자기관리란 개인이 정한 목표에 도달하기 위해서 방법을 계획하고 점검함으로써 목표달성을 위해 스스로 정하는 자기통제적인 행위를 말한다. (국립국어원, 2014)연기전공 대학생의 경우 자기관리의 개념이 '자신이 어떤 행동을 변화시키기 위하여 기술이나 전략들을 사용하여 변화를 주도하는 과정이다. 즉 자기관리 과정이라는 것은 개인이 변화하기 위한 노력으로 스스로 환경여건을 수정하고 행동결과를 조정하며 관리하는 것이다.(Jones et al,1977)' 연기전공 대학생들은 다른 공연예술전공대학생보다 여러 분야의 지식과 기술(무용, 음악, 연출, 신체훈련, 무대표현)을 습득해야하는 종합예술의 특성을 가지고 있기 때문일 것이다.(이영일, 2015) 그렇기에 연기전공대학생들은 다른 공연예술전공의대학생보다 보다 많은 자기관리가 필요하다. 그 중 본 연구자는 연기전공대학생들에게 무용신체훈련을 적용하여 연구를 진행하였을시 대상자들 스스로가 본인의 신체를 자각하고 자기관리의 중요성을 경험 한 뒤 자기관리에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위함이다. 이미 무용전공자를 위한 자기관리프로그램과 신체훈련 프로그램과 가기관리에 관한 프로그램에 관한 선행연구결과가 있다. 자기관리의 프로 연기전공대학생 1학년 14명의 대상자를 선정하고 무용신체훈련과 자기관리향상을 연계하여 논의하였다.

HTML pages in the web change at any time. It could cause to decrease the functionality of meta-search engines which provide users with integrated results of search engines. To solve this problem, we propose an HTML pages modification detector. It utilities information of element positions in HTML pages and the modified Jaak Vilo algorithm. The HTML page modification detector uses patterns that represent the structure of HTML expressions occurring repeatedly in HTML pages. An experiment is carried out to verify the correctness of the modification detector.

This study interpreted film-creators' information behavior by reconstructing information behavior in the process of film-planning using human information behavior. Film creators exchange, collect, and analyze information through channels in the information environment so called "the small world." After these processes, they strategically express this information by creating a film. This study concludes that the purpose of film-creating activity and that of everyday life information seeking are intertwined and that co-communication is the most important information channel and information source.

Prevention is very important in terms of the fact that the percentage of people in their 10s and 20s experience noise-prone hearing is so serious that it can lead to serious hearing later on. This study examines the effect of the hearing loss prevention public advertisement message on the hearing loss prevention intent of the acceptor according to the type of framing(positive/negative) and self-efficacy information provision (provide information/do not provide information). The perceived risk and future time orientation as individual characteristics of individual participants were set as variables that could influence the message effect. In this paper, we propose a message expression method and effective message delivery method in the aspect of message strategy and effect of execution when promoting understanding and interest in hearing loss prevention.

Expectation of the patient for esthetic improvement through the dental treatment is diverse and complicated. Chief complaints of patient should be translated to objective factors reflecting patient's needs and wants. Treatment planning would be based on these demands and verified through the communicating with the patient through the procedure. Esthetic approach in dental treatment include subjective elements as well as objective ones.

'기업 생태계'에서 '유니콘'이란 표현법은 2013년 'Aileen Lee'에 의해 명명된 이래, 특히 한국에서 '스타트업 생태계'의 국제적 수준 비교의 차원에서 활발하게 다루어졌다. 정부 차원에서는 이를 정책적 목표로 설정하여, '2022년까지 유니콘 기업 20개 목표'를 제시한 바 있다. 이와 같이 '유니콘 클럽 기업'에 대한 현상이 정책적 목표 차원에서 다루어지며, 대중적으로 더욱 확산된데 반해, 이에 대한 실체적 및 본질적 이해 목적의 학술적 연구는 충분치 못하였다. 본 연구는, 첫째, 2018년 기준 '유니콘 클럽' 기업 326개 및 2019년 479개의 기업을 대상으로 이들의 특성을 심층적이고 다면적으로 분석하였다. 그동안 주로 국가 별 '유니콘 기업' 수 및 산업 분류 기준 일반현황 중심의 대중적 소개가 주된 내용이었다. 그러나, 본 연구는 투자자를 포함한 기초 현황을 상세 분석하였고, 사례분석을 포함한 질적 탐색을 수행하였다. 또한 군집분석, 판별분석, 다층 회귀분석 등 양적 탐색을 함께 수행하였다. 개별기업의 '기업가 요인-산업(시장)환경 요인-자원 요인-전략 요인', 즉 'ERIS 모델'에 기반하여 그 특성을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 기업가치에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 앞서 분석한 특성 요인 및 투자자 특성과 연계하여 살펴보았다. 그리고 마지막으로는 이들을 토대로 '기업 생태계' 관점에서 유니콘 현상'을 바르게 이해하고, 또한 정책적 측면에서 이를 생산적으로 활용하는 방향을 제시하였다.

최근 SocailNetworkService(SNS) 플랫폼은 중독을 유발하는 알고리즘을 통해서 시장점유율을 높이는 전략을 사용하고 있다. 이에 따른 부작용으로 일상생활에 무리가 갈 정도의 사용자가 나타나고 있다. SNS 중독 사용자는 스스로가 문제를 인지하고 있으나 자제를 못하고 있어 SNS 중독 완화를 돕는 어플리케이션이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 어플리케이션은 일정 부분 중독 완화에 도움은 주고 있으나 다음과 같은 문제점을 갖는다. 첫째 일반적으로 SNS 사용자는 여러 SNS를 동시에 사용하기 때문에 이를 통합하여 볼 수 있는 기능이 필요하다. 기존 어플리케이션에서는 특정 SNS만을 대상으로 하는 문제가 있다. 둘째 SNS의 사용량을 표현하는 방식이 단순이 그래프 형태로만 지원되어 다양한 정보 제공에 한계가 있다. 마지막으로 SNS의 과도한 사용에 대한 경각심을 새겨줄 수 있는 요소가 부족하다. 이 논문에서는 여러 SNS 사용량을 통합하여 제공하는 대시보드 기능, 게이미피케이션 요소를 접목하여 사용량을 다양한 가치로 보여주는 기능, 그리고 SNS 중독 정도에 따라 다양한 공포소구 메시지를 지원하는 기능을 통해 SNS 사용자의 중독 완화를 지원하는 어플리케이션을 제안한다.

한국 특산 식물인 미선나무 (Abeliophyllum distichum)는 IUCN Red List의 EN (위기종) 등급에 지정되 어 보호받아 왔다. 미선나무는 국내 자생지 6곳을 포함하는 13개의 서식지에서 생육되고 있다고 알려져 있다. 2017년 이후, 국내에서는 지속적인 보전과 관리하에 법정보호종에서 해제되어 멸종위기종 복원 성 공 사례의 귀감이 되었으나 국내를 제외하면 미선나무의 활용은 아직 어려운 현실이다. 미선나무는 1속 1종이지만 종 내에서 다양성이 존재한다. 꽃의 형태적 특징에 따른 다양한 분류가 이루어지며, 옥황1호을 포함한 분홍, 상아, 연녹색, 흰색 등으로 구분된다. 유전체 연구 및 성분 분석을 통해, 각 표현형마다 유전 정보와 유효 성분의 차이가 존재한다는 것이 알려졌다. 활용 가치를 높이려면, 유전적으로 안정되고 표준화가 가능한 원료가 필요하며, 이는 신품종을 이용하거나 새로운 개발이 필요하다는 것을 내포한다. 일반 식품으로의 활용은 어려우나 기능성 화장품의 원료 등으로 활용되고 있으며, 이러한 활용들은 미선나무의 높은 활용 가치를 투영한다. 활용 가치 평가를 위해 수행된 DNA 손상, 멜라닌 생합성, 항염증, 항산화, 항암 억제 등의 연구를 통해 다양한 약리학적 효능을 가진다는 결과들이 도출되었고, 많은 문헌들이 그 근거를 뒷받침한다. 또한, 유효 성분의 합성경로를 재정립하고 RNA 분석을 통해 그 양상을 예측하기 위한 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 미선나무에서 유래한 식물조직 배양체인 callus의 유도 및 배양이 진행되고 있으며, 옥황1호 유래 callus를 활용하여 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 앞서 언급한 미선나무 연구 및 개발에 대한 한계를 파악하고, 천연 식물 자원으로의 미선나무에 대한 지속적인 관심과 지원을 통해 나고야의정서에 대응하는 전략적 접근이 필요하다.

The e-navigation has been being developed in IMO is a sort of strategy to provide user-oriented services for safe navigation and environmental protection based on the architecture and its related services complying with the user needs. At NAV $57^{th}$ meeting in 2011, the overarching e-navigation architecture was approved which represent overall relationship only between onboard and ashore elements, so more detail technical architecture for each element should be developed for implementation in view of services and systems. Considering the continuous and iterative verification of e-navigation development process required by IMO, the relationship and traceability should be took in consideration between the outcome of e-navigation process and the element of the architecture. In this paper, we have surveyed literarily the user needs, result of gap analysis and practical solutions to address them and defined the architecture elements and their relationship considering the three kinds of views of DoDAF(Architecture Framework) of US department of Defence, in result, proposed the e-navigation shipboard technical architecture.

Export control was first triggered by international export control system at US led COCOM in 1949. Numerous international efforts such as NPT in 1969, ZC in 1970, NSG in 1978, AG in 1985, MTCR in 1987, Wassenaar Arrangement(WA) establishment in 1995 with 1990's the fall of the Berlin Wall, have been made since. The concept of export control has been changed from weaponry and parts export control to preventing or blocking weaponry, respective goods and relevant technology from the hand of troubled regions and non-state actors as terrorist groups; and the new concept is described as Nonproliferation Control. Extent of control items is not only limited to conventional weaponry, but also includes weapons of mass destruction(WMD) and even dual use items which can be used for production, development, usage or storage. Control items include all items defined by NSG, MTCR, AG, WA, and CMC-Opec. The 9.11 terror had a strong influence on international society. Effort to prevent WMD proliferation has now become the most important issue for international security. This study aims to suggest improvement points for nonproliferation law and its effective implementation, based on problem and limitation identification along with analysis of nonproliferation law and implementation examples by type. Furthermore for the purpose of national and global security, export control system on strategic items which are considered to be a key issue in South and North Korea relationship needs to be effectively managed. Recently, North Korea's missile and nuclear tests have been criticized globally; and the global society including respective countries as China and South Korea is striving to urge export control in line with the UN resolution.
