  • 본 연구에서는 국제수로기구(IHO)에서 제정한 S-100/10X 표준의 지속적 안정화를 위해 S-100 표준화 등록소(S-100 GI Registry)를 신규로 구축하였다. 이를 통하여 S-100 기반의 다양한 제품표준 사양에서 사용되는 피쳐 정보와 심볼을 체계적으로 관리하고 이용할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

  • 본 연구에서는 IHO에서 발표한 S-100 표준에 맞춰 Feature Catalogue Builder의 고도화와 S-100 표준 등록소를 개발하였다. 기존의 S-57 기반에서는 Object, Attribute와 도메인의 효율적인 관리가 어려웠으나, S-100 기반의 시스템에서는 새로운 Item의 제안과 검토, 승인 절차 등이 표준화가 되어있어 보다 효과적인 관리가 가능할 것으로 예측된다.

  • The IHO developed the S-100 standard for Digital Hydrographic Data in order to assist the proper and efficient use of hydrographic data and information for the safety of navigation and the protection of marine environment. The former model, S-57, was considered outdated to be utilized as the basis for the next-generation Electronic Chart(ENC) product specification. The key feature of the S-100 standard is the use of Registry and its components, Registers. This online-based Registry provides a universal standard that can be implemented in the actual performance of the navigation system with convenience. In the current situation, the only registry is owned by the IHO and it is available to domain experts. However, since S-100 is an international standard operated by an international organization, the process of the changes and updates of the data requires time before immediate implementation when demanded. Therefore, regarding the safety of navigation of the domestic users and mariners, a separate domestic registry is necessary to develop a domestic Information Registry. This study specifically aims to build a Registry based on IHO published S-99 through designing an adequate website dedicated for its purpose to provide collection of definitions and hydrographic data.

  • 본 연구는 한국, 미국, 일본의 ITS 표준추진체계 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)을 통해, 국가 ITS표준 추진체계의 운영효율화방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS표준추진체계의 문제점을 파악하고, 국외사례분석을 통해 이를 개선할 수 있는 대응방안을 제언하였다. 미국, 일본사례 비교분석결과, 국가ITS표준화추진체계의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 관.민협력적, 범부처적 국가ITS표준추진체계 모델을 정립하고, 국제표준과 연계하여 국가표준, 부처표준, 단체표준을 추진하되, 해당표준이 표준의 기능과 역할에 부합하도록 개발.제정되어야한다. 사업자와 수요자의 다양한 요구(Need)를 신속히 표준화할 수 있도록 단체표준화육성을 통해 국가 표준화하고, 특히 교통안전과 공공성에 관련된 ITS기술은 정부부터가 강력히 규제할 수 있는 기술기준(Technical Regulation)을 도입하도록 하였다. 아울러 표준제정 뿐만 아니라 데이터등록소(Data Registry) 및 웹기반의 표준화활동 등 표준화구축사업을 통해 표준화의 활동을 활성화하도록 제언하였다.

Development of a Feature Catalogue for Marine Geographic Information (해양 지리정보 피쳐 카탈로그 작성에 관한 연구)

  • Standards are essential to facilitate the efficient use of GIS data. International Standards such as ISO TC211's 19100 series and various technical specifications from OpenGIS Consortium are some of the examples of efforts to maintain the interoperability among GIS applications. Marine GIS is no exception to this rule and in this context. developing standards for marine GIS is also in urgent needs. Using the same meaning and definition for the features commonly found in marine GIS applications is one of the ways to increase the interoperability among systems. One of the key requirements for maintaining the standard meanings for features is to build a common feature catalogue. This paper examines the concept of feature catalogue and describe the ways in which the feature catalogue can be organized. To identify the common features found in various marine GIS applications, a comprehensive search has been made to collect and analyze the features used in various applications. To maintain the interoperability with the National GIS (NGIS) system, the features used in various NGIS applications have been analyzed as well. The result of these analyses are used to create a comprehensive list of common features for marine GIS. This paper then explains the common feature catalogue for marine GIS and the provides the appropriate classification and coding systems for the common features. In addition, a registration tool for registering the common features into the standard registry has been developed in this study. This Web-based tool can be used to input features into the feature catalogue by various applications and also to maintain a standard-compliant feature catalogue by standard agencies.

International Practices of Naming Undersea Features and the Implication for Naming Those in the East Sea (해저지명 제정의 국제적 관례와 동해 해저지명 제정에의 시사점)

  • This paper reviews international practices of naming undersea features, centered on SCUFN (Sub-Committee on Undersea Feature Names), and draws some implications for the newly announced undersea feature names in East Sea. Even though the history of the activities of naming undersea features in Korea is not long, recent years have witnessed considerable progress in finding and naming undersea features. In view of the guidelines for naming undersea features by SCUFN, it is evaluated that most of these names have been appropriately selected. But more justification should be made for specific terms using historical persons, symbolic term, and for two names proposed for those already listed in the Gazetteer. For further works on naming undersea features, three steps are suggested: first, conducting surveys and accumulating data on undersea features, second, naming and announcing newly found features and publicizing them, and third, making attempts to achieve international standardization of domestically announced names.

  • We performed integration and standardization of the omics data related agriculture. To do this, we requires progressed computational methods and bioinformatics infrastructures for integration, standardization, mining, and analysis. It makes easier biological knowledge to find. we potentialize registration a row and processed data in NABIC (National Agricultural Biotechnology Information Center) and its processed analysis results were offered related researchers. And we also provided various analysis pipelines, NGS analysis (Reference assembly, RNA-seq), GWAS, Microbial community analysis. In addition, the our system was carried out based on the design and build the quality assurance in management omics information system and constructed the infrastructure for utilization of omics analyze system. We carried out major improvement quality of omics information system. First is Improvement quality of registration category for omics based information. Second is data processing and development platform for web UI about related omics data. Third is development of proprietary management information for omics registration database. Forth is management and development of the statistics module producers about omics data. Last is Improvement the standard upload/ download module for Large omics Registration information.

  • 매년 폭발적 성장률을 유지하고있는 인터넷 기반의 B2B 전자상거래 분야는 현재 그 영역을 기업대 기업, 국가 대 국가의 영역으로 확대하고 있다. ebXML로 대변되는 차세대 XML 기반의 국제적 표준 전자상거래 프레임워크의 활발한 표준화를 통해 이는 더욱 가속화될 전망이다. 그러나 다양한 보안 요소를 만족하는 안전한 거래를 위해 선행되어야 할 XML 기반의 전자상거래 모델에 최적화된 보안 기술에 대한 연구가 다른 분야에 비해 미진한 것이 현실이다 따라서 본 연구에서는 ebXML 메시징 및 등록기/저장소를 중심으로 보안 요소를 분석하고 XML기반의 보안 기술 적용 시스템을 설계함으로써 신뢰성 있고 안전한 ebXML 거래 모델을 제시한다.

Sparganum infections in normal adult population and epileptic patients in Korea: A seroepidemiologic observation (항체검사에 의한 한국인 스파르가눔 감염의 혈청역학적 조사)

  • A seroepidemiologic observation of anti-Spirometrc erinacei plerocercoid (sparganum) antibody (IgG) in serum was made in normal adult and epileptic patients in Korea from february, 1987 to September, 1990. Sera were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for anti-sparganum antibody together with anti-Taenic soEiun metacestode, and anti-Parusonimus westermcni antibodies. Sera reacted positively to sparganum antigen only were considered. Positive rate for anti-sparganum antibody in 850 normal adults was 1.9% (standardized rate by provincial population was 1.7%). In 2,667 randomly selected patients of epilepsy at 28 local centers of the Changmi Club, positive rate was 2.5% (standardized rate: 2.3%). In both normal adult and patient groups, the higher antibody rates were observed in Kangwon and Chonnam Provinces. Positive rates were 10 times higher in male than in female in normal adults and 4.5 times in male epileptic patients. The rates were elevated especially with age over 30-year. odd ratio of the antibody was 1.32 which indicated an ambiguous etiologic factor for epilepsy.
