Smartphone (smartpad) and cloud computing has grown rapidly. So, the users started getting interested in multi-screen services. However, various OS / platforms due to the increased content development time and cost. Increase the cost of content development for a multi-screen service, it has been an obstacle. To solve this problem in this study, HTML5-based multi-screen service platform standards specification was established. HTML5 is a specification of the next generation of Web standards. Standards specification established by this study were research in terms of the service provider. And, this standards specification can be used independently of the service infrastructure and device. In addition, this standards specification in order to develop a multi-screen services are efficient and easy to use. For verification adequacy of standards specification established in this study, Scenarios technical entries were mapped by standard specification entries.

The space qualification has to be conducted by a high level of screening to ensure the design margin of devices, materials, manufacturing processes, units, modules, and subsystem or system. The space qualification according to traditional test standards proposed by US military, NASA and ESA involve high cost and tight schedule due to their conservative requirements. It is necessary to develop a space qualification guideline that is cost-efficient and schedule-optimized for the development of domestic satellites. In this study, as a basic research to develop the space qualification guideline, the articles related to space qualification in test standards document released from military and space agency have been investigated. We are planning to utilize the results as a basic database for establishing the independent tailored space qualification guideline.

It is expected that logistics standardization have an great effect on industry and national economy due to cost saving and improving efficiency. Therefore all countries of the world make a strenuous effort to take a lead of logistics standardization Despite such efforts of every country, our country remained a lukewarm attitude about logistics standardization. Especially, our country remained a lukewarm attitude about logistics standardization effect quantify. We have to suggest the necessity of standardization and the effect for carrying out logistics standard. So, this study performed literature review and case study for development of effect valuation method. Also, this study developed effect valuation standard for quantifiable standardization effect and drew the effect valuation standard model. First, the measure of preliminary effectiveness was chosen for MOE selection. As a results, vehicle load ratio, delivery cost, keeping space efficiency warehouse automation ratio, etc. were selected. Then, vehicle/truck load ratio, warehouse keeping efficiency, up unloading hour, packaging cost, consistency transportation ratio were chosen for MOE of pallet standardization.

AUOTSAR(Automotive Open system Architecture)는 자동차 ECU(Electronic Control Unit) 에 내장되는 소프트웨어에 대한 표준 구조로서, ECU 소프트웨어의 품질 향상은 물론, 개발 및 관리 비용의 절감에 기여하는 등 많은 장점을 갖는다. AUTOSAR 의 이런 장점 때문에 많은 자동차 회사들이 ECU 소프트웨어에 AUTOSAR 적용을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 기존 레거시 ECU 소프트웨어 시스템을 AUTOSAR 표준에 맞는 ECU 소프트웨어 시스템으로 변환하는 방법에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 그 이유는 이미 많은 ECU 레거시 소프트웨어 시스템들이 개발되어 사용되고 있으며, 이들에게는 이미 기능 및 안정성 검증을 위하여 많은 시간과 비용이 투자하여 되어 있다. 따라서 ECU 소프트웨어 시스템에 AUTOSAR 를 적용하는 경우 기존의 레거시 소프트웨어 시스템을 재사용할 수 있으면 생산성 및 품질 면에서 많은 장점을 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 C 언어로 작성된 기존의 ECU 소프트웨어 시스템을 AUTOSAR 플랫폼에서 재사용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 기존의 레거시 ECU 소프트웨어 시스템을 AUTOSAR 플랫폼으로 마이그레이션하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 마이그레이션 과정은 크게 두 단계로 나누어 지는데, 이는 레거시 소프트웨어 시스템을 분석하여 마이그레이션이 가능하도록 기능별로 분해하는 것과, 분해된 구성 요소들을 AUTOSAR 플랫폼에 맞는 구조로 재구성하는 과정이다. 본 논문에서는 이중 첫 번째 과정인 레거시 소프트웨어 시스템의 분석 및 기능별 분해 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

As aged infrastructures have been increased, the importance of accurate maintenance costs and proper budget allocation for infrastructure become prominent under limited resources. This study proposed a mapping algorithm between representative defects, repair methods, and the estimated maintenance costs for concrete bridges. In this regard, using BMS (Bridge Management System) data analysis, bridge repair methods were classified and matched with defects according to their locations, types, and sizes. In addition, the maintenance costs were estimated based on the amount of work-load and quantity per unit using CSPR (Cost Standard Production Rate). As a result, the level of accuracy was an average of 85.1 % compared with the actual bill of quantity for Seoul bridge maintenance. The accuracy of maintenance costs is expected to be enhanced by considering the various site conditions such as pier height, extra charge conditions, additional equipment, etc.

3GPP($3^{rd}$ Generation Partnership project)는 3세대 이동통신인 UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System)의 초기 표준화 이후 HSPA(High Speed Packet Access), MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) 등의 기술 개발로 UMTS시스템을 지속적으로 발전시켜 왔다. 그리고, 최근 새로운 무선 접속 기술을 기반한 LTE(Long Term Evolution)시스템에 대한 표준화를 완료하고 ITU-T(International Telecommnunications Union-Radio)의 IMT-Advanced 요구사항을 만족하는 LTE-Advanced 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 한편 LTE-Advanced 표준의 목표인 무선 전송속도를 한층 더 높이고, 단위비용(cost per bit)을 더욱 낮추고, 셀 커버리지 및 용량을 확대하기 한 저출력의 피코셀, 펨토셀, 무선중계기들을 이용하여 실내외의 소규모 영역을 서비스하도록 하는 heterogeneous network에 대한 국제 표준이 활발히 논의되고 있다. 그러나 여러 셀이 혼재하는 경우 셀들간의 신호 간섭이 발생하여 사용자의 통신 품질이 크게 저하될 우려가 있다. 본 고에서는 heterogeneous network 와 관련하여 국제 표준 LTE-Advanced에서 논의되고 있는 간섭 제어 기법에 대해 소개한다.

전 세계적으로 ICT 활용 패러다임이 정보시스템을 자체 구축하는 방식에서 서비스 이용량에 비례하여 비용을 지불하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅으로 전환 중이며, 2010년부터 미국 등 주요국가에서는 클라우드 우선 정책을 기반으로 정부 기업에서 클라우드의 이용이 급속히 확산 중이다. 우리나라에서도 2015년 3월 세계 최초로 클라우드 발전법을 제정하고, 11월 'K-ICT 클라우드 컴퓨팅 활성화 계획'을 수립하여 클라우드 선도국가로의 도약을 위해 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 클라우드 서비스가 확산될수록 공적 표준화 기구를 중심으로 클라우드 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 요소 기술에 대한 표준화 작업이 활발해짐에 따라, 국내 클라우드 컴퓨팅 관련 기술의 국제 표준화 추진 및 협력 방안 마련을 위한 전략의 개발이 요구되고 있는 시점이다. 본고에서는 클라우드컴퓨팅표준화포럼을 탐방하여 국내 표준 제정 현황을 살펴보고, 국내외 클라우드 기술 및 산업, 정책 동향을 짚어보고자 한다. 또한, 현재 국제 공적표준화 기구의 이슈를 점검하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 참조구조를 기반으로 하는 표준 기술에 대해 소개하고, 클라우드 보안 및 상호운용성에 대한 표준 동향을 소개하여 클라우드 분야의 핵심 기술을 이해하는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

현대의 데이터베이스 서버는 거대하고 복잡한 소프트 시스템의 구조이다. 복잡한 SQL(Structured query language) 언어는 점점 늘어가고 ANSI 표준을 바탕으로 새로운 형태로 발달하고 있다. 데이터베이스 서버를 테스트하는 작업은 꾸준히 진행되어 왔으며 앞으로도 계속 도전하고 있는 과제중 하나이다. 그 과제에 적합한 새로운 테스트 기법의 개발을 위해서는 보편적으로 막대한 인력과 비용이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 수동적인 테스트에서의 막대한 인력과 비용의 문제로부터의 해결책을 제공하기 위해서 자동화된 SQL 쿼리 테스트 프레임워크를 제시한다. 본 프레임워크는 SQL의 기본이 되는 SQL BNF(Backus-Naur Format) 문법을 기본으로 하여 문법적, 의미적으로 정확한 "지능적인" SQL 쿼리를 랜덤하게 자동적으로 생성 한다. 생성된 "지능적인" 쿼리는 논리적 모델에서 얻어지고, 통계적인 정보를 통해 사용자에게 유용한 체크리스트를 제공한다. 각각의 데이터베이스 개발업체는 그들의 데이터베이스와 새롭게 개발되는 데이터베이스를 통합적으로 테스트 환경을 제공함에 따라 테스트 과정에서의 인력과 비용의 문제를 해결하고, 데이터베이스의 장단점을 파악하는 기준을 제공하여 품질 향상에 도움이 될 것이다.

기존에는 이질적인 GIS 데이타 소스간의 통합을 위해 랩퍼(wrapper)기술을 사용했다. 랩퍼(wrapper)는 외부 클라이언트 응용프로그램에게 이질적인 데이타 소스들의 통합 데이타 모델을 제공함으로써 데이타와 지리정보처리의 공유를 가능하게 한다. 그러나 데이타 소스들의 통합은 표준 서비스를 포함한 상호운용성을 지원하는 것은 아니다. 표준을 따르는 상호운용을 위해서는 표준화된 데이타 모델과 서비스가 필요한데 OGC (OpenGIS Consortium)의 OpenGIS(Open Geodata Interoperability Specification)가 이를 제공하고 있다. 분산환경에서 상호운용을 위한 기존방법은 각 데이타 소스별로 데이타 제공자를 개발하여 상호운용을 지원하였다. 따라서 중복 구현에 대한 문제와 구현에 따른 노력과 비용이 상당 부분 존재하였다. 본 논문에서는 데이타 제공자에서 공통부분을 추출 및 컴포넌트 화하고 데이타 소스에 종속되는 모듈은 CORBA 구현객체로 작성하여 제시하였다. 따라서 각 데이타 소스들은 표준 데이타 제공자를 통해서 기존의 데이타 지원 기능유지와 상호운용성을 달성할 수 있다. 클라이언트는 OpenGIS Feature모델을 기반으로 한 표준 인터페이스로 데이타 소스에 접근한다. 데이타 소스는 표준데이타 제공자와 정의된 인터페이스를 바탕으로 CORBA의 구현 객체 서버를 작성함으로서 중복구현 및 구현부담을 줄일 수 있다.
