최근에 ICT 융복합 인프라가 많은 관심을 받으면서 사용자 측면에서의 정보호호를 위한 기술 요구와 함께 이에 대한 표준화가 추진되고 있다. ICT 융복합 인프라 분야 중에, 스마트그리드 보안은 전력 정보 등이 안전하게 전달되어 사용자에게 더욱 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 표준화를 추진하는 분야이다. 반면 스마트폰 보안은 스마트폰 애플리케이션 보안 표준화를 통해 사용자가 스마트폰을 안심하고 사용할 수 있는 환경을 조성해줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ITU-T SG17에서 국제 표준화로 추진되고 있는 다양한 연구 분야 중에, 스마트그리드 보안과 스마트폰 보안에 대한 추진 동향을 기술하도록 한다.

본 연구는 1990년대 시행되었던 학교시설 현대화 사업 이전 시기인 1970년대 초와 1980년대 초 학교건축에서의 탈표준화를 모색했던 연구들에 주목하여 이들을 고찰하였다. 이들 연구는 후속 사업으로 연결되지는 못했지만 편복도형의 극복이나 시설프로그램의 변화, 학교 건축계획에서의 도시적 차원의 접근, 학교공간 내에 다양한 공간 적용 등을 제안하고 있어 국내 학교건축이 표준화교사로부터 벗어나는데 선례적인 연구로서의 의미를 갖는다.

The technical standard is an important factor in the national economy, and its importance is gaining more attention due to the emergence of the convergence industry. This is an essential element for implementing fusion technology because it ensures interoperability. Since standardization activities are essential for the growth of domestic SMEs, this study aims to diagnose the status of standardization activities of SMEs and to suggest policy directions accordingly. And we sought to clarify the status of the standardization activities of domestic SMEs and to draw some implications for the domestic promotion plan by examining the major promotion policies for overseas standardization successfully. As a result, it was found that the investment cost for the standard activities is burdensome, the professional manpower is needed, and the participation of SMEs is low due to the complexity of the standard technology. In addition, standardization activities have weaknesses in terms of technology protection, and SMEs tend to avoid technology disclosure. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties of standardization of companies, it is necessary to establish cooperation system of supporting organizations. In order to promote standardization activities, it is necessary to establish legal basis necessary for technology protection.

The standardization of Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS) technique should secure a interoperability among the different softwares or hardwares on ITS service. The domestic standard research takes the advantage of a preoccupation on the world ITS market through the international standard(IS) reflecting the domestic technique. The objective of this research focused on the database technology for ITS is to introduce the domestic standard activity for adopting ISs and the current interior corresponding situation against ISs. The first step, we analyze the international standardization action through gathering and investigating the up-to-date issues and documentations focused on ISO/TC204 WG3. And then, we look into the domestic situation about TTA ITS PG 310 and ITS Korea. consequently, a synthetic view, we have analyzied, how interior standard corresponds with the international standards, and how the standard establishing process is being done. The expectation of this research is to help understanding the up-to-date domestic/international standardization and the situation of the standard action related with the database technology for ITS. Also, we take advantage of this result to encourage the international competitiveness on ITS market.

The paper investigates empirically the determinants of standardization activity at the industry level, focusing on market structure. The enactments or amendments of collective standards is used as the proxy variable for standardization activity. The independent variables, in addition to market structure, are technological opportunity, factor intensity, export ratio, and industry characteristics(assembly). We estimated the logistic regression model(so-called Logit), using the pooling data for 9 Korean industries, including foods, textiles, chemicals, nonmetallic minerals, metals, electronics and electrics, machinery, automobiles, and shipbuilding, over 2006-2009. The empirical finding shows that market structure has no any effects on the enactments or amendments of collective standards in Korea. This might infer that oligopolistic firms devote themselves to de facto standards determined by market rather than de jure standards such as collective standards and Korean Standards(KS). Besides market structure variable, whereas technological opportunity and assembly characteristics are likely to relate positively with the enactments or amendments of collective standards, capital intensity and export ratio have no any relationship with industrial standardization, respectively.

Researchers of microarray experiment transpose processed images of raw data to possible data of statistical analysis: it is preprocessing. Preprocessing of microarray has image filtering, imputation and normalization. There have been studied about several different methods of normalization and imputation, but there was not further study on the order of the procedures. We have no further study about which things put first on our procedure between normalization and imputation. This study is about the identification of differentially expressed genes(DEG) on the order of the preprocessing steps using two-dye cDNA microarray in colon cancer and gastric cancer. That is, we check for compare which combination of imputation and normalization steps can detect the DEG. We used imputation methods(K-nearly neighbor, Baysian principle comparison analysis) and normalization methods(global, within-print tip group, variance stabilization). Therefore, preprocessing steps have 12 methods. We identified concordance measure of DEG using the datasets to which the 12 different preprocessing orders were applied. When we applied preprocessing using variance stabilization of normalization method, there was a little variance in a sensitive way for detecting DEG.

For this study we investigated situation of domestic standardization in contact lens field. The rate of contact lens wearing have increased lately, nevertheless Korean Industrial Standard just has been translated into the regulations of ISO(International Organization for Standardization), and it has been applied. Moreover there is not any the domestic original regulation yet. Therefor, for this study we investigated current situation of the ISO in contact lens field and fitness of standard in our present actual condition. Also, by grasping the problems which it follows.

컴퓨터 및 통신기술의 발달과 함께 최근 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스의 등장으로 ATM 통신망을 통해 댁내까지 이러한 서비스를 제공하는 HAN(Home ATM Network)에 대한 연구가 국내외로 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 HAN의 개념 및 구조와 HAN 개발에 따른 연구 ISSUE를 살펴보고, 이어서 국내 ETRI에서 개발중인 HAN 관련 B-NT 및 댁내에서의 ATM 표준화 활동을 다루는 ATM Forum RBB WG의 연구 및 표준화 동향에 대하여 알아보도록 하겠다.

최근 자율주행차량등의 활발한 기술 개발 및 상용화가 추진되고 있다. 차량통신기술은 자율주행차량이 주변 환경을 보다 정확하고 상세하게 인지하기 위하여 그 필요성이 강조되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 차량통신기술의 활용성이 증대됨에 따라, 보안 위협에 대응하기 위한 보안 기술도 활발히 연구 개발 추진 중이며, 이와 연관된 국제표준화의 필요성도 부각되고 있다. IT 보안 국제표준화 기구인 ITU-T SG17에서는 최근 연구반 구조 조정을 진행했으며, ITS(Intelligent Transport System) 보안 연구반(Q13)은 지속적으로 차량통신표준화를 추진한다. 본 논문에서는 ITS 보안 연구반의 최근 활동 및 진행 계획을 소개한다.
