본 연구에서는 SOFC 시스템 설계기술 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 전산해석을 이용한 SOFC 성능예측 기법을 개발하였다. 기본설계 단계에서 SOFC의 성능을 개략적으로 예측할 수 있는 1차원 예측 모델을 정립하였으며, 온도, 조성, 전해질, 전극 두께 등을 비롯한 다양한 조건 변화에 따른 성능예측을 수행하여 실험값과 비교한 결과 최대전력밀도 조건에서 23%의 오차를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Stack 제작단계에서 다양한 운전조건과 형상변화에 따른 SOFC 성능 변화를 예측할 수 있는 3차원 해석기법을 정립하였으며, 최대전력밀도에서 5.1%의 오차를 보였다. 포괄적인 열 및 물질 전달 현상과 전기화학반응을 3차원적으로 해석함으로써 보다 정확한 예측이 가능하였다. 또한 수소와 적당량의 수분을 함께 공급할 경우 SOFC 성능이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발된 기술을 활용할 경우 시제품 제작 전에 전지시스템의 성능을 미리 예측할 수 있으므로, 향후 제품 개발시 제작비용 절감과 설계기간 단축에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The main purpose of this study was to examine relative effects on safety behaviors between global feedback and specific feedback at a construction site. Participants were 30 full-time workers at a construction site. Five safety related behaviors were identified as critical behaviors. An ABCB within-group design was adopted. After baseline (A), participants received global feedback on their average percentage of all five target safety behaviors (B). In the next phase, participants received specific feedback on the percentages of individual target behaviors (C). In the final phase, the global feedback condition was reintroduced (B). Results showed that both global feedback and specific feedback were effective in increasing the frequencies of safety behaviors and there were no differences in the effectiveness between the two types of feedbacks.

This study aims at developing a policy framework for a digital curation based on the access, co-ownership, reuse, and long-term preservation of digital information resources. To accomplish this, our study analysed a similar policy and support services of a main UK research institution and the DCC. It selected the main stages of the DCC lifecycle and developed a policy framework accordingly. Such a framework could serve as the basis for both state and individual institutions, and for developing standards and guidelines for a digital curation of digital information resources.

This study evaluates representability and comprehensivity of the Theasurus in theeconomics and industry fields of the "General Thesaurus of Newspaper Articles." The methodsused in the study were, first, indexing of the pages covering economics and industry articlesusing the Thesaurus and second, comparing the Thesaurus terms with the words collectedfrom the newspapers articles and glossaries. The study clarifies the following problems whichmight occur in the construction and use of newspaper thesaurus: specificity of the subjectconcepts, separation of component concept, preference relationship between descriptors andentry terms, the methods of recording of proper nouns and allocation of terms among thesubject areas concern.he subject areas concern.

식품정보 시스템은 농식품 정보를 DB화하여 분류하고, 다양한 식품정보를 효율적으로 관리하여 식품정보 활용에 대한 효과성을 극대화한 시스템이다. 미국, 일본, EU 에서는 정부 주관부처가 식품정보를 포괄적으로 관리하고 있으며, IT기술(데이터베이스, 메타데이터, 웹 기술, 통합검색 기술 등)을 활용하여 대국민, 산업체, 연구기관 등에 올바른 식품정보를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 외 식품정보 시스템에서 활용하고 있는 식품정보와 IT기술에 대한 동향을 분석하여 식품정보를 여러 산업분야에서 손쉽게 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였고, 이를 통해 식품 안정성, 기능성, 품질정보 등 식품정보를 언제, 어디서나 활용하여 식품산업에 대한 에코 시스템을 구축하는 것이다.

This study examines the approach of socio-technical systems and strategic niche management. It reviews the characteristics of that approach such as multi-level perspectives, the views on technology, and policy orientation. It applies the approach to the long-term vision making in science and technological innovation, socio-technical planning, participatory R&D, and science communication in Innovation policy areas and suggests some policy implications.

The purpose of this study is to identify the notion, types and best practices of cloud computing service through a literature review and to analyze the librarians' perceptions of cloud computing service on the basis of a survey. The survey sought to check the strengths and weaknesses of cloud computing service from librarians' perspectives and to find the specific areas where cloud computing service may be effective in libraries. Some key considerations in the application of cloud computing services to library systems are also suggested.

본 논문에서는 칼라영상에 포함된 객체를 추출할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 객체는 상이한 칼라와 텍스처로 구성되는데 이들을 포괄하여 사람이 인식하는 객체와 유사한 형태로 추출할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위해 해상도를 줄여가며 영역 분할한 후 그 결과를 조합함으로써 사소한 변화는 흡수하고 중요한 변화가 발생하는 영역 단위의 분할이 가능하도록 하였다. 분할된 영역들의 공간적 정보와 영역 크기 정보를 이용하여 분할된 영역 중에서 핵심 객체영역과 핵심 배경영역을 선택하고 객체 후보 영역에 대해 이들과 칼라 분포 유사도 조사를 하여 핵심객체영역과 유사한 유사도를 갖는 영역들을 최종 객체 영역으로 추출하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법은 다양한 실험을 통해 단순한 배경을 가진 영상뿐만 아니라 복잡한 배경을 갖는 영상에 대해서도 어느 정도 만족할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법은 내용기반검색, 영상 DB의 인덱싱 등 다양한 분야에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구는 당뇨인지환자들의 당뇨 조절에 관계되는 요인들을 포괄적으로 반영하는 집단으로 분류한 후 이를 기반으로 보다 효율적인 당뇨관리사업을 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 2007년, 2008년도 국민건강영양조사를 통해 검진에 참여한 당뇨인지환자 666명의 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 당뇨인지환자의 관리행태에 대한 군집분류는 K-means 기법을 이용하였다. 당뇨인지환자의 군집은 건강행태사업 대상군, 중점관리사업 대상군, 합병증검사사업 대상군으로 분류되었다. 당뇨 조절율을 높이기 위해서는 각 군집의 특성에 따라 보다 특화된 당뇨관리 프로그램이 적용되어야 할 것이다.
