Civil aircraft tires require a certification according to the Technical Standard Order Authorization(TSOA) procedure. TSO-C62d contains minimum performance standards for aircraft tires. The TSOA covers design and manufacturing of the tire only. To install a TSO article on aircraft requires an installation approval. In this paper, TSOA procedure and the certification requirements for aircraft tires will be presented.

To detect falcarinol in Acanthopanax senticosus, its stem and bark were extracted with methanol fractionated with petroleum ether and diethyl ether, and separated by silica gel column chromatography, Resulting six crude samples were compared with standard falcarinol through TLC on silica gel plates. Fraction 6 showed $R_{f}$ value of 0.46 similar to that of standard falcarinol. Through analytical reverse phase HPLC/PDA, UV spectra of standard falcarinol and traction 6 recorded between 200 and 340 nm showed identical peaks and UV spectra patterns. GC/MS revealed standard falcarinol and fraction 6 have equal retention times of 7.4 and 8.5 min before and after TMS-derivatization, respectively. Standard falcarinol and fraction 6 showed more similar spectrum patterns after TMS-derivatization than before. These results confirm presence of falcarinol in A. senticosus.

Civilian aircraft industry, even if the superior performance of the product in order to ensure the safety of aircraft navigation safety requirements necessary for compliance does not receive a legally recognized can not be used in aircraft characteristics. These are applied in a variety of safety in avionics for navigation of civil aircraft certification standards for the technology is implemented. KTSO-C113 aircraft for the purpose of electronic display technology to authenticate standard contains minimum performance standards. Standard design and manufacturing technology for type approval means approval by mounting the aircraft in order to use a separate approval is required. Through this paper, multi-display technology standards for aircraft type certification approval system and demonstrate compliance with the requirements for the certification practices introduced are presented.

Standard Test Block(STB) for UT(Ultrasonic Testing) is a block approved by authoritative for material, shape and quality. STB is used for characteristic tests, sensitivity calibration and control of the time base range of UT inspection devices. The material, size and chemical components of STB should be strictly controled to meet the related standards such as ASTM and JIS because it has an effect upon sensitivity, resolution and reproductivity of UT. The STBs which are not approved are sometimes used because the qualified STBs are very expensive. So, the purpose of this study is to survey the characteristics, quality and usability of Non-Standardized Test Blocks. Non-Standardized Test Blocks did not meet the standard requirements in size or chemical components, and ultrasonic characteristics. Therefore if the Non-Standardized Test Blocks are used without being tested, it's likely to cause errors in detecting the location and measuring the size of the defects.
