경찰관서 표준인력 수요모델 개발;시스템다이내믹스 방법론을 기반으로

  • 날로 광역화, 지능화, 디지털화된 범죄양상과 국민들의 고품질 치안서비스에 대한 관심과 욕구의 증대로 인해 치안수요가 증가하고 있다. 지금까지의 선행연구들은 경찰인력의 수요에 영향을 미치는 특정 변수를 회귀분석을 통해 찾아낸 뒤 이것을 바탕으로 경찰인력에 대한 예측을 시도하였으나, 경찰 업무 전반에 걸친 직무를 분석하여 치안 수요 및 업무량에 따른 적정인력을 산출하는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 경찰관서 각 기능별 실무자 면담을 통해 직무를 분석한 후 기능별 주요 업무를 선정하였고 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 활용하여 기능별 경찰관서의 표준인력 수요를 예측하였다. 또한 235개의 관서 모델을 만들어 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 관서별, 지방청별 효율적 인력 운용 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

A Study on Competency Education through Capstone Design in the Junior College for the Visual Design Major (전문대학 시각디자인과의 캡스톤디자인을 통한 직무교육에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is firstly to research the Capstone Design Learning Model which helps the students to acquire practical industrial skills and knowledge in real business fields, and secondly to analyze the qualitative effectiveness of this model in respect of knowledge, skill and attitude which NCS(National Competence Standards) suggest in industrial design field. In order to study, the second-year students taking the class 'Communication and Design Project(CDP)' of Industrial Design Major of DIT, took part in the Capstone Design Project and proceeded a project 'Character design of the entertainer Robert Holley' in cooperation with a relevant company and the professor in charge of this project. Through this research, it appeared that Capstone design related to visual design tasks improved the technical skills and competence of the students majoring in design. In other words, through analyzing questionnaire survey based on NCS, evaluation from relevant company, and awarding a prize of the design contest, we conclude that this instruction design and action plans have significant meanings to promote the students on-the-job competence.

Structural equation modeling on nurses' emotional labor including antecedents and consequences (간호사 감정노동의 선행 및 결과 요인을 포함한 모형구축)

  • This study was designed to construct and test structural equation modeling on nurses' emotional labor including antecedents and consequences based on the model of Morris and Feldman (1997). A total of 247 nurses working at secondary and tertiary hospitals in three provinces responded the questionnaires. Emotional labor was measured by frequency of emotional labor, attentiveness of required display rules and emotional dissonance. Routineness of job, job autotomy and organizational support were measured as antecedents; and emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were included as the consequences of nurses' emotional labor. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The model fitness indices for the hypothetical model showed NFI=.94, CFI=.97, and RMSEA=.07. Job autonomy and perceived organizational support had significant effects on emotional labor. The emotional labor influenced positively emotional exhaustion and negatively job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Nurses' emotional labor mediates between job characteristics and nurses' psychologic results indicating more autonomy and support can reduce nurses' emotional labor and then increase their satisfaction and organizational commitment, and decrease emotional exhaustion.

A Study on Improvement Plan of Evaluation Method in National Technical Qualification Exam focus on Information Processing Fields based on NCS (NCS 기반 정보처리 분야 국가기술자격 실기시험 평가방법에 관한 연구)

  • This paper describes a research for improvement official approval of information processing in national technical qualification. In this paper, we analysis the contents of current exams and propose the new evaluation method of practical exam in information processing fields through grafting new trends of ICT and ability unit, fulfillment criteria in national competency standards(NCS). Also, we have verified the effect of exam through the pilot test. In the future, we will apply the new exams after the revision of guidelines for marking questions by expert group in its duty fields basis on this research

A Study on the Hair Beauty Textbook Based on the of National Competency Standards(NCS) (국가직무능력표준(NCS)기반 헤어 미용 교과서 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the scope and content of high school textbooks based on the NCS competency unit criteria. The job competency level of hair beauty is included in the range of Level 1 to Level 5 according to the NCS standard. Among all the 40 units of NCS competency units, the number of them which can be acquired at the high school is 30 units. Among them, high school beauty textbooks were published around 19 competency units, 75% of which corresponded. Only about 85% of all the contents were contained in the text book. Based on the analysis contents, the improvement plan of the textbook is as follows. First, textbooks on 11 competency units that can be acquired at the high school level should be published and the professional curriculum with lessons related to this will be expanded at the same time. Second, there is a need for discussion to establish terminology in the field of Cosmetology. Third, it is necessary to improve the quality of the photographic and illustration materials. Fourth, it should be needed to correct typing errors and maintain a consistent editorial format. The results of this study can be used as basic data need to make curriculum and publish textbooks for high school graduates to perform their jobs at the same time as they get a job.

  • Along with the rapid change environment, many organizations have come to consider a method of job analysis for better human resource management. Researchers and practitioners recognize that it is necessary to develop a new method of job analysis, however, there are not enough empirical studies. This research aims to clarify what kind of job analysis methods are proper to develop human resources ultimately. Its specific purpose are the following. First, to study representative job analysis methods theoretically. Second, to develop methods by its goal and practical use. Third, to show a empirical study in the real development case. This paper make contribution to develop a integrated job analysis method by contingent approach.
