As China, the world's work shop was transformed into consumption market intermediary products and expensive consumer goods are more in highly demand recently. These will tend to diffuse especially to the west coastal cities of China. The economic growth of China needs to develop hub port facilities more and more in these days. We don't need to explain value of hub port in international trade. Furthermore If we are to retain access convenience of merchant vessel we really must maintain hub ports in Korea. This paper aims to vitalize Pyeongtaek port in times of the Pan Yellow Sea in readiness for an increase of trade between Korean, China, and Japan absorbing economic effects. The Rise of China leads to increase of trade of Korea that make necessary to develop a big and wide port to Pan Yellow Sea times. There is a lot of competition to be a hub port to become a center of international trade in the Pan Yellow Sea market. We need to improve the surrounding environment or facilities and industry clusters flexibly of Pyeongtaek port. It will guide to cost cutting and to raise business efficiency. Ultimately Pyeongtaek port should maintain and make advance its competitiveness especially in the Pan Yellow Sea times.

This study analyzed specific ports' marketing strategies through interviews and, using fuzzy TOPSIS methodology, derived marketing strategies for the Incheon and Pyeongtaek-Dangjin ports by comparing them with the Busan port. Previous studies had concentrated on the Busan port, and the majority of these studies analyzed the present conditions and suggested 4P strategies using a marketing mix. After weighting all of the respondents' answers, the results show that among all marketing strategies, incentive provisions ranked the highest, followed by the intermediary role between the relevant agencies and companies, and last- the agent system for establishing local networks. The fuzzy TOPSIS analysis results showed that the Busan port had the best marketing performance. The most sensitive strategies, based on the sensitivity analysis, were the intermediary role between relevant agencies and companies in the Incheon port, and the incentive provision in Pyeongtaek-Dangjin port. The implications of this study are that the port management agencies' actual marketing strategies were similar to the marketing promotion strategies suggested by previous research, and thus, each port's marketing targets and their characteristics should be clearly defined.

입출항 선박의 증가와 선박의 대형화로 인하여 두 선박간의 항법규정을 기본으로 하는 해상충돌예방규칙 등 기존의 규정만으로는 연안해역과 항만의 출입항로에서 안전하고 원활한 해상교통을 기대하기 어렵게 되었다. 낚시 유어선과 항내운항선박 등 혼잡요인이 많은 항만의 항로환경을 해상교통공학적인 방법으로 연구하여 출입항 선박들의 혼잡을 감소하고 어선 및 어장의 간섭을 줄일 수 있는 시스템을 마련하여야 한다. 항로와 정박지, 교통안전특정해역, 항행보조시설 등 하드웨어 개선뿐만 아니라 소프트웨어라고 할 수 있는 도선사 승하선 구간의 해도표시, 출입항 선박간의 방향별 집단관리로 등으로 혼잡을 정리하는 개선이 필요하다. 항로의 혼잡과 위해요소의 감소 및 어민 등 항로주변 수역 이해관계의 조율에 기여할 수 있는 이러한 연구가 현실에 부합하기 위해서는 현장에서 항로를 이용하는 전문가의 축적된 경험을 바탕으로 연구함이 효과적이다.

본 연구는 동북아 물류활성화를 위해 지정학적으로 환황해권의 유리한 위치와 우리나라의 경제중심지인 수도권을 배후로 하고 있는 평택항을 중심으로 한 경기지역의 물류네트워크 전략에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 수출입 컨테이너물동량의 유통채널의 분석과 물류네트워크 방식의 검토 및 사례분석을 통해 경기지역의 특성에 맞는 물류네트워크 방식에 대해 연구하였다. 따라서 하드웨어 개념인 각 거점별 물류시설간의 물류채널인 네트워크 구성방안에 대해 언급하였고 여기서 대권역과 소권역으로 분류하여 2단계 혼합물류네트워크 방식을 소개하였으며, 이러한 각 거점물류시설간의 효율적인 운영을 위해 가장 중요하다고 사료되어지는 물류정보시스템의 구축방안에 대해 언급하였다.

The fact that Pyeongtaek Port is located ideally at the central point of the Yellow Sea's Economic Zone and it is very close to the metropolitan area of South Korea which occupies more than 50 percent of the total trade volume in terms of tonnage is providing a good prospect of development for the Port of Pyeongtaek. This study examines the perception of shippers in Kyonggi-do on the development of Pyeongtaek Port, giving some suggestions to the Pyeongtaek Port Authority. It begins with a description of the port such as current economic status, statistics on the economy, trade and investment regarding the Port of Pyeongtaek. According to a particular questionnaire survey conducted in December 2001, the major obstacles to the utilization of the port are as follows: a shortage of liner shipping routes, lack of container handling facilities including container terminal, crane etc., and port sales promotion activity. Therefore the port should make aggressive efforts to attract container cargoes to and from China by expanding port facilities, implementing effective marketing strategies, introducing a customs-free zone/free trade zone, and strengthening port sales etc.

선박교통관제에 관한 법률이 시행된 지 2년이 지난 현재, 선박운항자들의 선박교통관제 법률 인지 실태를 조사하였다. 해사안전법과 입출항법은 대다수의 운항자들이 인지 하고 있지만, 이에 반해 선박교통관제법률은 운항자들의 인지도면에서 많이 저조한 실정이다. 이에 따라 선박교통관제 법률 홍보 방안을 제안한다. 또한 관제사들은 과태료 부과에 있어 행정 업무가 복잡하고, 부과 기준 미비로 어려움이 있다. 효율적인 과태료 부과로 관제사들의 행정업무부담을 덜어내고, 선박운항자들에게 경각심을 고취시켜 선박교통관제 법률에 위상을 높일 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the trend of export growth rate and rate of change by each port/airport in Korea. And to analyze which each port/airport are showing a high growth rate. To this end, Incheon Airport, Busan, Incheon, Ulsan, Gwangyang and Pyeongtaek were selected in order of export value. The analysis period for each port/airport was 200 monthly data from September 2001 to April 2018. Pyeongtaek, Incheon and Gwangyang are relatively larger than Busan and Ulsan in the rate of increase and change. This is because export to China and Southeast Asia has increased more than in the US and Japan. As a result of the analysis, exports from Busan, Incheon Airport and Ulsan have recently been shifted to Incheon Airport, Incheon, Gwangyang and Pyeongtaek. In addition, the export portion of Incheon International Airport, which is an aviation logistics service, is growing more and more. In the west coast era, interest and investment in Incheon, Pyeongtaek and Gwangyang seem to be more needed in preparation for import and export to China, Southeast Asia and North Korea.

평택 당진항 배수로는 주변의 항만 해안역의 개발로 인하여 발생한 인공적인 수로이면서, 조석의 영향을 받는 감조하천(tidal river)의 성격을 가지고 있다. 현재, 배수로의 재기능이 원활하지 않고 오염퇴적물로 인한 민원이 재기되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 금회 사업에서는 현황을 파악하고 주변 상황을 고려한 수리수문해석, 해양수치모델링 등을 통한 기초자료 및 환경영향을 예측하고, 이에 따른 준설, 호안, 친수공간 조성 계획을 수립하였다.
