A Study on life satisfaction and psychological well-being of the customer in the food service industry for internet marketing (인터넷 마케팅을 위한 외식업체 이용고객의 생활만족과 심리적 웰빙에 관한 연구)

  • This study is the research about the internet marketing strategy and the impact factors of psychological well-being of customers of restaurants. For the purpose of study, firstly, the paper was carried out in order to verify the cause and effect relationships of life satisfaction and psychological well-being of the customers in the food service industry. The customers of restaurants in Busan are the objectives for which the survey for empirical analysis was conducted. The result of the testing of hypothesis showed that life satisfaction will have positive influences on psychological well-being, it reveals that life satisfaction has positive influences on three factors of psychological well-being such as personal growth, self acceptance, independence. However, factor of autonomy is rejected. Secondly, the results of the study suggest the importance of introducing variegated internet marketing programs and deciding the appropriate information contents for the customer to activate the use of hands on restaurants. Internet information contents on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to have a good understanding of the attitude will improve of life satisfaction and psychological well-being of the customers. Strategic information contents of internet marketing for customers of the restaurants must be consider "CRM(customer relationship management)".

  • 본 연구는 소비자 행동연구에서 최근 높은 관심을 나타내고 있는 체험에 관한 연구로써, 공연이벤트를 경험한 관객의 체험을 통한 공연이벤트 마케팅 방안에 도움이 되고자 실시되었다. 우리나라의 대표적 공연거리인 서울 동숭동 대학로에서 조사된 자료를 토대로 관객특성에 따른 체험의 차이와 공연이 벤트의 체험이 관객의 후속행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 파악하였다. 실증분석 결과 공연이벤트의 체험에 따른 시장세분화 및 표적시장 전략이 가능하며, 공연이벤트의 체험이 관객의 행동에도 유의한 영향을 미치기 때문에 공연이벤트의 체험마케팅을 적극적으로 도입할 필요가 있다. 특히 공연이벤트의 '여가체험'은 중요한 변수로써 공연이 예술의 순수성만을 부각할 것이 아니라, 관객의 여가체험을 극대화하는 방안이 고려되어야 할 것이다.

A Relational Analysis among Color Marketing, Brand Charisma and Marketing Outcome (컬러마케팅, 브랜드 카리스마와 마케팅성과 간의 관계연구)

  • This study analyzes effects of color marketing on brand charisma and marketing outcomes, specifically focused on agricultural goods co brand. that is color marketing refers to the extent to which people like color marketing and consists of symbolization, association and discrimination, and so called variables of marketing outcome is defined as the extent to which a color evokes meaning (loyalty, satisfaction, and switching barrier of brand). We collected statistically usable data from 266 questionnaire respondents who live in national provinces and analyzed them with SPSS 20.0 and Amos 5.0 to achieve research's goals. Based on the past studies, a total of three hypothesis are addressed in the study. Analysis results revealed that, first, color marketing of symbolization and association had a positive impacts on brand charisma. Second, the survey found that symbolization has q positive influence on brand loyalty and satisfaction except for switching barrier, association had an effect on brand loyalty, and discrimination had an effect on brand satisfaction. Third, brand charisma had an effect on brand loyalty and satisfaction. specially switching cost had not meaning on all hypothesis by reason of do not fully understand meaning of switching barrier. Summary and strategy implication will be mention in conclusion.

The Factors That Cause Customer Satisfaction in Private Security Service: Comparison between Corporate Clients and Individual Clients (민간경비 서비스의 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 사업자고객과 개인고객의 비교)

  • The purpose of this research is to achieve qualitative growth for private security industry as a sector of service industry to attract clients and promote the growth of the private security industry by analyzing the factors which influence the customer's service satisfaction in using the private security services. A regression analysis was conducted to determine the factors which influences the satisfaction of private security service to ultimately achieve the research purpose. In the regression analysis, the difference between corporate clients and individual clients were analyzed for the sake of providing better security services and marketing applications. As a result, the factors that influences the satisfaction of the categorized groups were very clearly signified. Both individual and corporate clients showed increase in satisfaction rate when the fear of crime decreased. This result implies that the private security firms must possess segmented strategies as well as strategies to lower the fear factors of clients. There were no differences in all satisfaction-influencing factors when the fear reduction variable was exempted among both corporate and individual clients in usage satisfaction. This result shows that clients demand varies according to the client and the security firms must react to these demands by the clients. Although private security industry possess very clear publicity, it is a profit generating industry sector therefore, like other service industry, the private security services must implement strategies to keep up with the paradigm. If the satisfaction determinants from the research results are grafted into strategies such relationship marketing and target market selection, higher service satisfaction can be achieved from the clients.

  • Given the rapid changes in consumer tastes, technology, and competition, companies must develop a steady stream of new products and services. To be a successful product or service and explore the available market, the target market consumers need to be fully acknowledged a new product or service's value or benefit. And at the same time, the presented benefit should satisfy the customer's needs and wants. Therefore, a firm must investigate the target consumers' needs and wants before launching the new product or service. In this paper, we suggest the marketing strategy for newly developed WiBro service in telecommunication industry. We focus on consumer-oriented marketing strategy as well as the technology development process. To explore the customer's value scheme, we employ a self-explicated approach for estimating the customer's part-worth of the different target market in the process of market development stage. And we present the marketing strategy for each market development stages as well.

Studies on Target Market of GAP Certified Raw-Ginseng (GAP 인증 수삼의 표적시장 연구)

  • This study was carried out to suggest producers' marketing direction for GAP certified rawginseng using STP(segmentation, targeting and positioning). In order to fulfill this object, conjoint analysis and cluster analysis were used. The main results are as follows. Based on the results of part worth for attributes such as safety, size, and price, GAP certified raw-ginseng, large size, and low price were preferred to conventional ginseng, small size, and high price respectively. In the relative importance for each attributes, safety was 47.2%, size was 30.0%, and price was 17.8%. As a result of market segmentation, 3 consumer groups(large size preferred, safety preferred, lower price preferred) were classified. Among those groups, the safety preferred group was selected as a target market for GAP certified raw-ginseng and its market size was estimated approximately 2,968 tons which is 26.8% of total raw ginseng market.

  • Prior researchs on Internet shopping have focused on cognitive, technological factors, but this research is focused on emotions experienced during internet shopping. Examines emotion types experienced during internet shopping and shopping mall characteristics influencing emotional response and effect of emotions on internet shopping behavior, specifically focusing on gender difference The data, collected from a sample of 131 internet shoppers, indicate that emotion types experienced during internet shopping and shopping mall characteristics influencing emotional response and emotional response influencing internet shopping behavior are difference between female and male. Theses results provide insights on internet shopping mall management according to gender.

  • The aim of this study is to find changes of the attributes that influence the purchase of cut roses during recent five years(2007~2011) and suggest some implications on ways to promote cut roses marketing. For this purpose, a survey was conducted through the Internet among 1,100 randomly chosen people living in Seoul, Inchon and Gyeonggi Province in 2011. A total of 1,023 valid replies were received for the analysis of the survey which was carried out by the subsidiary consulting firm. The survey panels and estimation models to analyze changes of consumers' preference attributes during recent five years are same to them of Kim, et al.(2007). That is, empirical analysis tools such as ordered probit model, multinomial logit model, and conjoint analysis were used according to Kim, et al.(2007). This paper suggests several policy implications to set up the target market of cut roses and marketing mix strategy to specify the best 4P(product, price, place and promotion).

  • This study focuses on the analysis of purchased items' relationship occurred by consumers' purchasing behavior observed in on-line shopping mall based on social network analysis. In order to find relational characteristics of each item for establishing marketing strategy, we apply three definitions of centrality in network, which are degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality in the purchased items' network. Thus, the research results provide the criteria for selection of market segmentation variables. Furthermore, the details of case has been introduced to validate the analyzed results in terms of marketing strategy, and supporting evidences are provided accordingly.

A Study on Segmenting of Cruiser Customers (관광유람선 고객의 시장세분화에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted for market segmentation of cruise tourist according to launching the "T" in Busan. Benefit segmentation was used to identify attributes of cruise services; importance of ship's physical appearance and importance of service and activities. 24 attributes were distilled to 5 factors: 'Facility & Service', 'Atmospherics of cruise ship', 'Escape', 'Choice', 'Safety'. A K-means cluster analysis identified three clustered segments for five importance factors in which high loyalty customers were found to be the most important segment. Based on the findings, three distinct groups were formed: 'Moderators', 'High Loyalty', 'Spurious'. The most important factors by high loyalty groups were identified 'Safety', 'Facility & Service', 'Atmospherics of cruise ship', 'Choice', 'Escape' in order. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences among the three groups in terms of demographic and behavioral variables. Especially, the target market should be considered by 'High Loyalty' group and 'Moderators' group in order. Positioning strategies and marketing mix strategies for effectively targeting the segments were discussed.
