data is necessary component for water resources design and flood warning system. Most analysis are used long-term hourly data of surface synoptic stations from the Meteorological Administration, Ministry of land, Infrastructure and Transport and others. However, It will be used minutely data of more high density automatic weather stations than surface synoptic stations expecting to increase the frequency of heavy precipitation. But minutely data has a problem about quality of rainfall data by auto observation. This study analyzed about quality control method using automatic weather station's minutely rainfall data of meteorological administration. It was performed assessment of the quality control that was classified quality control of miss Data, outlier data and rainfall interpolation. This method will be utilized when hydrological analysis uses minute rainfall data.

  • As the web service technology matures. research is focused on the composite web services that combine individual web services within an enterprise or between enterprises. Quality of service is the critical competitiveness factor in this mature technology stage where there are many services with similar functionalities differing only in some non-functional properties. Monitoring is the key component for the service quality management of a web service. A service quality monitoring system design using a broker is presented in this paper. OWL-S is used to specify the composite service process and a service policy (inputs and outputs of each service, quality attributes and values, etc.) built by WS-Policy is applied to the composite service process. If there is any discrepancy between the service policy and the monitored data, the service provider and the user are notified of it so as to take necessary measures. We have implemented a travel reservation system as an example of the presented design and the experimental results are shown. Average response time was monitored and the timeout policy was applied in the experiment.
