The billing techniques to support multiple services in an ATM based broadband access network have been rarely developed. In fact, the management techniques including accounting management have only focused on a single service environment such as PSTN thus far. In this paper, we present an accounting management system, called rtFAMS, designed and implemented to provide multiple Value Added Service Providers (VASPS) the charging records for the multiple services in a broadband access network. The architecture is based on OSI system management infrastructure and TMN Q3 interface to acquire accounting information from agents in the ATM cross-connecters as well as to process the billing mechanisms in the manager. This system Is designed to actively adopt the rapidly changing service environments and B-ISDN network management techniques. It also provides real-time accounting information to users using Web in addition to supplying the billing records to VASPs.

Today, our country is experiencing serious graying without parallel. The government is executing various services and welfare policies to solve this problem using ubiquitous technology. But the old and disabled people are not good for using the u-service and system, because it is made for ordinary people. The purpose of this study is to solve the graying society-problem and improve the eldery as well as disabled's quality of life by integrating each information centers based on ESB(Enterprise Service Bus). The results of this study can be divided by system architecture and communication system for the eldery and disabled. The research development results of this study can be used to build the integrated information center for u-service of the old people and disabled. It will contribute to realizing the Ubiquitous-society by promotion of young people's quality of life as well as the eldery and disabled.

These days, XML is accepted and used to e-commerce market broadly. But by reason of XML document has autonomy of expression that can exist same form logically but several other forms physically, several problems ran happen in application that judge effectiveness as physical form such as XML digital signature. Therefore, it is recommending to propose and use Canonical XML algorithm to change identical XML document physically equally logically in W3C to solve this problems. We implemented system that run Canonical XML algorithm that suggested in W3C that can change to more elaborate regular document. Thus, interpretable with other application that takes W3C recommendation. Also, as well as use in digital signature system for web service is useful, use in several system that physical identify is required when it exchanges XML document for web service interoperability are considered to be valuable. Moreover, Adding the transformation ability between universal encoding scheme and EUC-KR that is internal encoding scheme should be Canonical XML Algorithm that is suited to internal circumstances, and this should be a foundation technique of international interoperability confirmedness.

With the spread of wireless internet, the interest in mobile applications and services is increasing. Korea Wireless Internet Standardization Forum has been establishing the standards for mobile platform and map service in the wireless internet environment. This study aims to present a paragon of mapping middleware that plays the role of broker for wireless internet map service: in particular, it focuses on the interoperability with generic map servers. In this study, we developed a method for applying current map servers to the wireless internet map service, and analyzed the request/response structure of the map servers which have different operation characteristics in order to allow our middleware to fully utilize the functionalities of the map servers. The middleware we developed is composed of .NET-based XML Web Services: it has a lightweight module for image map and a map representation module for choropleth map, symbol map, chart map, etc. This mapping middleware is a broker between mobile client and generic map server, and supports .NET clients and Java clients as well. Its component-based interoperability grants the extensibility for the wireless internet dedicated map servers of the future in addition to the current generic map servers.

운송에 필요한 각종 서류와 정보의 효율적 교환은 국제물류시스템의 중요한 일부분이 되었다. 또한 EDI(전자문서교환)는 수출입에 필요한 각종 상거래 서식을 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 표준화된 전자문서의 형태로 바꾸어 교환함으로써 무역절차의 간소화와 운송서류의 신속한 교환을 가능하게 하여 물류 효율성을 증대시키는 것으로 알려져있다. 이러한 맥락에서 세계각국의 항만당국은 자국의 물류혁신을 도모하기 위하여 경쟁력으로 EDI의 도입을 추진해왔다. 그러나 90년대에 들어 EDI의 발전은 처음의 기대와는 달리 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 크게 두가지로 설명된다. 첫째는 EDI 문서의 국제표준을 제정하는 UN/ECE 산하 WP4의 표준제정 미 공표의 비효율성으로 인해 실제 상거래에서 필요한 문서들의 EDI 표준화가 제때에 이루어지지 않았다는 점이다. 두 번째 이유는 대부분의 EDI 사용자가 전자문서의 교환통로로 이용해 왔던 부가가치통신망(VAN)서비스의 고비용적인 구조로 인하여 비용에 민감한 중소규모 화주들의 폭넓은 이용을 저해왔다는 점이다. 따라서 본고에서는 EDI의 확산을 저해했던 두가지 문제점에 입각하여 먼저 효율적 EDI 표준 제공을 위한 국제적 노력의 산물인 CEFACT(Center for Facilitation of Procedures and practices for Administration Commerce and Transport))와 보다 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 전자상거래 솔류션의 마련을 위해 이루어진 각종 국제기구들의 활동 및 결과물들을 소개하고 다음으로 인터넷의 급속한 확산으로 새롭게 개발되고 있는 Web-based EDI, XML/EDI, Simpl-EDI, Form-based EDI 그리고 Lite-EDI의 저비용적 구조 측면을 분석하여 중소규모화주들의 EDI에 대한 인식을 제고시킴으로써 EDI의 전반적인 확산을 도모하고 있다.

As the market becomes increasingly globalized and competition among companies increases in severity, various specialized organizations are participating across the process plant lifecycle, including the stages of design, construction, operation and maintenance, and dismantlement, in order to ensure efficiency and elevate competitiveness. In this regard, it is an important technical issue to develop services or information systems for sharing process plant data among participating organizations. ISO 15926 is an international standard for integration of lifecycle data for process plants including oil and gas facilities. ISO 15926 Part 7, a part of the ISO 15926 standard, specifies an implementation method called a facade that uses Web Services and ontology technologies for constructing plant data repositories and related services, with the aim of sharing lifecycle data of process plants. This paper discusses the ISO 15926-based prototype facade implemented for storing equipment data of nuclear power plants and servicing the data to interested organizations.

초고속국가정보통신망 이용기관정보관리시스템은 사업 정책에 따라 지난 '97년 신규 구축된 이래 총 4차례의 수정 구축을 거듭해왔다. 그에 따라 신규 구축 당시에 비해 처리량이 5배 가량 증가하였으며 국가망사업자와의 시스템연동, 표준코드수용, 이용요금 정산기능, 웹서비스 제공, 망관리시스템 기초자료 관리 등 수 차례 기능 확장이 이루어져 왔으나, 과다하게 소요되는 처리 속도, 실시간 자료 처리 불가 등 현재 현저한 시스템 성능 저하에 직면하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 현재 시스템의 성능 저하 요인을 분석하고 개선안을 제시한다.

최근 들어, B2B 전자상거래를 위해 각 관련 표준 단체 및 기업들에서는 기존에 거래해 오던 기업은 물론 새로운 기업들간의 거래에 있어서 보다 효과적인 정보 교환 및 처리를 위해 ebXML, 웹 서비스 등 다양한 프레임워크를 개발하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 실제적인 e-비즈니스 적용에 있어서는 비즈니스 정보의 분산성과 이질성, 키워드 기반의 정보 검색으로 인한 어려움 등 많은 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 현재의 e-비즈니스 기술과 실제 적용에 있어 해결해야할 문제점과 요구 사항들을 알아본 후, 향후 e-비즈니스가 나아가야 할 시스템 구조로서 지능형 통합 e-비즈니스 레지스트리 시스템 구조를 제안하였다.

In this paper we proposed EduCODE for educational contents development method and designed the system to support EduCODE. There are four models in EduCODE such as domain model, navigation model, abstract interface model, and asset model. The method includs graphic notations for contents structure. The system to support EduCODE consisted of authoring module and run-time module. The authoring module automatically generates ADL SCORM XML code using specifications produced by EduCODE and the code is serviced to a client by run-time module and web server.
