본 연구는 Building Information Modeling(이하 BIM)의 본연의 목표인 정보의 통합 관리 및 재활용 측면에서 모델의 정보를 정확하고 체계적으로 구축될 수 있는 품질검증의 필요성을 인지하고 이를 위해 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안에 관하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 BIM 관련 품질관리 현황을 파악하고 국내 정보시스템 구축에 관한 지침으로 한국데이터베이스 진흥 센터의 데이터 품질관리 지침을 분석하여 BIM 품질검증 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안을 구축하기 위해 첫쩨 사전적 의미로부터 품질관리의 개념을 수립하고, 그 대상을 설정 하였으며, 둘째로 품질관리의 최종 목표인 정보의 재활용 관점에서 단계적 접근방안으로 5단계의 전략적 방향을 제시 하였다. 마지막으로 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안을 구축하기 위해 사례 분석을 토대로 BIM 모델 관점에서 품질 검증 시기, 기준, 방법을 제시하였다.

A Commercial Grade Item Dedication(CGID) for Korean operating nuclear power plants has been implemented since 2012. The CGID implementation and strategies for Korea are established as follows: CGID policy establishment, R&D of a specific methodologies of CGID, enrollment of third party organizations for CGID work, CGID program establishment for enrolled suppliers, establishment of training courses for certification, and CGID process development for quality class Q and A. Consequently, it is expected that these activities are enable to enhance the reliability and the safety of components and/or parts in nuclear power plants.

For the quality management of software developed in Marine digital AtoN Information management and service system development project, an international standard-based quality process and a project management system-based communication and information sharing system were established. In addition, high-quality software development is achieved by monitoring the status of project output creation and supporting software quality inspection and verification.

본고에서는 SW 개발 R&D 프로젝트에 개발 소스 품질 검증을 위한 정적분석 실행방안을 기술한다. 정적분석 실행 방안으로 소스 코드 품질 검증 대상 SW 개발 R&D 프로젝트 범위와 정적분석 검증 기준을 기술하고, 정적분석 검증을 위한 구체적 실행 방안과 검증 프로세스 그리고 정적분석 검증을 지원 환경 체계를 제시했다. 또 제시된 정적분석 검증 실행 방안에 근간하여 수행 중인 프로젝트에서 개발한 소스 코드에 대해 시범적으로 정적분석 검증을 수행하고 이를 바탕으로 정적분석 검증 실행의 안정적인 도입 및 운영 방향을 시사점으로 기술하였다. 제시된 정적분석 검증 실행 방안은 SW 개발 R&D 프로젝트에서 개발 소스 코드 품질 관리 및 유지를 위한 방안으로 고려해 볼 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Software quality is strongly associated with requirement quality. Accordingly, companies are trying effect for enhancing requirement quality. But, it is difficult to verify the requirement of specification format, which have to rely on abnormal business knowledge of analyst. Also, it is insufficient to normal methodology or automated technique for enhancing requirement quality of specification format. In this paper, we propose the process of requirement verification and automated verification tool for enhancing requirement quality. we compare the external view design and internal view design for verifying requirement. In the case study, we evaluate the feasibility of the proposed automated verification technique of requirement.

The purpose of this article is to evaluate the quality of digital libraries which Korean society has built with. To the end, first discussed is the operational definition of digital library, which has a variety of meanings and definitions. For the quality evaluation, 10 criteria were developed on the basis of both literature review and user survey. Followed was a thorough investigation to identify the present status of digital library construction. Then, we selected the most representative digital libraries in Korea, and conducted the quality verification on the basis of previously developed 10 criteria. The conclusion includes both major causes of low quality and some strategies for improving the low quality of digital libraries at the national level.

Recently, R.O.K. Navy is increasing re-usability of design data and application of M&S(Modeling and Simulation) through the establishment of collaborative product development environment focused on Naval Ship Product Model(NSPM). As a result, the reliability of the result of design is getting better, and furthermore, a study to improve quality of construction through simulation of production/operation is in progress. Accordingly, the database construction of design data and the DB(Database) quality become important, but there was not research related to those or it was just initial state. This paper conducted research about system of the quality verification process of shape elements which compose NSPM based on the quality verification guideline of NSPM as the result of the precedent study. The hull surface was limited as verification object. The study to verify two things that application of basic drawing by the cad model of hull surface, and whether there is error in the geometric quality of cad model was progressed. To achieve this goal, the verification criteria and algorithm were defined and the prototype system which is based on was developed.

초고속해상무선통신망(LTE-Maritime)은 연안으로부터 100km 까지 전국 3해안(동 서 남해)에 LTE(Long Term Evolution) 통신 체계를 구축하여 항해 중인 선박(어선, 소형선박, 상선 등)을 대상으로 바다에서도 LTE급의 데이터 통신이 가능한 해상 e-Navigation 서비스 제공을 목표로 한다. 본 논문은 초고속해상무선통신망의 커버리지 및 통신서비스 품질검증 기준이 되는 연안으로부터의 통신서비스 제공 거리, 전송 속도, 전송성공률 등에 대해 검토해 보고, 각 품질 지표를 검증할 수 있는 시험항목 설정, 시험 환경 구성, 시험 방법 및 품질 결과 분석 방안에 대해 논의해보고자 한다.

IT service is becoming a critical business operation in the age of information revolution. In providing IT services internally to other functions of the corporation and externally to other organizations, sharing of knowledge between business people and system people is known to become more and more critical for successful IT services. Purpose of this research is to examine the impact of IT service quality on knowledge sharing activities between IT service providers and users. Theoretical research model, through an extant literature review, is proposed here, consisting of IT service quality, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust and commitment), and the level of knowledge sharing activities. Survey results of 183 users indicates that IT service quality significantly influences commitment through satisfaction and trust, which in turn influences the level of knowledge sharing activities. Also, interestingly, satisfaction and trust do not directly influences the level of knowledge sharing,but indirectly, through commitment.

The purpose of this document is to introduce the localized development procedure for socket head cap screw used for satellite application. For localized development and verification of socket head cap screws, manufacturing process was composed of head forming, heat treatment, rolling process and surface treatment to meet aerospace hardware requirements based on MIL-B-7838, ECSS-Q-70-46A and KS W 8168 aerospace specification. In order to verify the quality and performance of localized screw, several kinds of qualification tests are successfully completed. By comparing the quality and performance for the localized screws and the same size oversea-procured screws, we can sure that localized socket head cap screws have good quality performance enough to use for aerospace application.
