1965년 6월에 제정된 각종 기술기준은 경제산업성이 일본전시협회를 비롯하여 당시의 화력발전기술협회, 발전수력협회 등의 관련단체에 자문을 구하여 이들로부터의 답신을 기초로 기술기준을 제정하였다. 그 후 각종 기술기준에 대한 지속적인 조사연구를 진행함으로써 관계 성청의 자문에 대하여 답신하는 외에 기타 사항에 대하여 민간의견의 상신을 도모하고 아울러 이들의 기술기준과 표리일체가 되는 민간자율표준으로서의 전기기술규정을 작성하여 기술의 진보, 사회 정세의 변화에 적응하는 전기안전체제의 확립을 목적으로 1966년 3월 일본전기협회 내에 경제산업관련단체 등의 합의를 토대로 한 전기기술기준조사위원회를 설치하게 되었다

This is the abstract of the study on the check by static driving nail in Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc., Abies holophylla Maximowicz, and Larix leptolepis Gordon Pinet. which are commercial woods and main forestation species in Korea. The static driving resistance of nail is decresed straightly and the surface and back check's length and width were increased in proportion to increase of the moisture content, but the surface check length and width were over twice as large as the back check, also the check were happened in order of Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc., Abies holophylla Maximowicz., and Larix leptolepis Gordon Pinet. As the driving nail speed was increased, surface check length and width were increased and the back check was over twice as large as the surface check.

공정하고 투명한 선거를 이루기 위해서는 비밀성(privacy), 선거권(eligibiligy) 등과 더불어 전체검증(universally verifiability)과 매표방지(receipt-freeness) 속성이 반드시 제공되어야 한다. 그러나 전체검증은 누구나 투표내용을 확인할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 것이고 매표방지는 투표내용과 투표자를 연결할 수 있는 방법을 차단하는 것으로 두가지 특성은 상호표리적 관계에 있어서 두가지 특성을 동시에 만족시키기가 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자인 정직한 랜덤마이저(Honest Randomizer, HR)와 최소한의 물리적 가정인 HR에서 유권자로 가는 도청 불가능한 채널(untappable channel)을 이용하여 전체검증과 매표방지를 제공하는 효율적인 전자선거 기법을 제안한다.

In order to clear the basic concept about oriental medical physiology and pathology, We studied the theory of three yin, three yang, and it is based on the principle that yang goes forward and yin goes back. The result were summarized as follows. 1. It showed how to originate about the concept of three yin three yang. 2. It showed the logical basis concerning that the TAIYANG channels are open, the YANGMING channels are shut, the SHAOYANG channels are pivots, the TAIYIN open, SHAOYIN shut, JUEYIN pivots. 3. According to the opening, closing, pivoting principle, It explained the exterior and interior relation such as TAIYANG and SHAOYIN, YANGMING and TAIYIN, SHAOYANG and JUEYIN. 4. According to the opening, closing, pivoting principle, It showed that arteries of the twelve channels rotated in lung channel of hand-TAIYIN, the large intestine channel of hand-YANGMING, the stomach channel of foot-YANGMING, the spleen channel of foot-TAIYIN, the heart channel of hand-SHAOYIN, the small intestine channel of hand-SHAOYANG, the urinary bladder channel of foot-TAIYANG, the kidney channel of foot-SHAOYIN, the pericardium channel of hand-JUEYIN, the sanjiao(三焦) channel of hand-SHAOYANG, the gall bladder channel of foot-SHAOYANG, the liver channel of foot-JUEYIN. 5. As arteries of the twelve channels was based on the cycle, the logical criticism about Napgibup(納氣法) was shown.

Following the previous paper, the results of test are further presented. As partially prestressed concrete members permit cracks under the service state, deflection and crack control of partially prestressed concrete members is more important than that of reinforced or fully prestressed concrete members. By the test results of load-deflection relation, it can be shown that prestressing ratio significantly affects the behavior of partially prestressed concrete beams. Deflection prediction formula of some codes are tried, and test results are compared with various fomulae of crack spacing and crack width.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find the principal of the assignment of Sidong disease and Sosaeng disease(是動病 所生病) into 12 meridians and suggest the author's opinion. Methods : 1. The authors investigated the conception of Sidong disease and Sosaeng disease through several literatures. 2. The authors investigated the line course of 12 meridians(經脈流注) and their Sidong disease and Sosaeng disease. 3. The authors classified Sidong disease and Sosaeng disease following the study by Kim et al. 4. The authors suggested the opinions about the diseases that are difficult to be understood direct relation with the course of meridian. Results : 1. The result of classification of Sidong disease and Sosaeng disease into 5 shows that the percentages were 32.96% for meridian's own disease(本經病), 13.97% for organic own disease(本臟腑病), 12.85% for other organic own disease(他臟腑病), 20.67% for related organic disease(有關器官病), 19.55% for etc.(其他病). 2. Therefore, 19.55% of the whole Sidong disease and Sosaeng disease is that which occurred on the site that is not related directly with the meridian. Conclusions : 1. The exterior and interior relation(表裏關係) and mutual communication between organ and bowel(臟腑相通) are associated with the basic principal of the assignment of Sidong disease and Sosaeng disease that is not related with the course of meridian. 2. The cause of assignment of Sidong disease and Sosaeng disease can be explained according to the profound medical theories.

The equilibrium constants of five deoxyribonucleosides (dDyd, dUrd, dGuo, dThd, dAdo) were estimated by the plate theory and the moment method under isocratic conditions of the Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC). The mobile phase in this system was composed of water and organic modifiers(acetonitrile and methanol) The plate theory of linear adsorption isotherm was treated on the basis of continuous flow of eluent through the plates of the column. The moment method was utilized to find the equilibrium constant from the first absolute moment of experimental data. The equilibrium constants of five deoxyribonucleosides in the two methods were very close, and also the equilibrium constants calculated by capacity factor were similar to those by both the plate theory and the moment method. The equilibrium constant was expressed as a semi-log function of the quantity of organic modifier. Excellent agreements between the calculated elusion profile by the plate theory and the experimental data were observed.
