A Study on Quality Control Method for Minutely Rainfall Data (분 단위 강우자료의 품질 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • Rainfall data is necessary component for water resources design and flood warning system. Most analysis are used long-term hourly data of surface synoptic stations from the Meteorological Administration, Ministry of land, Infrastructure and Transport and others. However, It will be used minutely data of more high density automatic weather stations than surface synoptic stations expecting to increase the frequency of heavy precipitation. But minutely data has a problem about quality of rainfall data by auto observation. This study analyzed about quality control method using automatic weather station's minutely rainfall data of meteorological administration. It was performed assessment of the quality control that was classified quality control of miss Data, outlier data and rainfall interpolation. This method will be utilized when hydrological analysis uses minute rainfall data.

A Case Study on The Development of Quality Cost Management System and Continuous Improvement in The Forging Industry (단조산업의 품질비용 관리체계 개발 및 지속적 품질개선 방안에 관한 사례 연구)

  • The material industry is an important infrastructure industry that uses process technology in order to produce parts applied to the final product and determine the quality of the finished product. However, the market environment, which has been recognized as a 3D industry, has deteriorated recently and lost competitiveness compared to other material industry countries. This study analyzed the characteristics of forging companies and The study found that three characteristics of the forging industry, facility-oriented, order-based, and field-centered, and internal failure cost and external failure costs were set as the range of quality cost. A total of eight quality tasks were selected by applying the quality cost management system and continuous quality improvement process developed for large-scale A forging company, and improvement activity proved its effectiveness reducing quality costs by 63.3% compared to the previous year. The research helps forging companies establish a quality management strategy by systematically managing and analyzing quality costs.

  • This paper aims to describe the measurement and improvement of academic library service quality by ISA (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis). This research established service quality model on based LibQUAL+(R). It consisted of 18 items that formed three dimensions, affect of service quality, information control quality, and library as place quality. To execute this research, the service quality according the users' importance and satisfaction of library service is measured through Gaps model and ISA. The data for this case study was collected through the survey conducted the users of the H University library. By applying SPSS 17.0 and Excel 2007, the final 113 surveys were used for analysis.

  • The records centers service of public institutions helps efficient work activities of internal users, who actually do the work, and becomes the foundation for strengthening the competitiveness of the institution. Based on QFD technique, one of the quality control techniques, this study was intended to propose a plan to improve the quality of the records center service by analyzing and comparing the quality of the records center service of public institutions. To this end, as a follow-up study of Lee, Su-jin(2018), the research target was expanded to local governments to apply the QFD technique and reconstructed the HoQ based on the results of the expanded QFD application. Moreover, this study suggested measures to improve the quality of service in the records center of public institutions by compiling the implications of comparing the records center service HoQ and prioritizing the technology characteristics of the records center service.

  • 본 연구는 데이터 품질개선을 위해 사용자들에게 베타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주요 요인들이 무엇이 있는지 식별해보고 요인간의 관련성을 분석 하였다. 최근 이슈화고 있는 Data Architecture, Data Integration, Data Quality 프로젝트를 계획 또는 경험이 있는 조직 IT담당자들을 대상으로 메타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도 설문을 하였고, SPSS를 이용하여 통계적 희귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석에서 이를 설명하는 연구모형으로 정보기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model:TAM)을 적용하였으며, 사용 용이성(Perceived easy of use), 유용성(perceived usefulness)에 영향을 주는 외생변수로는 개인의 데이터 품질개선의도, 동기부여, 조직의 지원 등으로 나타났다. 분석결과 데이터품질 개선의도가 시스템 사용의도에 영향이 있음을 실증하였고, 사회적 요인(동기부여, 조직의 기원) 모두 유용성에는 영향을 미쳤으나 사용 용이성에는 유의하지 많은 결과를 보였다. 이 연주에서는 조직이 데이터 품질 개선을 위해 메타데이터 관리시스템을 사용하고자 할 경우 고려사항과 향후 사용자 관점의 기술수용들을 확장된 연구를 수행하여 데이터품질 개선에 방안들을 탐색할 것을 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 사무 간접부서의 효율성 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 먼저 도요다 경쟁력의 원천인 유연생산 시스템의 아이디어를 응용하고자 하였다. 도요타의 유연생산시스템을 살펴보고, 프로세스 분석을 위해서 SIPOC 분석 기법을 살펴보았다. 도요타의 유연생산 방식을 사무 부서에 적용을 시도하였다. 실제 현장에 적용하여 효과를 보았다. 본 개선 기법은 인적 물적 제약이 많은 중소기업 및 공공부문의 경영혁신 방안으로 효과가 있을 것으로 제안한다.
