The current study aims at the design of GIS-based systematic and quantitative standards for development available land forms, precluding any planners' subjective manipulation of those irregular lands. More specifically, first, as the elements of land form standards, both LFI (Land Form Index) and ARCI (Adjusted Related Circumscribing Circle Index) are proposed. Second, through the sample survey of ready-developed residential areas, standard minimum and maximum values for LFI and ARCI were extracted. Third, through the application of those standardized ranges of LFI and ARCI values, actual land form standardization process was performed for the lands with LFI and ARCI indices, falling below the range of standardized values. The significance of the current study lies within the objective proof of the possibility of GIS-supported land form standards applications to actual cases, through the introduction of LFI and ARCI as land form standard indices.

국내 및 세계적으로 중앙정부 관점에서 수자원관련 현황을 평가하거나 취약성을 파악하는 등 관련 적응 정책 수립, 부문별 정책 수립의 우선순위 결정과 평가를 위하여 지수(Index)와 지표(Indicator)를 개발하고 사용하고 있다. 수자원관련 지수의 개발은 이수, 치수 및 하천환경 분야의 지수가 개발되어 사용되고 있으며 그 중 치수관련 지수는 국내 외에서 많은 연구 결과가 보고되고 있다. 이러한 지표 및 지수의 구성체계는 크게 두 가지로 분류가 되며 하나는 인과관계 접근방식으로 측정하고자 하는 현상, 결과를 나타나게 하는 요인, 이러한 현상을 완화 또는 강화하기 위한 노력 간의 상관성을 파악하여 지표를 도출하고, 다른 하나는 주제 접근방식으로 파악하고자 하는 현상을 크게 분야별로 구분한 후 분야별 정책목표에 따라 하위 분야로 세분화하고 이에 따른 관련지표를 선정한다. 최근에는 주제 접근방식의 지표가 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수자원통합관리를 위하여 행정구역 및 유역의 다양한 대리변수를 조사, 분석하여 1990년부터 2007년까지의 시군구 및 국가표준지도인 수자원단위지도의 812개의 표준유역별 DB를 구축하였고, 물이용취약성지수 홍수취약성지수 하천환경취약성지수 및 유역종합관리지수를 개발하여 평가하는 유역종합관리지표를 개발하였다. 각 분야별 취약성 지수는 다양한 대리변수들을 통계분석을 통하여 잠재지표를 선정하였으며, 잠재지표들 간의 상관관계를 이용하여 서로 유사한 변수들끼리 묶어주는 요인분석을 실시하여 주제별 세부지표를 선정하였다. 지표 산정에 있어 표준화방법은 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 Z-score 방법을 사용하였고 가중치부여 방법은 동일가중치를 이용하였으며 최종적인 집계과정은 누적합산방법으로 지수를 산정하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 유역종합관리지표의 타당성조사를 위하여 2008년 강원도 지역의 이수 및 치수관련 자료를 구축하여 피해이력을 제외한 유역종합관리지수를 산정하여 제한급수 및 홍수 피해이력이 발생한 유역과 비교 분석하여 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 지표는 유역관련 현황 파악 및 취약성 분석을 통하여 향후 분야별 관련 정책 및 대책 수립에서 보다 효과적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 현재 그 중요성이 증가하고 있는 정보보호관리체계에 대하여 기존의 국내·외 정보보호관리체계 지침이나 표준 문서들이 단지 일반적인 가이드라인을 제공 할 뿐, 평가나 측정, 혹은 인증을 위해 필요한 상세하고 객관적인 지표가 없다는 점을 파악하고, 이러한 주요 지표들을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 이 프레임워크는 정보보호관리 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC TR 13335 GMITS에서 정의하고 있는 정보보호관리 프로세스를 기준으로 적절한 정보보호관리 프로세스를 도출한 다음, 현재 정보기술 통제 기준으로 사용중인 COBIT의 각 주요 지표들을 위에서 도출된 프로세스별로 적용시키는 것이다. 즉 정보보호관리 프로세스별 주요목표지표(KGI - Key Goal Indicator), 주요성과지표(KPI - Key Performance Indicator), 그리고 핵심성공요소(CSF - Critical Success Factor)들을 개발하여 정보보호관리체계에 대한 상세하고 객관적인 평가와 측정을 가능하게 하고 이를 통해 총체적인 정보보호관리 통제 이룩하고자 한다.

본 연구는 재난대응훈련시 훈련의 결과를 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 것이 목적이다. '재난대응 안전한국훈련'은 전 국민이 참여하는 훈련으로 재난대응 행동요령 숙지는 물론, 안전문화 확산에 기여토록 추진하고 범국가적 재난대응체제 확립을 위한 발생가능한 모든 재난유형을 대비한 국가종합훈련이다. 재난대응훈련 평가지표 개발에는 재난대응 안전한국훈련의 평가분야별 평가지표 분석 및 적용, 최종점수 100점 만점을 기준으로 평가결과 3등급(A, B, C) 부여, 중앙평가위원회에서 기관별 평가결과 및 협력도를 종합적으로 검토, 우수기관 선정 및 포상 추진, 미흡기관(C등급 하위 10%) 역량교육 및 재훈련, 기관별 미적용 평가지표는 해당 배점을 제외하는 것 등으로 지표 개발을 고려한다. 재난대응훈련 평가지표 개선을 위하여 개발된 표준훈련절차와 평가지표를 바탕으로 테스트베드를 통한 문제점을 도출한 후 운용 및 적용성을 보완하여 시스템 운영을 하도록 한다.

고용량/대면적/초정밀 제품을 지향하는 개발추세에 따라 고진공 펌프중 하나인 크라이오펌프의 활용도가 크게 증가하며 첨단 공정장비인 LCD 분야 등과 같이 수소 분자와 물 분자 등의 배기가 중요한 응용분야에 크라이오펌프의 수요가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 크라이오펌프의 운전성능에 대한 표준절차에 따른 실질적인 측정은 빈약한 편이다. 이에 크라이오펌프의 종합 성능평가 기술 개발을 통해 실질적인 크라이오펌프의 운전성능을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 고진공 펌프중의 하나인 크라이오펌프의 종합 성능평가 표준절차 및 표준시스템에 대해 소개하며, 상용화 제품에 대한 각 회사에서 제시하고 있는 성능지표에 대해 실질적인 측정에 대한 비교분석을 하고자 한다. 또한 가장 중용한 성능지표 중의 하나인 배기속도 측정에 대해 물리적 특징과 구조적 오차에 대한 보정 식들을 제공하고자 한다.

Although various quantitative indexes are used as criteria for deciding the success of software R & D projects, it is somewhat difficult to find which quantitative indexes are appropriate. In this paper, we propose a quantitative evaluation index generation process for software product development using ISO / IEC25023, which is used as a standard of software quality level, to provide criteria for quantitative evaluation index of software development. The proposed process consists of two stages. In the first step, quality characteristics and subcharacteristics of ISO / IEC25023 standard specification are derived and in the second stage, we derive an evaluation indicator guides that matches the quality characteristics and sub characteristics. The proposed quantitative evaluation index generation process is expected to be helpful for the selection of quantitative evaluation indexes according to the characteristics of software development projects.

The National Competency Standards (NCS) was designed to implement a competence-based society and solve the problem of inconsistency between the industrial field and education, training, and certification system. This study designed and developed the Korean NCS core vocational competence system, in accordance with the NCS, as an infrastructure to solve fundamental problems such as re-education and the social costs that are incurred in the workplace. Further, this study designed and developed standard indicators to evaluate the technical performance of the system for the global advancement of the Korean NCS core vocational competence system. The NCS core vocational competence system has been developed as an appropriate response type for multiple devices such as computers, tablet PCs, and cellular phones. For the global advancement of the Korean NCS core vocational competence system, this study designed and developed 10 performance evaluation indicators in accordance with 10 global standards, such as linkage-target operating system, interface protocol, packet format, encryption, class component, simultaneous access number, supervisor-to-testtaker response speed, server-to-admin response speed, auto-recovery speed for test answers, and real-time answer transmission speed.

게임이 기획, 그래픽, 프로그램의 복합적 기능을 가진 콘텐츠이지만 특별히 수준 높은 그래픽 데이터는 이용자의 만족도, 몰입 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 영역이다. 그러나 아직 국내외에 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질 평가를 위한 지표를 개발하는 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 프로세스는 그래픽 데이터의 품질 평가 영역 추출을 위한 방법과 세부 평가 지표 마련을 위한 평가 항목 추출방법들로 구성된다. 본 연구 결과는 고품질 게임 개발을 위한 품질평가 지표 개발에 적용될 것이며 관련 분야의 품질평가 모델 개발의 참조 모델이 될 것이다. 향후 본 연구는 국내외 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질평가 표준안 설계 개발로 진행될 예정이다.

This study deals with the assessment indices about greening performance of datacenter. To do this, we survey existing standards and guidelines about datacenter. Those are used constructing new model of datacenter regarding greening performance. In this model, the relationship between major components will be represented by job-energy-thermal notation. Items, criteria and methods are created in order to complete the assessment indices. The existing assessment indices of the datacenter level and equipment level are investigated. Parameters, the degree of virtualization and energy efficiency also affects the performance of the green performance. Finally, to determine the improvements, the proposed indices is compared with the existing assessment tools.
