  • 공장의 생산력을 향상하기 위하여, 현재 많은 공장에서는 동시에 TPM & TQM을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 활동을 통하여 제품의 품질을 향상하고, 원가를 절감하고, 납기를 단축하며, 생산의 유연성을 확보한다. 본 논문은 한국의 제조업에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 TPM 및 TQM과 생산 실행 요인 사이의 관계를 분석함으로써, 적극적으로 제조업에서 생산력을 향상하고 촉진할 수 있는 요인을 얻는 것이다.

  • An improvement activity is necessary for the existence strategy of the corporate. We search effective activities by the integration, implemention of the Quality Control Circlle and the Suggestion Activity System on the various improvement activity. Therefore, Each of the concept and step are surveyed. We output the commonness and the difference, and propose "The Suggestion Circle Activity" that is the new integration, improvement activity. activity.

  • Quality Control Circle activity is widely introcuced by manufacturing industries. Q.C.C. is studied not only in relation with five points of view such as corporate culture, labor union, organizational management model in Korea, the Theory W and educational revolution etc. but also in social, cultural background, and national trait's view points. The main goal of this study is to investigate sucessful role and active application in Quality Control Circle activity.

  • 1987년 최초의 ISO 9000 (품질경영시스템) 패밀리 규격이 발행된 이래, 기업의 경영 시스템(Management System)의 핵심이 되는 MS 규격으로서 QMS(ISO 9001), EMS(ISO 14001), ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) 등이 발행 또는 개정되어 왔다. 또 QMS 섹터 규격인 항공 우주 (AS/EN 9100), 의료기기 (ISO 13485), 정보통신 (TL 9000), ITSMS(ISO 20000), FSMS (ISO 22000), SCSMS (ISO 28000) 등이나 새로운 MS 규격이 되는 GHG(ISO 14064), IPOCM(ISO/PAS 22399), SR(ISO/CD 26000) 등 ISO 또는 비ISO 의 MS 규격이 차례차례로 발행 또는 개발 중에 있어 경영시스템 인증은 더욱 더 광범위해지면서 다방면화, 섹터화의 경향을 나타내고 있다. 제품 및 서비스 무역의 글로벌화, 조달 및 투자의 비 지역화, 공공 서비스에 대한 규제 철폐, 소비자 및 환경보호에 대한 공적인 요구, 테러리즘 전염병 자연적인 재앙에 대한 국제적인 연대 책임에 대한 필요성, 새로운 기술과 혁신의 전개 등이 경영 시스템 인증에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있으며, 그 전제로서 세계적 규모로 제도의 신뢰성을 확보하는 구조의 확립 및 활동 결과의 신뢰가 보증되는 체제가 구축되어 있어야 한다. 이러한 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 제3자 인증제도는 세계경제의 원활한 발전에 중요한 과제가 되고 있다.

  • Information is used effectively and contributes in profit creation and not only support management judgment quick but important resource to be possible recycled. The recent information systems improve enterprise's competitive power by reflection of user's various requirements and becoming big and complex for adaptation of rapidly circumstance change. Also it is trend that importance of information quality is emphasized gradually. The biggest problem in user requirement that is based on low quality data support. In case of business management is achieved by low quality information, company can not help dropping their competitive power such as company's strategy establishment, strategy achievement and management concentration breakup against competitor. Information of low quality increase time and expense to improve inaccurate data or revise and it is hard to accept correct information from specific situation. To solve these problems, we have to gain high quality data through definite comprehension, data management system establishment, and systematic data management achievement etc. Up to now, information quality and connected study were developed partially, but systematic methodology of information quality management's whole condition was not existed. Therefore, in this paper can show you how to extract process for information quality management & related evaluate factor with CMM (Capacity Maturity Mode]) 5 steps that is information warranty of quality process step. This paper whishes to contributes in competitive company or organization activity through information quality improvement management process.

A Study on the Effects of Innovation Competency on the Management Quality Activities Based on Malcolm Baldrige Model (혁신역량이 경영품질 활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -말콤 볼드리지 모델을 기준으로-)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify whether organizational characteristics of Korean companies can make differences in innovative capability and Malcolm Baldridge management quality standard. In addition, based on the results and by verifying the influence of the innovative capability to management quality activity, it was to investigate the relations between the two factors. Methods: The subjects of this study were workers at major companies and small-and-medium sized companies. T-test was used to identify differences in innovative capabilities of industrial and age, position classifications, and regression analysis was employed to verify the influences of the innovative capability to the management quality activity. Results: The size of company caused some differences in market innovative sector regarding innovative capability. Management quality activity showed differences because of the sizes of companies and their supply types, while innovative capability influenced on all sectors of management quality activity. Conclusion: In this study Malcolm Baldridge management quality standard was applied to Korean companies. The results verified the meaningful influence of innovative capability to management quality activity. This means that the management quality activity can make a better performance when the innovative capability is good enough. Thus, the enhancement of management quality activity requires the boost of innovative capabilities of organization members.

  • The AS9100 aerospace standard has become the aerospace quality management system standard instead of ISO9001 and MIL-Q-9858A by international aerospace manufacturing companies. The organization which adopts AS9100 standard is to be certified by an independent third party certification body as IAQG requests. The quality management system certification assessor shall utilize the AS9101 standard prepared by IAQG to assess AS9100 organization. In this paper, AS9101 quality system questionnaire is analyzed and scoring method which characterizes AS9101 is reviewed. Score attained can be utilized as an organizational quality index. Practical data gathered by certified assessors from 2002 to 2007 are analyzed and suggested to improve the organization's system operational efficiency based on the analysis results. Suggestions can be utilized by any organization to prepare assessment or to enhance the level of quality system maturity. This study is applicable to the future as well as present aerospace manufacturing activities throughout the world.

  • Currently, in China, mobile live broadcasts are more popular compared to online live broadcasts. Accordingly, this research focused on Wanghong, SNS's flagship live broadcasting app. In other words, Wanghong refers to an internet celebrity who acts online on social network services (SNS) influencing many other people. This study specifically focused on one social network service and conducted a study on live app users. The study first analyzed the quality factors of an SNS to users using China's live app. Secondly, the research investigated in finding out the impact of quality on the satisfaction of live app users and how this affects the live app user's satisfaction on their intention of continuous use. Studies have shown that information quality, system quality, and social quality among SNS quality have a positive influence on live app user satisfaction. However, the quality of service and the quality of emotion was rejected by the hypothesis. Throughout this study, we hope to create an app that allows users to share more satisfying mobile images, thereby establishing various episodes holding beautiful places of their life on a real-time basis. It is hoped that live broadcasting businesses will spread a significant impact around the world. Finally, in the future, research on the study of collective comparison between Korea and China on SNS is believed to be meaningful.

An Empirical Study on Domestic Small Group Activities of Quality Improvement And Quality Improvement Tools (국내 품질개선 소집단 활동과 품질개선기법에 대한 실증적 연구)

  • In this paper, first of all, the driving performance of QCCs(Quality Control Circles) that are stagnant during 10 years are reviewed. And the usage realities and utilization degree of quality improvement tools in the domestic activities of QCCs are empirically analyzed into size of company and type of business. Thus, this empirical study compares the results of past period in 1997${\sim}$1999 with the results of 6 sigma non-adapting period in 2000${\sim}$2003 through examining the collections of presentation for Korea Quality Control Circle Meetings. Also, according to the introduction of 6 sigma in QCCs activities the difference of utilization degree for quality improvement tools are analyzed to compare the results of 6 sigma non-adapting period in 2000${\sim}$2003 with the results of 6 sigma adapting period in 2004${\sim}$2006. Finally, the utilization degree of 6 sigma tools which follow the driving steps of 6 sigma, DMAIC, are analyzed.
