이웃기반 협력 필터링을 이용한 추천시스템은 적은 평가 자료로 인해 추천 성능에 문제가 생긴다. 이는 다른 고객의 정보도 추천에 사용하는 협력 필터링에서 이웃고객 선정에 문제가 생겨 추천시스템의 신뢰가 떨어진다. 본 논문은 추천시스템의 신뢰를 높이기 위한 방법으로 선호도 평가치가 적은 상품을 임계값을 이용하여 선별하고 이에 따라 고객의 표준편차를 조사하였다. 그리고 표준편차가 낮은 고객에 대한 MAE를 분석하여 예측의 정확도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 공공사업 발주 시 기초금액 산정의 기준이 되는 표준품셈의 제·개정 사례를 검토하여 엔지니어링 분야에 적합하고 신뢰성 및 전문성을 확보할 수 있는 '엔지니어링 표준품셈 조사연구 절차'를 제안하였다.

Although design-build construction projects have recently increased. general conditions of construction contract are not reflecting the characteristic of design-build construction projects neither performing its fundamental roles as implying many claim elements. So. this study aims to propose the basis for improving the general conditions of the domestic design-build construction projects. This study reviews literatures associated with design-build construction contract and analyses domestic general conditions into foreign standard forms of general conditions. Additionally, it is examined the problems of design-build construction contracts and performed questionnaire survey to the practitioner in the construction contract field. In doing so, this study suggests the direction for improving general conditions of domestic design-build construction projects.

규전된 전압으로 수요가에 전력을 공급하는 것은 전기기기 및 설비의 효과 및 수명면에서 아주 중요하다. 그러므로 전기사업법 시행규칙 제20조에서 표준전압 100V에 있어서는 101V의 상하를 6V이내로 유지해야 한다고 규정되어 있다. 본 학회에서는 1975년도 조사사업의 일환으로서 서울 시내 주택가를 중심으로 한 전압상황을 조사하였으며 분석 검토한 결과를 보고하는 바이다.

1992년 국민인체측정조사 결과를 이용하여 도시규모, 거주권역에 따른 체위차이유무를 검증한다. 분석결과에 따르면 남자의 경우 청소년층에서 거주권역별 체위차이가 나타났으며, 반면 여자의 경우 장년층에서 그 차이를 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과를 이용하여 보다 경제적인 조사를 수행하기 위한 개선된 표본설계를 제안한다.

In order to ensure the interoperability of products and technologies, companies apply standard technology in R&D but encounter various obstacles in this process, which they try to overcome through active standardization activities. Various studies have investigated the obstacles and coping strategies of companies in the R&D process. However, studies on the obstacles and coping strategies in the standardization process are insufficient, and the types of obstacles related to standardization, so a variety of studies are also needed on the types of activities. In this study, we tried to determine the types of obstacles related to standardization and to examine how these obstacles affect the standardization activities of companies. The analysis used the data from the 'National Standards Survey' which was conducted by the Korean Standards Association in Korea for companies engaged in the electrical, electronic, and information-related fields in Korea. The relationship between standard-related difficulties, needs and standardization activities was verified through structural equation modeling. The analysis results revealed that the standards-related disability issues have some influence on the standardization activities and the mediating effect by the necessity of the standard was investigated. We also found that many companies are making various efforts to overcome the barriers caused by standard activities. This suggests that a company can build a virtuous cycle structure by performing strategic actions to overcome obstacles by standardization activity and reducing the obstacles caused by standard-related research and development.

In this study, based on IEC 60601-2-54 standard load conditions presented in the limited interval over the air kerma at the absolute linearity closely evaluated by measuring the X-ray results were as follows: 10 units targeted all Diagnostic X-ray generating device (DR) presented in the IEC 60601-2-54 standard linearity of air kerma emerged as inappropriate, the general evaluation of the dose linearity from four in the top 50% and 80 kVp % of the two measurement series were as irrelevant all the rest from six of the top tube voltage of 50% and 80% of the two measurement series, appeared in all suitable. Presented in IEC 60601-2-54 standard dose linearity testing and conventional linearity tests showed many differences. IEC 60601-2-54 standard linearity in the proposed international standards of air kerma is the recommendation of the existing dose linearity considerably more feasible, and to quantify the amount of radiation as the standard suggested by the standard IEC 60601-2-54 air kerma of a diagnostic X-ray imaging device linearity performance management is considered key elements in the critical appraisal.

The ISO 30301 MSR Standards support successful management of organization while providing strategic plans to the issue of records management. In Korea, these standards are established as the national standard (KS) in May 2013, and also, there are actions being taken to adopt the certification of the ISO 30301 Standards. However, to adopt such certification, it is required that the certification operation system needs to be organized, as well as that the society in general should understand about records management. Accordingly, it is even more required an review on the adoption of the system. This study has the purpose in surveying a variety of stakeholders' perception for the adoption of ISO 30301 certification given the circumstance that the ISO 30301 certification is not yet adopted in Korea. For this purpose, the research is implemented through literature review and in-depth interviews. Firstly, the literature review looks at ISO 30301 standards and the concept of certification that is being carried out with the ISO 30301 Standards, and it discusses the necessity of the adoption of the relevant standards' certification. Secondly, there are in-depth interviews carried out to study for the adoption plan for the ISO 30301 certification. The participants to the interviews include five records and certification related experts and five records managers at public institutions whose records management is supervised by National Archives of Korea. Interview data was analyzed based on grounded theory methodology. This study will be able to provide significant implication to build a successful plan for the adoption of ISO 30301 certification by reviewing perception of professional and problem, strategy of this certification.

1975년 이후로 태양전지 평가 실험실과 제조업체들이 직접적으로 많은 노력을 하여 태양전지 모듈에 대한 가속 스트레스 평가를 개발하고 평가하였다. 이 노력들은 이미 알려진 불량 메커니즘을 토대로 모듈 디자인의 민감한 취약 부분을 발견하기 위한 평가를 목적으로 평가 순서/방법 표준화에 많은 기여를 하였다. 이러한 평가 순서/방법은 국가와 국제 모듈 규격 표준화에 적용되었다. 그리고, 실제 외부에서 설치되어 한 번도 문제가 발생되지 않은 평가들은 중간에 제거 되기도 하였다. 가장 대표적인 예로 twist test는 모듈 설치 후 발생되는 불량에 대한 평가이지만, 실제로 불량은 한번도 발견되지 않았다. 덧붙여서, 표준 평가들은 많은 특화된 가속평가를 사용하게 되는데, 이는 문제점들을 조사하거나 특정 모듈 디자인에 대한 잠재적인 불량을 조사하기 위함이다. 실제 수명예측을 위한 가속평가는 가속 인자의 지식이 반드시 필요하지만, 태양전지 분야에서는 문헌이 많이 부족하다. 많은 연구자들이 85/85 DH 평가시간과 습한 지역에서 수년 간 사용된 모듈과의 상관관계를 만들기 위해 시도 하였다. 그리고 이 모델은 DH 평가 표준시간인 1,000시간으로 정의하는데 많은 영향을 미치기도 했다. 하지만, 이 모델은 단지 단일 모드 불량일 경우에만 적용이 되는 것이다. 다른 불량에 대한 가속인자들은 여전히 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 따라서, 모듈이 비록 표준 규격시험을 통과했다고 하더라도 제품이 특정 기간 동안 전력을 생산할 수 있다고 말할 수 없다. 또한, 이 표준평가가 모든 불량 메커니즘에 대한 평가가 되지 않기 때문에 제품의 수명을 결정하는데 사용될 수 없다.

In routine testing, the radioactive neutron sources are particularly suitable for producing standard. neutron fields. The ISO TC-85 has proposed neutron reference radiation for the calibration of neutron measuring devices used for radiation protection purposes. Radiation laboratory of KSRI has installed a standard irradiation facility using $^{252}Cf$ and $^{241}Am-Be$ sources for calibrating personal dosimeters according to the recommendations given in ISO TC-85. In this study, correction factors for calibration related to neutron scattering and anisotropy are obtained by experiments with commercial rem meter for demonstration purposes.
