The purpose of the national library is to collect all publications as part of the national heritage and preserve them. This study is undertaken to determine the coverage of the book collection of the National Library of Korea. Bibliographies for the year 2007 and 2008 publications are obtained from the Kyobo Book Centre and sampled 10 % systematically to be used as checklists. Coverage was determined by searching the citations against the OPAC of the National Library of Korea. Results indicate 92.25% of coverage for the books published in 2008, 78.10% coverage for the books published in 2007, and the cumulative coverage is 85.16%. The analysis shows time lag and subject fields with low coverage. Results are compared with previous studies. Reasons for the unpossessed books, such as delay of deposit and publisher characteristics, are identified. Recommendations for the coverage improvements and future research are suggested.

This study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility and characteristics of poly acrylamide (PAA) immobilized sludge as a microbial entrapment bead for wastewater treatment. In the PAA method of immobilized sludge, it was found that the optimum acrylamide concentration for actual wastewater treatment was to be 12%. When the sequencing batch reactor (SBR) was operated during 30 days, removal efficiencies of TOC and phosphate was 95% and 70ft, respectively. From this research, repeated cycle of anaerobic and aerobic conditions is required to enhance the removal of TOC and phosphate. During the operation, immobilized cells could be used without being disrupted.

There are a variety of entities in natural language such as people, organizations, places, and products. These entities can have many various meanings. The ambiguity of entity is a very challenging task in the field of natural language processing. Entity Linking(EL) is the task of linking the entity in the text to the appropriate entity in the knowledge base. Pairwise based approach, which is a representative method for solving the EL, is a method of solving the EL by using the association between two entities in a sentence. This method considers only the interdependence between entities appearing in the same sentence, and thus has a limitation of global interdependence. In this paper, we developed an Entity2vec model that uses Word2vec based on knowledge base of RDF type in order to solve the EL. And we applied the algorithms using the generated model and ranked each entity. In this paper, to overcome the limitations of a pairwise approach, we devised a pairwise approach based on comprehensive interdependency and compared it.

유럽집행위원회(EC)는 최근 해운동맹에의 독점금지법(경쟁법) 포괄적용 제외를 규정한 규칙(EC 이사회규칙 4056-86)의 폐지를 제안, 세계해운업계의 이목이 집중되고 있다. 이같은 제안이 현실화될 경우, 장기적으로 선복량 과잉현상이 해소될 것으로 예상되나, 운임의 하락압력이 더욱 강해져 해운선사들의 채산성이 악화될 것으로 분석되고 있다. 다음은 EC 내에서 일고있는 해운동맹에 대한 EU 경쟁법 예외적용 폐지 움직임을 정리한 것이다.(편집자 주)

일반적으로 행정법 위반행위에 대하여는 고의나 과실을 요하지 않는다고 하지만, 공정거래법 위반행위에 대하여는 그 자체가 곧바로 형벌의 구성요건을 이루고 있다는 점에 비추어 특히 법위반 사실에 대한 고의요건을 배제하기는 어렵지 않을까 생각된다. 부당지원행위에 한정하여 본다면, 하나 하나의 행위만으로는 부당성이 인정되기 어렵다 하더라도 수 개의 행위를 포괄하여 부당성을 인정할 여지가 있다면 수 개의 행위를 포괄하여 하나의 법위반 행위를 구성한다고 이론구성을 할 수 있다고도 생각해 볼 수 있지 않을까 생각된다. 대법원 2004. 4.9. 선고 2001두6197 판결이 자금지원행위는 자금을 지원할 의도로 자산이나 용역 등의 거래로 인한 대가인 자금을 변제기 이후에도 회수하지 아니하여 지원객체로 하여금 그 자금을 운용토록 함으로써 그이자 상당의 수익을 얻게 하는 것과 같은 부작위행위도 포함한다고 해석함이 상당하다고 한 취지는 이러한 관점을 전제로 한 것이 아닌가 생각된다. 이 점에 관한 논의의 활성화가 기대된다.

Ths study was prformed to measure the indexmg coverage of the periol~cal literature on a sub'||'&'||' area inKorean language policy. A bibliography of 675 citations dated 1977-1990 was obtained through Xugohaknonpmongnokjip'.Coverage was determined by checlung the citations against 2 indexmg services, Ch-dg~idm"and Xugogungrnunhaknonmunmongrok". For the period 1977-1990, T h o n g g g a n h a n g m s consistentlyprovided coverage of about 63%. For the pencd 1986-1990, Xugogungmunhaknonmunmongrok" providedcoverage of about 33% and the combined coverage of the two services was abut 78%.
