WLAN, WPAN 기술에 이어 최근에는 인체영역에서의 의료용/비의료용 통신을 위한 무선 기술인 Wireless Body Network (WBAN)이 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 IEEE 802.15.6을 비롯한 여러 표준화 단체에서 인체영역의 무선 전송 기술 표준제정을 위해 활발한 활동을 벌이고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 인체영역 무선통신 기술의 표준화 동향과 MAC프로토콜 설계 시 고려해야 할 사항 및 적용 가능한 기법에 대해 살펴본다.

본 고에서는 일반적인 USN의 구조를 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 USN을 구성하기 위한 네트워크 요소들을 정의한다. 다양한 응용 서비스에 사용되는 센서 노드의 하드웨어적인 특성을 분석하여 센서 노드를 체계적으로 분류한다. 이를 바탕으로 통신 프로토콜을 설계 시 필요한 다양한 요구사항을 정리한다. 또한 현재 진행되고 있는 USN과 관련된 표준화 활동을 정리하고 표준화 이외에 활발하게 연구되고 있는 USN 통신 프로토콜 및 요소 기술들의 연구현황을 소개한다. 이러한 연구 내용들을 바탕으로 향후 USN과 관련된 연구 방향 및 발전 방향에 대해 논의한다.

비밀키 암호의 키 관리 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안된 공개키 암호는 효율성이나 제한된 메시지 영역으로 인해, 실제로는 메시지의 암호화에는 비밀키 암호를 사용하고 이때 사용되는 키를 메시지를 보낼 상대방과 안전하게 공유하기 위한 용도로 공개키 암호를 사용하는 하이브리드 형태가 일반적으로 사용된다. 최근 Shoup에 의해 제안된 Key Encapsulation Mechanism (KEM)은 이러한 공개키 암호의 실제 사용 용도를 감안하여 제안된 모델로 Data Encapsulation Mechanism (DEM)과 함께 안전한 하이브리드 공개키 암호를 설계하는 하나의 이론적인 모델을 제시하며, 이를 이용하여 만들어진 하이브리드 암호는 최근의 공개키 암호 표준화 작업에서 하나의 주류로 받아들여지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 공개키 암호의 새로운 적용 방식으로 주목받고 있는 KEM과 함께, 이와 관련된 공개키 암호 표준화 작업에 대해서 구체적으로 알아본다.

For optimizing railroad designs, setting up shape and specifications of facilities harmonized and coincide with local topography based on absolute location information, correct construction quantity's output and proper land's security etc are key matters, and also clear and advanced surveying standards and technical provision shall become priority so as to satisfy them. Therefore, this study analyzed and researched on surveying standards and technical provision's status in current railroad design's cases, and then attempts to suggest establishment of design surveying standard, procedures, and methods together with its practical scheme.

This study is design and implementation of XML-based Item Bank System. This system can apply the student with effective assessment by creating, searching and providing of educational problems using XML. In order to supply standard problems to student, first, we analyzed the standard types of various problems and designed these types with XML DTD. Second, we extracted math problem in the elementary school by applying these standard types. Third, we constructed the Item Bank System using relational Data Base and XML parser. The result of system applying, proposed system could offer the student the standard problems at on-line environment. Therefore we shown to be applied educational assessment and integrated non-standard problems effectively.

In accelerating the industrialization, human being have been frequently experiencing man-made crisis such as technology failures, financial problem as well as natural disaster. Emergency management system based on international standard can provide an organization with a framework for continual improvement to increase the possibility of enhancing anticipation, prevention and response as well. In this paper, we introduced the emergency management system design of various organizations for societal security network. In the first, the main role of ISO/TC223 is reviewed and then, current issues of under going standardization in ISO are also addressed. Finally, we have designed a efficient disaster prevention system to minimize the potential risk as well as to improve the organizational resilience.

Web 기반 시스템 구축시 저렴한 구축비용, 표준화된 문서환경, 클라이언트를 통일하지 않고도 어플리케이션의 구현이 가능한 장점 때문에 인터넷 프로토콜인 TCP/IP와 HTTP를 기반으로 시스템을 구축하려는 기업과 조직이 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 web 환경에서 시스템 구축시 적용할 수 잇는 web 기반 시스템 분석/설계 모형을 제안한다. 기존의 web 어플리케이션 개발 방법들이 데이터 분석에 기초를 둔 것과는 달리, 기업과 조직이 가지는 기능을 중심으로 web 어플리케이션을 분석하고, 파악된 기능에서 pageflow를 설계하여 사용자의 요구사항과 조직의 처리가 반영된 page와 네비게이션 경로(navigation path)를 설계할 수 있는 모형을 제시한다.

설계초기단계에서 고효율 조명기기의 채택을 원활하게 해주고, 동시에 LLF값을 산정 해줌으로써 건물설계에 적용되는 조명에너지를 절감해주기 위해서는 조명 설계 기법의 고도화와 조명 설계 과정의 표준화가 필요하다. 이를 위해서 구역공간법(ZCM: Zonal Cavity Method)을 이용한 평균조도 계산용 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

열설계과정을 요약 정리하면서 미국, 독일, 일본 등의 기계학회(또는 기술자협회)에서 보일러 및 소각로 등의 설계과정을 표준화하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울여 왔음을 볼 수 있었다. 설계에 적용되는 주요 공식, 물성, 열전달 계수 등과 같은 자료를 공업표준이나 학회 또는 기술자협회의 지침서 형태로 공유하는 것이 공학발전에 유익하다는 사례를 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 종합하면 우리의 나아갈 바를 생각하는 좋은 지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
