`모르는 게 약이다'라는 말이 있다. 그러나 이 말은 옛말에 불과하다. 당뇨병은 아는 만큼 효과적으로 관리할 수 있고 관리한 만큼 건강을 유지할 수 있는 병이다. 교육을 통해 올바른 치료와 혈당 관리를 한다면 평생 건강을 유지할 수 있고, 관심을 기울이지 않고 내버려둔다면 합병증이 생겨 실명하거나 발을 잘라내게 되는 무서운 질병이다. 그러나 관리를 하자니 규칙적인 운동, 정해진 양의 식사, 인슐린과 약물 복용 등 신경쓸게 한둘이 아니다. 그러므로 병원에서 실시하고 있는 교육 프로그램을 받아 올바른 당뇨관리를 실천해야 한다. 이에 삼성서울병원 당뇨병센터에서 준비한 '당뇨병성 족부 병변'과 '올바른 인슐린 주사법' 특강을 듣고 인슐린 주사법과 효과적인 발 관리를 통한 합병증 예방의 비결을 알아보았다.

This study investigated the English learners who are over 40 on their attitudes and perception for lifelong education by dividing them into age groups of middle aged and elderly learners. To this end, from May 20, 2020 to June 30, 2021, 80 participants attending lifelong education centers in North Gyeongsang province were surveyed on the demographic characteristics and interest, necessity, passion, advantage, hindrance, learning motivation, preferred subjects, and learning methods. As a result, it was found that elderly learners showed a more positive English learning attitude than middle-aged learners, and both groups considered the communication area important in their learning motivation and preferred subjects. In regard to hindrance toward English learning, different factors were shown according to the age groups along with lack of confidence in English. Differences were also shown in preferred learning methods. This study suggested the possibility of learning outcomes according to the positive learning attitude of elderly learners along with the need for detailed English program design according to learners' age.

Social changes have added to new challenges to adult literacy policies in Korea. These changes not only require most adults to improve their literacy skills, but also require them to learn new competencies. In this context, this study aims to examine whether the Korean literacy policy has properly responded to the new literacy needs. For this purpose, this study not only aims to examine the adult literacy policies of UK and Australia, but also plans to suggest implications for the Korean government. The findings of the study are as follow. Both UK and Australian governments have developed literacy education funding programs, performance management system, and professional development program for literacy educators, all of which are needed for the provision of high quality adult literacy programs. The Korean government has also implemented the similar system since it formulated the adult literacy policy in 2006. However, there are significant differences between the Korean case and those of Australia and UK. Where both UK and Australia governments target every adult who has needs for literacy education, the Korean government only targets the poorly-educated elderly. Accordingly, the Korean government has failed to accommodate various literacy needs of adults. As a way of addressing the limitations of the Korean policy, the government should innovate the adult literacy policy in a way that it helps every adult develop knowledge and skills at anytime and anywhere.

With the advent of lifelong learning society, most of the cities in Korea have been promoting the construction of lifelong learning city. At this point, the purpose of this study is to configure regional learning programs and apply them to the actual world. Important results of this study can be outlined as follows; First, the regional learning programs in the lifelong learning society are desirable to be configurated with the situated learning method focused on the characteristics of learners, instructors and the local contexts. In addition, the active training of regional human resources such as organizing learning circles and SERVICE-LEARNING through the participation of them is effective as a teaching method. Secondly, the consequence through the field excursion calling itself 'the geography exploration group', organized by the researcher and involved with participants together provoked the paradigm shift on their region and the regional identity. Thirdly, the active participation of local experts including geography teachers should be needed for the popularization of geography education. Hence, if we continue to develop the local learning programs tailored to regional traits and apply them to the actual world, geography education will play an important role to build the stable foundation in the lifelong learning society.

The purpose of this study is to present and review the possible effect of the learning paradigm shift from traditional method to ubiquitous learning, the societal issues that need to be address in order to design a new pedagogical platform trending from e-learning to m-learning and now the u-learning. That without the proper study of how learning environment may affect the learning process of an individual will lead to poor quality of education. This new era of learning environment offer a big opportunity for "anytime, anywhere" learning. Thus, Lifelong learning is at hand of everyone. Maximizing the benefit of new trend will be a great help and addressing the limitations will lead to quality education. The components that comprise the ubiquitous learning are also discussed together with the technologies that will make it possible. The research learning domains that are in progress which shows that the interest in pervasive or lifelong learning attracted the interest of many research institutions. The types of learning mode and learning modalities are also briefly discussed in this paper.

초.중등학교에서는 교우학사관련 업무경감과 교육행정업무의 효율성 및 온라인 민원서비스 제공을 목표로 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2003년 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)에서 건강관리 학교급식관리, 학교시설.장비관리 영역의 사용자 중심의 편이성과 현장 적함성에 대한 개선 방안을 강구하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다： (1) 학교와 의료기관에서 건강정보를 공동으로 관리.활용할 수 있는 평생건강관리체제가 국가인적자원관리에 더욱 효율적이다. (2) 법.제도, 업무절차, 표준화, 정보기술측면의 내실화된 학교급식관리가 요구된다. (3) 자재명세서(Bill of Material： BOM)와 워크플로우를 활용한 개선방안이 교육정보화 시설.장비관리에 효율적이고 업무처리변화에 유연함을 확인하였다.

Although the public health centers have been initiating health education recently, it is not extending as expected and the participation of the program is low. The reason is that the office workers have few opportunities to receive health education since there are few public health centers in relation to the population. Much time is required for travel and attendance of the classes. In order to solve this problem, the aim is to increase participation in health education, improve the overall public health awareness, expand the number of health education locations to reduce medical expenses, vitalize the lifelong educational health programs, and improve the national health insurance. In order to research about the health education expansion plan for public health improvement, a study focused on men and women above age 20 who need health education. The research sample was selected through random sampling that targeted people who participated in the health programs or the health education. The period of this survey was from September 1st to September 30th, 2014. A total of 509 participants completed the survey data for the actual analysis to propose the health education expansion plan for the public health improvement.

본 논문에서는 인공지능(AI) 체험부터 초중등, 대학 및 평생교육에서 필요한 광범위한 응용과 활용을 할 수 있는 라이브러리를 디지털북 형태로 지원하며, 블록과 텍스트 코딩의 장점을 취합해 입문자들이 쉽고 재미있게 SW·AI 융합 교육을 할 수 있는 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 플랫폼은 웹어셈블리 기반의 파이오다이드를 통해 웹 브라우저에서 파이썬 코딩을 가능하게 하고 복잡한 설치과정 없이 쉽게 이용이 가능하다. 다양한 LMS와 연동이 가능하도록 API를 제공하며, Drag & Fill 블록으로 입문자가 코딩에 겪는 어려움 중 하나인 많은 양의 함수와 파라미터 사용법의 어려움을 해소하였다. 플랫폼은 블록으로 코딩하여 문법의 어려움, 오탈자, 오류 등을 줄이는 동시에 블록에서 생성되는 파이썬 텍스트 코드로 입문자가 텍스트 코드에 익숙해질 수 있는 경험을 제공한다.

최근 지식, 정보, 기술의 새로운 패러다임으로 대표되는 지식정보화사회에 대응하기 위한 준비가 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있으며, UN해양법 발효, WTD체제 출범에 따른 어장축소와 수산물수입 전면자유화 등 많은 어려움에 처한 수산업을 고부가치적인 수산업으로 육성하고, 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 어업인 상호간 지식정보교환, 수산기술의 보급 및 교육을 위한 평생교육 체계, 어촌관광자원의 홍보 및 활용을 통한 국민에게 사랑 받는 어촌건설이 필요하며 특히 현재 급속도로 진행되고 있는 사회 전반적인 정보화의 물결이 어촌에는 확산되고 있지 않으며, 정부의 정보인프라정책에도 소외되고 있어 어업생산기반인 어업인에 대한 정보화마인드 함양 및 어업에 대한 정보인프라 조기구축이 시급하다. 본 연구는 급속히 보급되고 있는 인터넷을 이용하여 정보화에 소외된 어업인이 정보화 격차의 해소와 보다 신속하고 살아있는 정보와 지식을 제공하고자 시스템을 구축하였다.

The Korean Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (KAPD) organized the Committee on Sedation, Education and Research to establish appropriate guidelines in dental sedation and to help to the safety of dental sedation of society members through continuous education. The purpose of this study was to try to evaluate the satisfaction rating of the society members of the sedation symposium and BLS course that was held during the KAPD annual congress in 2015. The committee created a questionnaire to target the KAPD members who participated in the annual congress. The questionnaire was given to the 143 total members and were carried out based on the satisfaction evaluation of the symposium. The 23 total members who participated in the BLS course, reported satisfactory evaluations of the BLS course. Both the symposium and BLS courses confirmed a high level of satisfaction from the KAPD members. In addition, the committee learned about the future direction of the education offered by the KAPD the members wish for it to take. KAPD will endeavor to consistently provide advanced education and the systematic training program of emergency management situation for KAPD members.
