The Implementation of Inventory Control System by Using EPC Information Service (EPC 정보 서비스를 이용한 재고관리 시스템 구현)

  • RFID is rising as a means which recognizes products efficiently and correctly. The use of RFID technology can reduce the expense of excess stocktaking, forgery, labor and improve supply network. RFID technology uses RF to recognize the products. EPC, a small tag, is attached to each product, which includes specific product information. Each EPC is only one and can recognize each product. If EPC tag moves to a specific location, the reader reads the tag, the data of which get to be stored in EPC information service, a data storage system. All services can approach EPC information service through web and whenever users demand services, they are provided with the data they want. This study shows an inventory control system is implemented by EPC information service.

  • 현재의 유비쿼터스 환경의 홈 네트워크 제품 사용자는 단일 사용자가 아닌 다수의 사용자가 사용하는 네트워크 행태를 취하고 있다. 변화하는 사용환경과 시스템들은 현재와는 다른 요구사항을 가지고 있으며, 이에 따른 사용자 중심의 디자인과 제품 인터페이스 체계의 연구활동은 국내외에서 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 다양한 모바일 디바이스 및 홈 네트워크 제품의 보급화가 빠르게 성장하면서 이를 쉽게 제어하기 위한 다양한 제어방식이 연구되고 있다. 이중 음성인식기술을 비롯한 표정은 안면표정인식기술의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 모션감지 센서를 활용한 사용자 제스처 콘트롤 체계는 아직까지는 초보적인 단계에 있으나, 제품 제어에 있어서 향후 근미래에는 자연스러운 인터랙티브 인터페이스의 활용도가 높아질 전망이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효과적인 디바이스 제어를 위한 제스처 유형의 자연스러운 사용언어체계 개발 방법 및 결과 그리고 사용자 맨탈모델와 메타포 실험을 통한 연구내용을 정리하였다. 기존 사용자의 제스처 유형의 자연스러운 사용언어를 분석하면서 디바이스 제어방식으로서 활용 가능성을 검토할 수 있었으며, 동작 감지 카메라 및 센서를 활용한 새로운 디바이스 제어방식 개발과정의 연구를 통하여 제스처 유형의 자연스러운 언어 체계 개발 및 과정을 정립하였다.

Modeling, Simulation and Development of an Automatic Vacuum Packer for Rice Using Functional Virtual Prototyping (기능적 가상 시작기 기술을 이용한 자동 벨 진공포장기의 모델링, 시뮬레이션 및 개발)

  • 본 연구의 주요 목적은 자동 쌀 진공포장기의 3차원 기능적 가상시작기 모델을 개발하여 포장기의 구동시스템을 설계하고 개발하고자 하였다. 개발한 3차원 가상시작기는 주로 압축판부, 테이프부착부 및 진동판부로 구성되었다. 가상시작기의 민감도 분석을 수행하기 위해 제품포대의 두께변수를 이용하여 3차원 가상시작기를 파라미터화하였다 자동 진공포장기의 최대 처리능력 6포/분, 포대규격: 45cm${\times}$35cm을 충족하기 위해 각 주요부를 구동하는 모터 작동제어로직(motion control function)을 적절하게 설계하였다. 설계한 작동제어로직에 의하여 각 모터를 구동할 때 필요로 하는 적정 동력은 각각 100W, 25W 및 90W로 결정하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 자동 진공포장기의 실제 시작기를 제조한 후 설계한 작동제어로직을 각 구동모터에 적용하여 시뮬레이션의 결과를 검증하였다. 개발한 3차원 가상시작기 모델을 시뮬레이션하여 선정한 모터들은 각 주요부를 원활하게 구동할 수 있었다. 제안한 작동제어로직은 주요부의 요구된 작동 시권스를 만족시켰으며 이때 자동진공포장기의 처리능력은 6.7 포/분이었다. 개발한 자동 쌀 진공포장기의 포장성공률은 92.6%이었다.

  • Testing approaches for configurable software product lines differs significantly from a single software testing, as it requires consideration of common parts used by all member products of a product line and variable parts shared by some or a single product. Test coverage is a measure of the adequacy of testing performed. Test coverage measurements are important to evaluate the adequacy of testing at the software product line level, as there can be hundreds of member products produced from configurable software product lines. This paper proposes a method for measuring code coverage at the product line level in configurable software product lines. The proposed method tests the member products of a product line after hierarchizing member products based on the inclusion relationship of the selected features, and quantifies SPL(Software Product Line) test coverage by synthesizing the test coverage of each product. As a result of applying the proposed method to 11 configurable software product line cases, we confirmed that the proposed method could quantitatively visualize how thoroughly the SPL testing was performed to help verify the adequacy of the SPL testing. In addition, we could check whether the newly performed testing for a member product covers the newly added code parts of a feature.

  • Objectives: This study has been done to compare the Haematite's composition before and after using processing method and to clarify its quality and naming through the historical herbal books. Methods: I studied the Haematite and processed Haematite using physical and chemical methods which contain microscopic analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, thermal analysis, XRF, ICP, etc, to compare the compositions and its characters. Results: Haematite is a metallic oxide(Hematite, $Fe_2O_3$). Haematite contains a main ingredients of crude Haematite Fe 40.336% - 62.174%, processed Haematite $50.499%{\sim}62.791%$(a theory value is 69.944% the korean pharmacopoeia wants >45%) and small ingredients, also. Conclusion: A radio-element contents of U, Th contain less than average contents of the lithosphere's U 1.8ppm, Th 7.2ppm.

An Effective Method of Product Number Detection from Thick Plates (효과적인 후판의 제품번호 검출 방법)

  • In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed for detecting the product number of each thick plate and extracting each character of the product number from a image which contains several thick plates. In general, a image of thick plates contains several steal plates. To obtain the product number from the image, we first need to separate each plate. To do so, we use the line edges of thick plates and a clustering algorithm. After separating each plate, background parts are eliminated from the image of each plate. Background parts of an individual thick plate image consist of the dark part of steel and the white part of paint which is used for printing the product number. We propose a two-tiered method where dark background parts are first eliminated and then white parts are eliminated. Finally, each character is extracted from the product number image using the characteristics of product number. The results of the experiments on the various steal plates images emphasize that the proposed algorithm detects each thick plate and extracts the product number from a image effectively.

  • PVT modules commonly can be defined as a combination of PV modules and thermal collectors. After absorbing sun light, electricity and hot water can be actually provided to users simultaneously, which dual outputs (electricity and hot water) have drawn academic interest and industrial activities. Additionally, heat exchange between solar cell and flowing water can enhance solar cell efficiency. Because of PVT modules effectiveness, new international markets and commercial products have made. Especially European, facilities and measurement methods are established to evaluate PVT module performance. However, there are no currently appropriate internationally and domestic standards and facilities to test PVT module performance Herein, to test PVT module performance, indoor thermal simulators and fundamental standard study are considered.

  • In this study, we have evaluated whether the mixing ratio is proper by creating a mixing device for foam proportioner that mainly is employed in practice utilizing a metering venturi type. In case of the mixing ratio for 3%, water under pressure of 76 mm in diameter and the original liquid of a foam fire extinguishing agent of 31.75 mm in diameter have showed up the fluctuation rate just as much as 3.1~3.5% of the mixing ratio. Because water under pressure of 101.6 mm in diameter and the original liquid of a foam fire extinguishing agent of 38.1 mm in diameter have showed up 3.3~3.7% of the fluctuation rate, water under pressure of 101.6 mm in diameter and the original liquid of a foam fire extinguishing agent of 38.1 mm in diameter have satisfied 3.0~3.9% of performance criterion. And also, in case of the 6% of mixture rate, water under pressure of 76.2 mm in diameter and the original liquid of a foam fire extinguishing agent of 31.75 mm in diameter have showed up the fluctuation rate just as much as 6.4~6.8% of the mixing ratio. Because water under pressure of 101.6 mm in diameter and the original liquid of a foam fire extinguishing agent of 38.1 mm in diameter have showed up 6.0~6.8% of the fluctuation rate, water under pressure of 101.6 mm in diameter and the original liquid of a foam fire extinguishing agent of 38.1 mm in diameter have satisfied 6.0~7.0% of performance criterion.

  • This study includes results of basin test for hydrodynamic performance evaluation with a developed inflatable kayak. Inclining experiment and turning trial experiment of the developed inflatable kayak and an abroad product were carried out in the Ocean engineering Basin. Resistance test was carried out by using downscale model in the circulating water channel. Through method of following performance evaluation, advantage and disadvantage of the developed inflatable kayak were compared with those of the abroad product.
