  • 최근 들어 지구환경 변화에 따른 이상기후의 영향으로 태풍 및 집중호우로 인한 하천범람 등 홍수재해에 의한 인명과 재산의 피해가 급증하고 있다. 특히 한반도 지역에서는 집중호우와 태풍과 같은 이상강우로 인한 홍수피해의 발생이 매년 나타나고 있으며 홍수피해의 빈도와 강도는 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 극심한 기상이변으로 인하여 발생되는 이상홍수의 예측에 관한 사항은 치수 이수는 물론 친수관점에서 볼 때 하천관리의 측면에서 매우 중요한 관심사로 부각되고 있다. 특히 홍수예측은 주민의 대피 및 통제, 시설물의 보호 등을 위해 충분한 선행시간을 확보할 수 있는 실시간적 관점에서의 홍수예측 및 관리가 중요하다. 기존의 수문학적 강우-유출 모형은 비선형성이 강하고 유역의 지형학적 인자와 기후학적 인자의 영향을 포함하기 때문에 정확한 예측이 어렵고 유출량을 계산하기 위한 유역추적, 저수지추적 및 하도추적의 각 추적과정에서 크고 작은 오차들이 발생하고 그것들이 누적되어 유출 모형의 해석 결과에는 많은 오차들이 포함되어 있다는 문제점이 있다. 또한 주로 유역 면적이 크고 홍수의 도달시간이 긴 대하천의 홍수예측에는 기존의 강우-유출 모형이 적당한 방법임에도 불구하고 유역면적이 작은 중소하천에 적용됨으로써 많은 불확실성을 포함하고 있으며 충분한 선행시간을 확보하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소하천에서의 기존의 홍수예경보가 가지고 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 실시간 수위측정 자료 및 강우자료를 이용한 간단한 입력자료 만으로도 홍수예측이 가능한 뉴로-퍼지(Neuro-Fuzzy) 모형을 구축하여 충분한 선행시간을 확보함으로써 중소하천에서 의 실시간 홍수예측이 가능한 시스템을 구성하여 실시간으로 구동되는 효율적인 홍수예경보 시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 임진강 유역을 대상으로 기존의 강우-유출 모형이 요구하는 유역의 물리적, 지형 자료 및 매개변수와 같은 광범위한 양의 자료를 배제하고, 유역의 강우 자료와 수위자료만으로 유역의 중요지점에 대한 홍수위 및 홍수량을 예측할 수 있는 뉴로-퍼지 모형을 구축하고 대상 유역에 적용하여 실측치와 비교 검증하였다.

Simulation of 2-color Concentric Annular Ring Reticle Seeker and Counter-countermeasure using LMS Algorithm (2-color 동심원 레티클 탐색기의 시뮬레이션 및 LMS 방법을 이용한 반대응능력)

  • This paper presents a dynamic simulation loop that gives tracking results of 2-color concentric annular ring (CAR) reticle seeker. Our simulation tool includes the target/flare model and a proportional navigation guidance (PNG) loop. The CAR reticle system performances and the flare effects are analyzed in various scenarios. When a flare is present in the field of view (FOV), the simulation results show that the reticle seeker cannot keep a precise target tracking. In this paper, we propose 2-color counter-countermeasure (CCM) using the least mean square (LMS) method to cope with a presence of IR flare. The proposed method makes a simultaneous process in two infrared (IR) wavelength bands: MWIR add SWIR. The simulation results have shown that our adaptive IRCCM algorithm can achieve an effective cancellation of the flare signal with a relatively high intensity.

Shift and Noise Tolerance Encryption System using a Phase-Based Virtual Image (가상위상영상을 이용한 잡음 및 변이에 강한 암호화 시스템)

  • In this paper, we propose an improved image encryption and the shift-tolerance method in the Fourier space using a virtual phase image. The encrypted image is obtained by the Fourier transform of the product of a phase-encoded virtual image, not an original image, and a random phase image. Therefore, even if unauthorized users analyze the encrypted image, we can prevent the possibility of counterfeiting from unauthorized people using virtual image which dose not contain any information from the original image. The decryption technique is simply performed by inverse Fourier transform of the interference pattern between the encrypted image and the Fourier decrypting key, made of proposed phase assignment rule, in frequency domain. We demonstrate the robustness to noise, to data loss and shift of the encrypted image or the Fourier decryption key in the proposed technique.

한국(韓國)의 시장개방결정요인(市場開放決定要因) 분석(分析)

  • 본고(本稿)는 정책행태(政策行態)에 대한 정치경제학적(政治經濟學的) 접근방법(接近方法)을 이용하여 지금까지 우리나라의 시장개방(市場開放)에 대한 수요(需要) 공급(供給) 및 실제시장개방(實際市場開放)의 결정요인(決定要因)을 실증적으로 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 시장개방정책(市場開放政策)의 행태(行態)를 분석하였다. 로짓분석(分析)에 의한 실증분석결과는 정치경제학적(政治經濟學的) 접근방법(接近方法)의 타당성을 강하게 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 결과에 의하면 우리나라의 시장개방정책(市場開放政策)은 경제원칙(經濟原則)에 입각하여 추진되었다는 측면을 완전히 배제할 수는 없지만 정치경제학적(政治經濟學的) 요인(要因)들-국내이해관련집단들의 자기비호(自己庇護) 주장(主張)이나 미국(美國)의 개방압력(開放壓力) 등-에 의해 왜곡(歪曲)되었던 것으로 나타났다. 특히 '공정무역(公定貿易)'의 기폭하(旗幅下)에 가해지고 있는 미국(美國)의 개방압력(開放壓力)은 오히려 미국기업(美國企業)들의 이해관계(利害關係)를 대변함으로써, 그리고 국내이해관련집단의 관심을 고조시킴으로써 시장개방(市場開放)의 합리적(合理的) 원칙(原則)의 견지를 더 어렵게 하였던 것으로 관찰되었다. 또한 분석결과(分析結果)에 이하면 금후의 경제민주화(經濟民主化) 추세(趨勢)의 진전(進展)으로 개방정책(開放政策)을 포함하는 일반경제정책(一般經濟政策)의 입안(立案), 추진(推進)에 있어 이해관련집단들의 역할이 증대될 것이기 때문에 이는 자칫하면 정책방향(政策方向) 왜곡(歪曲) 및 집행(執行)의 효율성(效率成) 저하(低下)를 초래할 수도 있다는 시사를 주고 있다.

Shift and Noise Tolerance Encryption System Using a Joint Transform Correlator (결합 변환 상관기를 이용한 잡음 및 변이에 강한 암호화 시스템)

  • In this paper, we propose the shift and noise tolerance method using a virtual phase image and a joint transform correlator (JTC) architecture that can alleviate the need for an accurate optical axis alignment. An encrypted image is obtained by the Fourier transform of the product of a phase- encoded virtual image to camouflage the original one and a random phase image. Therefore, even if unauthorized users analyze the encrypted image, we can prevent the possibility of counterfeiting from unauthorized people using virtual image which dose not contain any information from the original image. We demonstrate the robustness to noise, to data loss and to shift of the encrypted image using a JTC in the proposed description technique.

Stratification Method Using κ-Spatial Medians Clustering (κ-공간중위 군집방법을 활용한 층화방법)

  • Stratification of population is widely used to improve the efficiency of the estimation in a sample survey. However, it causes several problems when there are some variables containing outliers. To overcome these problems, Park and Yun (2008) proposed a rather subjective method, which finds outliers before $\kappa$-means clustering for stratification. In this study, we propose the $\kappa$-spatial medians clustering method which is more robust than $\kappa$-means clustering method and also does not need the process of finding outliers in advance. We investigate the characteristics of the proposed method through a case study used in Park and Yun (2008) and confirm the efficiency of the proposed method.

  • Objective : This systematic review aimed to evaluate the global literature on the effect of early intervention for preschool children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods : A literature search of the PubMed database identified 10 studies published up to December 2017, using the following search terms: autism, autism spectrum disorder, ASD, high-function autism, high-function ASD, Asperger syndrome, pervasive developmental disorder, PDDNOS, intervention, and early intervention. Results : Early intervention for children with ASD used Applied Behavior Analysis in 8 of the 10 selected studies. The other two studies used a Sensory Integration approach and Technology-based intervention. Most studies reported positive effects on communication skills, social interaction skills, intelligence, adaptive behavior, and improved attention through early intervention. Conclusions : These results suggested a basis for early intervention for children with ASD. Further research is needed to determine the effectiveness of early intervention.

  • A Study on Problem of Impeachment Evidence in Criminal Proceedings for Employ by the Convergence Meaning of impeachment evidence in criminal proceedings is liking the spread of the branches moment. The first, there is to set limits of impeachment evidence. The amicable solution is to accept moving flexibly. In a concrete way must to make away with a constituent element unlawfulness. The second, problem a return to probative force exist. This problem agree in principle to resolve an issue for the testimony of an eyewitness. The third, how to admit that institution of criminal investigation after the testimony of an eyewitness exist. This attendant conditions are to eliminate illegality for the authenticity in he testimony of an eyewitness and for the observe due process. Therefore, we must observe due process without illegality to solve the problem for the convergence.

Algorithm to decide Minimum New Store Positioning with Maximum Competitiveness (최대 경쟁력을 갖는 최소 신설 점포위치 결정 알고리즘)

  • We will be establish the new $q(1{\leq}q{\leq}p-1)$ stores of firm $F_B$ to gain pop/(p+q) over rival firm $F_A$ that has already operate with p stores in a city of population pop. Han proposes inclusion-exclusion algorithm(IEA) that searches maximal pop top 5 location and select the maximum location take account of locate variation with increasing of $q=1,2,{\cdots},p-1$. This paper reduced the orignal graph into partial graph initially and search only q=1 node continually reduced in accordance with increasing $q=1,2,{\cdots},p-1$. If the final result is shown in the case of steel customer between q, the q locations farther separate in order to improve of solution. For the eleven experimental data, this algorithm is a relative simplicity and more optimal solution than Han's IEA.

Analysis of Color Distortion in Hazy Images (안개가 포함된 영상에서의 색 왜곡 특성 분석)

  • In this paper, the color distortion in images with haze would be analyzed. When haze is included in the scene, the color signal reflected in the scene is accompanied by color distortion due to the influence of transmittance according to the haze component. When the influence of haze is excluded by a conventional de-hazing method, the distortion of color tends to not be sufficiently resolved. Khoury et al. used the dark channel priority technique, a haze model mentioned in many studies, to determine the degree of color distortion. However, only the tendency of distortion such as color error values was confirmed, and specific color distortion analysis was not performed. This paper analyzes the characteristic of color distortion and proposes a restoration method that can reduce color distortion. Input images of databases used by Khoury et al. include Macbeth color checker, a standard color tool. Using Macbeth color checker's color values, color distortion according to changes in haze concentration was analyzed, and a new color distortion model was proposed through modeling. The proposed method is to obtain a mapping function using the change in chromaticity by step according to the change in haze concentration and the color of the ground truth. Since the form of color distortion varies from step to step in proportion to the haze concentration, it is necessary to obtain an integrated thought function that operates stably at all stages. In this paper, the improvement of color distortion through the proposed method was estimated based on the value of angular error, and it was verified that there was an improvement effect of about 15% compared to the conventional method.
