The mortar system is useful for infantry because of effectiveness to position operation and to attack at opposite slope that can not reached by direct-firing guns and howitzers. The Army continuously has researched on 120mm mortar system, and insist needs for 120mm mortar system with advanced accuracy, mobility and range. In this study, we had designed the formulation of solid rocket propellants applied on 120mm rocket assisted projectile, and fabricated a prototype, and investigated feasibility of rocket assisted projectile for 120mm mortar results from static firing and flight test.

Modern cities are changing to 'smart cities' dramatically with the introduction and development of the fourth industrial revolution technologies. Among these technologies blockchain is unique because it not only embraces technological innovation but also societal revolution. Therefore, blockchain is expected to play a pivotal role for contributing comprehensive development of smart city. The current research and policy atmosphere in Korea, however, is that blockchain is just a new technology and its broader impacts are overlooked. This study argues that blockchain has significant effects on smart cities not only from technological perspectives but also from social, economic, institutional, governmental perspectives. Further, this study suggests three categories that blockchain can help the development of smart city: technology, socio-economic, and governance, with examples of existing blockchin projects. However, these projects have been builting separately without any interaction under the common hood of 'smart city'. To emhance influences of blockchain on smart cities in positive ways, private companies, policy maker, and citizend are supposed to consider and discuss about publi sector's blockchain that is commonly used in at the smart city level.

This study aimed to establish the 2nd Comprehensive Library Development Plan (2024~2028) for Chungnam Library as a metropolitan representative library to enhance the quality of life for the province's residents through library service development and provide comprehensive and systematic support for public libraries in the province. To achieve this, a diagnosis and analysis of libraries in Chungcheongnam-do, an analysis of the policy environment in Chungcheongnam-do, and a future policy environment outlook for libraries were conducted. Ultimately, the study proposed the mission, vision, goals, implementation strategies, and action plans for the 2nd Comprehensive Library Development Plan for Chungcheongnam-do. Firstly, the mission was proposed as "Leading the future 'knowledge and cultural values' by embracing the people of Chungcheongnam-do." Secondly, the vision was suggested as "An inclusive space that leads the knowledge and culture of the future." The goals include: 1) Creating an inclusive library environment accessible to everyone, 2) Providing library services that embrace the community, 3) Operating the library to realize knowledge and cultural values, 4) Developing library infrastructure to lead the future, and 5) Strengthening community exchange and cooperation networks.

CJ문화재단이 주최하고 CJ그림책축제사무국이 주관한 제3회 CJ그림책축제가 구랍 8일부터 28일까지 한국국제교류재단 문화센터(서소문 중앙일보 1층)에서 열렸다. 상상력과 독특한 개성을 바탕으로 한 그림책은 어린이뿐 아니라 전 세대를 포용하는 장르이며 언어의 장벽을 뛰어넘어 세계적으로 소통할 수 있는 문화 아이콘이다. 2010년 CJ그림책축제는 <'CJ그림책상' 수상작전(展)>과 <한국 창작 그림책 초청전(展)>으로 구성되었다.

The cartridges used for illuminating a desired point or area are virtually limited in tests and evaluations because of limitations, such as noise during launch, the possibility of fires caused by illuminant charge, and the annual testable quantity. Therefore, to solve these problems, a ground fixed test, which replaces the firing test, or an evaluation method to perform limited tests, can be applied more efficiently. In this paper, the results of an 81mm illuminating cartridge, KM series performed in 2019 were analyzed comprehensively to identify the trends in reliability and quality characteristics and to estimate the shelf life. The shelf life was estimated to be at least 10 years based on the time when the lower confidence level reached 80% at a confidence level of 90%. Considering only major defects, the shelf life can be estimated to be approximately 23 years. On the other hand, the shelf life was estimated to be approximately 11 to 15 years and 25 to 28 years according to the effective illuminating time. Finally, an assessment plan of illuminating cartridges for the mortars was also presented as an improvement plan for an assessment method in the future.

In this study, we aimed to examine the level of implementation of the second comprehensive plan for promoting academic libraries (2019-2023) by analyzing key statistics of academic libraries and gathering perceptions from library staff. We analyzed the changes in major statistical indicators of libraries over the past five years. Additionally, we surveyed library staff to understand their overall perceptions of the plan and their attitudes towards the 17 sub-tasks outlined in it. The analysis of 369 survey responses revealed several key findings. Firstly, most respondents comprehended the plan well and frequently utilized it for developing their libraries' development and implementation plans. Secondly, the IPA results indicated that regardless of the type of university, there should be a continuous focus on facility improvement, teaching-learning support, and expanding access to academic resources. Efforts to develop library policies and strengthen human and financial resources were identified as crucial. Thirdly, four-year universities particularly emphasized the importance of expanding access to international academic resources compared to junior colleges. Conversely, junior colleges perceived foundational skill-building programs and inclusive services as more significant than four-year universities. The application of the IPA diagonal model revealed that the performance levels of all sub-tasks were lower than their perceived importance levels, suggesting the need for strategies to enhance effectiveness in future comprehensive plan formulation.

The purpose of this study is to review Saeromaji Plan 2015 (the Second Basic Plan for the Low Fertility and Aging Society) with the framework of WHO's (2007) guidelines for building age-friendly cities and to provide suggestions for improvements in planning for the aging society. The contents of the Plan pertaining to the aging society sections were reviewed by two independent researchers to examine the extent to which the Plan fulfilled 169 checklists across 8 themes proposed by WHO. The results indicate that all 8 themes were partially reflected in the Plan. Suggested improvements for planning for the aging society include taking an inclusive approach to bring generations together, providing more options for older adults, and including more active involvement of the private sector in planning.

This study is analysed about institutional change of international refugee regime with advent of supernational periods in 21 century. Especially the contents was focused on how the EU countries managed their refugee people and system compared to the Asian counterparts. In the international society, especially EU, the British and German preside the refugee policy and laws very positively so as to enter easily from other countries, however, the Asian countries do not as well like the European countries. In terms of this result, that is based on largely their basic comsiouness and values and norm of world citizenships. This research will be conduceived to erect the new international refugee regime which is related to world citizenships. And this will more help to perform a general international regime than in the past. To conclusion, the research was showed a new refugee paradigm forward between many countries as well.

This study is the subsequent full-scale research of a TV drama writer who has been out of scholarly pursuits as it explores in-depth Su-Hyeon Kim's underlying consciousness with focusing on her male characters of the and . Su-Hyeon Kim shows difference which clearly distinguishes a melodrama from a home-drama by her own self control, a rare case in TV drama genres. This study, in her distinguished melodrama, analyses the writer's more clearly ignited consciousness. This study enlarges the result of the precedent study by applying the same Lacan's theory to the male characters with the study's female characters. Lacan's concepts of sexual difference notes that the sexual differences is not the product of the fixed differences from the biological organs or the inequal system, custom, but that of the psychological, cultural causes. According to Lacan's sexuation theory, the male subject is an all 'fractured' one of subordinating to symbolic/phallic order by becoming a exceptional being of breaking the order through a fantasy despite his existence of subordinating the order. The writer conceives men and women as the 'same', 'privative', 'fractured' subjects who search for the impossible phallic jouissance in their own different ways, which is the same method of Lacan's. Also the gap of 20 years of two works marks the writer's change of male perspective, in which shows being more accepting, more sex-neutral to a man who can only enjoy the phallic jouissance through a fantasy, while a woman who can enjoy both of the phallic and feminine supplementary jouissance.
